Some place near a cafe Empty
PostSubject: Some place near a cafe   Some place near a cafe EmptyThu Aug 22, 2013 3:20 pm

Wandering through these streets and looking at the signs which were portrayed through out the area. He began to wander. How he had arrived in France... Frowning he looked backwards down the road he had been wandering for quite a while. Hmm, it appeared that this road took him a bit farther than he had intended. Then continuing his stroll down the streets he decided to see where he could find some food for himself. That road had offered relatively...nothing in the ways of nourishment. That in and of itself was not overly strange. Gile began to wonder why he was even alive at this moment. His sole life's goal for the past month had been simply travel forward. Get out of dodge. But why? Why did he care if someone came along and killed him, or if he got arrested. Cripes getting arrested sounded like heaven right now. Not having to go any where, a roof over your, three meals a day. Or maybe one. Who cared, more than what he was getting now.

These questions gave Gile a foul taste in the back of his mouth. His face clearly showing this as it contorted into another scowl. He knew that there must be more to life than than imprisonment or death. But it was for him, well he didn't really know. Though at least he finally found the answer to why he wandered around so much.

Gile checked his pockets and groaned as he found that he was like most of the time penniless. Penniless and tings were beginning to grow dark. He wandered down the alley looking up at the sky. Then sighing. He placed himself in the shadow of the corner of the alley waiting for somebody to come along. He did not plan on being penniless for very long.

(OOC Gaius if you want you can have my street rat launch himself at you with his knife out. And you can even smack him around a bit. )

Gaius had to get out of the lab, he wasn’t sure why but he felt restless and needed something to take up his time, a reason to carry on with the boredom of being controlled. Yet no matter what he couldn’t find any fun to be had, no matter, he could keep walking around to find something. Excitement was on the horizon, the smell of blood drifting towards him on a light breeze. “I am on the right trail I think…” he muttered, his gun had been left in his room and he had his knives ready, time would tell whether he was right to bring only them…No one was around in the darkness, the rain made the visibility shocking, but that mattered little with all the windows closed and curtains drawn.

His hearing pointed out a lonely little figure; he seemed to be tentative and hid in the alley. Then he ran, he seemed to pull out a knife and charged the werewolf from behind. It was clever to attack from behind, but foolish to attack him of all people, a man that was a specialised killer of all things. He swung around and his foot streaked out, giving his would be attacker a few bruises to his rubs while knocking him down. The Lycan dove on top of him, his teeth bared and his own knife at the boy’s throat. “Give me one reason to spare you, boy…” he spat out at him.

Some place near a cafe Empty
PostSubject: Re: Some place near a cafe   Some place near a cafe EmptyThu Aug 22, 2013 3:55 pm

the kick sent him to the floor. His eyes wide he hollered in shock and pain just a bit. Luckily there was quite literally no one around them in this dark alley. OR any one watching them...which given current circumstances might be unlucky for Gile.

The knife was at his throat and the man asked him for a reason to spare his life. Ha! He certainly wasn't going to snivel and cry and beg for his life like some low life piece of crap better off in a ditch than any where near civilized area. No, he wasn't going to turn into that. Gile had a bit more pride, a bit more rage, a bit more drive than that.

this man was good but his action's were foolish. He had only grabbed one his hands. Though that hand was his knife hand. Oh well, he could do this without it. Gile using his other hand to grab a hold of this man's knife hand pulled it down and away from his shoulder using his weight against him. Then for good measure as he did this he bite the man's wrist as he sent his first punch into the man's gut.

Gile would have screamed loudly but his mouth was currently latched onto this man's arm and he only managed a muffled roar of pain and anger. This man must have been wearing armor or something! But no matter. I need to eat. Gile thought to himself.

Continuing his barrage of punches without a second thought on this man he wouldn't stop until he was forced to. His knuckles started bleeding after punch two or three and the bruising would be horrible. But all of this pain he used to fuel his rage. His primal instinct to survive. To live. To win.

Gaius laughed lightly as the bite went onto his wrist, though it might have hurt the boy had more chance of hurting his jaw than Gaius. His skin protected him from the weakened jaw strength and that gave him an advantage, the Lycan sheaved his knife and grabbed the boy’s other hand. He then got back up slightly clumsily and pulled the boy up with him, his teeth bared into a wolfish smile the Russian kneed him lightly in the gut.

“Tell me why you try and kill me boy, and I may let you live” his strong accent slurred the English though the message got across clearly enough. “And if you struggle anymore and I won’t give you the release of honourable death, I will merely leave you a cripple, be it by taking a hand, or breaking your spine or Achilles tendon I don’t know yet.” He hissed out. He wasn't annoyed, he never got annoyed. He was merely curious and the boy wasn't afraid of death he was more the type to spit in his eye. Which is always and interesting trait I must say though he wasn't about to let his peaked interest stop him from enacting any of his threats, it was time to see if he was proud and full of emotion or smart and knowledgeable of when to comply and wait for vengeance.

Well that had amounted to a whole lot of nothing. His punches were useless against this man yet in all honesty he highly doubted a starving kid like himself would do much damage against a man in armor of some kind. Just his luck he thought, he had to pick the man with eyes in the back of his head and literally abs of steel to try and rob. That knife of his was also quite the problem. If this had just been a fist fight he might have found a way to play through the pain but his arms were disabled by this man's strength which completely and just unfairly overpowered his own. And his legs weren't in the best of spots to start kicking either. As the man started making threats against him and asking him questions he stopped his useless struggle for a moment to listen. He looked him seeing that he was more interested than angry with him. Yet apparently that did not stop him from threatening to kill or destroy his body.

He looked at him with a scowl on his face directly in his when he answered clearly enraged with fire in his eyes but holding it back for now.

"Why did I try to kill you? I could care less if you live or die but you were the first person I came across and a Man has to eat doesn't he." He thought his message was clear enough. I take your stuff by force then sell it and go eat. But he wasn't about to start sounding completely compliant for this man. His threats didn't bother him that much. Kill him? He almost wanted to beg for that. Destroy a part of his body? Hmm that one was a bit concerning he enjoyed his freedom and if he could never walk again he doubted he would have very much of it. Still what was freedom worth if you rolled over and surrendered to every challenge that life presented you with.

Gaius felt the urge to laugh, it was rare but it was arising nonetheless. “You have balls boy, I’m not too sure what to do with you yet but if you’re hungry then why don’t we talk. Money means little to me I must say, and I was raised to have hospitality, I must say that you intrigue me enough to raise this offer.” He took a second to make note of his surroundings, “you aren’t a normal child, if  you had begged for mercy I would’ve put you in a ditch right now. So we will eat and you will tell me why your life means so little to you that you seem to want no mercy”

The werewolf chuckled as he pulled away, the little B&B was open all hours and did some good food. It would be a good place to talk things over in a quiet corner, though he had one other thing to add “if you abuse my hospitality or try and attack me again, you will be a dead man boy, this I swear on my mother’s grave…”

Life was strange and sometimes threw random things at him, this was by far the most curious...Though for now he was happy to investigate, he wasn't sure why but he felt a curious mood settle into him...

PostSubject: Re: Some place near a cafe   Some place near a cafe EmptyMon Sep 02, 2013 2:50 pm

Gile was elated at hearings the man's offer. He really didn't care all that much that he possibly would have died if he had made the slightest wrong move. Although he was certainly confused by this man's personality. There was no such thing as a free lunch or so he had heard, but at the moment common sense rather abandoned him with the prospect of gaining food to eat. The fact that he wanted to know more about him was also something he didn't understand but also didn't care about right now.

The man got off of him and Gile got back up and wrapped his hand in some of the spare cloth that he carried with him. Then shoved the hand into his pocket. It would not do to go into wherever he was going with a bunch of bleeding knuckles. He said to the man.

"I won't. Though you probably don't believe me being that I just tried to rob you. But I guess I kind of deserve that. As to asking about my life. If you actually intend upon feeding me that shouldn't be a problem."

He took out his knife and threw it to the floor near a dumpster as a sign of him not going to try anything against this man. In all honesty though, knife or no he didn't think he could take this man. Stepping to the side a bit he told the man in front of him.

"Lead the way. My name is Gile by the way."

Picking up the knife with a frown Gaius tossed it back to him, smiling then he decided he might as well pass on a little tip. “Don’t disarm yourself for nothing lad, if I decided I was going to try and kill you at some point that would be the only weapon in your possession that had a hope of causing me harm…I don’t trust you, but I trust my own skills enough to let you keep your dagger, a man needs a good knife…My name’s Gaius..” he chuckled a little as he began walking, humming a little tune as he went. The lights of the small Café/B&B were dim but there was always someone or other up, they did good steak which was always nice, especially when it was at a decent price.

The Werewolf walked in, assuming the youth would follow him, he took a seat in the corner and put his camouflage coat on the back of the chair before getting the drinks. “We will sit here, I will get drink and order food,” he said lazily, getting two cokes and ordering the Steak and potatoes he went back to the table.

“So b-Gile, tell me about yourself while we wait for the food, pick a point to start from but overall what you want me to know of in specific detail is up to you”

Catching the knife with a grin. He wondered why the man had said that this was the only weapon he had that could hurt him. Surely his face which he was seeing wasn't covered in some kind of armor. Ah well he was happy to have his knife back regardless. Though in all honesty he probably wouldn't have tossed the knife had he not expected to be going to some place with food where he expected there would be more of them. Though this man din't need to know that.

He followed him and nodded at the mention of the man's name. Gaius huh, he'd never heard that before but then again neither had he heard Gile.

Finally arriving at the restaurant he sat down facing the man and he heard him tell him to begin somewhere in his life's story. Thinking for a moment he responded.

"Well, you said you wanted to know why I don't value my own life. So I guess I'll start there. The truth is I do value my life. If I didn't value it I wouldn't have tried robbing you to get some money to eat something, if I hadn't valued my life I would have begged to be allowed to live. I know that sounds confusing but the one thing i've always had in my life that I truly enjoyed was freedom and the force of will to overcome any obstacles that presented a threat to the way I want to live my life. Which is not like a sniveling coward. So I guess if I had begged for my life I would have been selling myself out and there wouldn't even be a point in living anymore. Certainly I don't have anything else to fall back on. What would you like to know next?"

Gile finished with the question the scowl on his face slowly diminishing as he talked. It was not that he grew happier per say. Just a bit distracted as he spoke which was something he rarely did with another person.

“Good to see you have a strong will, though just remember that pride sometimes must get discarded if you hope to survive. It’s a false crutch and shouldn’t be mistaken for self-respect, none of that matters if someone slips a knife in between your ribs so remember that.” Gaius stopped as the food was brought to them, the steak was thick and bloody on Gaius’s plate just the way he liked it. “So boy, I don’t mind too much what you tell me next, just give me an overview of your life and I’ll tell you one or two things about myself in exchange. And if I find my good will perked I may decide that you may be worth my time, it gets lonely when you barely talk to anyone…Having a sane person to talk to would be nice.”

His face remained passive, he removed his darkened glasses thus revealing the bandages over his eyes. He looked devoid of all emotion like always, he wasn’t in the mood to put on the façade of happiness and jokiness he usually put on. But nonetheless it would have to be put on, so with a little grin he finished his steak and began to play with his knife. Twirling it in between his fingers in simple patterns he awaited for his new friend to begin.

PostSubject: Re: Some place near a cafe   Some place near a cafe EmptyWed Sep 04, 2013 4:49 pm

Gile listened to this man intensely finding his questions odd and confusing, but this steak very, very unbelievable. He couldn't stop from wondering why this man cared about who he was or told him about not having anyone to talk to. It wasn't as if he planned to take him in. Or did he? Gile wasn't sure right but in the deepest parts of his heart something had arisen that normally laid dormant because of it's tendencies to always let him down, and that was hope. Though at the moment he wouldn't admit it to himself that he felt this way. He just concentrated on his steak as the man spoke. Some in his position would have probably eaten the steak in a disgustingly fast manner manner but not Gile. He knew to appreciate the fact that his food was now not only eatable but amazingly so. He looked up when he was nearly done and was very startled for a moment even dropping his knife. His face didn't change very much but his eyes widened a bit and instead of the blank face he normally wore it was now intensely contorted to one of confusion. This man, looked as if he couldn't see his own hand in front of his face. The knife playing was completely lost to Gile who was only wondering how he had been taken down so easily by this man who he was thinking couldn't even see. He wondered what he would do next for a moment but decided his best course of action was just to answer his question.

Gile finishing up his steak responded.

"Well, I suppose I'll tell you what I can though It's all really simple. M mother died when I was born and I was raised by my father a horrible drunk and a worse person. For a while I was his punching bag until I decided that leaving on the streets was better than in his house which, it was. The last thing I did was beat up my old man with his own bottle of beer and then take his jacket the one I'm wearing now. I figured he should be thanking me for it anyway. A Father's suppose to get clothes for his children and I did all of the work for that anyway. Anyways, after that I basically spent my time roaming the street's and scraping for a living going from town to town when I please. It's not a bad living. But it isn't a good one either and it's very difficult."

Gaius paused, listening to his words the blind Lycan merely mulled over what he had heard with a slight frown on his face. It wasn’t the worst story he’d heard but unpleasant enough to explain the boy’s aggressiveness, he was a tough cookie but there wasn’t too much to set him apart from any other orphan living out on the streets…unless he was like Gaius, if he did have a thirst for murder in the same way he did then that would be an interesting development. If he was merely a kid that had been pushed to the edge, and had responded with violence far less so, but if he was wrong and Gile’s father had been spared then that might be enough to put him below Gaius’s notice, which was a shame, the lad seemed of fairly decent stock and had a good amount of nerve.

“Tell me one thing boy before we carry on, did you spare your father, and if not and you beat him to death, then why do it. In other words, is there an urge “to kill” inside…and think carefully before answering that, it’s a very important question...and after you’ve answered I will tell you how I got to here and a little bit about who I am” the Lycan stifled a yawn, it was a hot place that seemed to take the energy out of him. Stepping into the bed and breakfast on an evening was like stepping into a sauna, too hot in a way, but pleasant when you’d experienced the chill.

Emily's plane had to make a stop at France and there were some problems so she got to stay there for a while. She had been walking around when she forgot she had no money for food, considering she was fast enough to get around fast she didn't think far a head enough for food, until a sent had caught her nose, several one of them was the smell of glorious food and the other was of two people, but they smelled off.
She manged to find the two men and her yellow eyes shined when she saw the food, some drool was coming down from her mouth and her sharp teeth where on full display.

After noticing the food she noticed a rather familiar sent, the sent of werewolves, she looked at them with blankly for a moment, then blinked Er... she didn't want to ask out right in the middle of the place if the two werewolves. Even she knew that was a bad idea. Don't suppose you are..friendly ? she asked with confidence and a bit of carelessness.

Gile was still frustrated with how confusing these events were turning, if he didn't know that this man could easily catch him he might he decided to make a run for it before things got even stranger. There were just a couple things that stopped Gile from answering right away. The first was how this man was able to 'see' or at least replicate sight to the point where it no longer mattered. The second was why on earth was this man so interested him!? He just couldn't wrap his head aorund these things and didn't help that he was asking questions that he'd never bothered to find out the answers to himself. However, Gile had promised that if he bought him food he would tell him everything he wanted to know. Normally not one for honor Gile used this as an excuse, a driving force to simple forget about his confusion for a moment and just answer the question.

"I didn't kill him. But I didn't spare him. I spared myself. I'm not a fool, however I'm not smart enough to get away with killing someone. Who do you think suspect number one would have been the second the cops found my father's body? On top of that all, there is no way I could outrun them and I'm dirt poor so I can't even afford a lawyer. No, I didn't kill him. There wasn't enough gain to it. As to an urge to kill, (Gile was hoping this man wasn't a disguised cop when he answered) In a way. I'm not some brainless lunatic who wants to wander around and kill everything in sight. But people like my father, some of the people I've seen. I'm not going to lie. They would be better off dead and if someone gave me the chance I would be more than willing to do the job myself."

Gile was startled when this odd woman approached them. He looked over and heard her question and started to runh his hand through his hair clearly more than lost. Now not only was he connected in some strange way he didn't even really fully understand with this man who was blind yet deadly beyond comprehension. But now there was also this odd woman asking odd questions about the both of them that normally wouldn't have bothered Gile but with everything all stacking up on top of each other he was left with no other choice but to simply ignore it all. He was tired of planning ahead and wondering what meant what. For the moment he was going to resign himself to whatever it was that fate brought him to.

Nodding at his reply with a curious little smile on his face the Lycan took a second to think, the lad was a good template to teach, he wasn’t big but he’d fill out with age and maturity more than likely. If he was used to fighting, and dirty at that then a lot of the concepts Gaius could show him wouldn’t be too strange. And to top it all off he was bored, he needed a new project, something to keep him motivated and on top of his game. Passing on his knowledge would do just that, the only thing left to do was see how the boy felt about it…it was going to be an awkward proposition, but an honest one nonetheless.

“Well boy, the manageress here is friendly and has a slight soft spot for me for some reason, we might be able to arrange something along the lines of work for food and maybe a bed to lay your head if that appeals to you, but if I sort this out for you I require one thing, I’d like you to study under yours truly for a while and if you decide you might want to stick around then all the better. Like I said, I get lonely and I need someone to pass on my wealth of knowledge to…” his voice cut off as the smell of another werewolf entered the room…it wafted into his nostrils and set his hairs on end, a female for sure judging by the sweet tang of pheromone.
“I am not friendly girl, don’t say anything stupid about…certain conditions of ours, and we’ll get along fine…what do you want?”

Don't suppose you can spare a steak ? Emily asked with some curiosity, as she looked at Gaius eyes, and waved her hand in front of his face and then blatantly asked Are you blind her childish side showing as it usually does. She wondered why there would be a werewolf in a cafe when she couldn't even find a single one in years, and she began to think all werewolves just sit around in cafes and was slightly distracted by the thoughts as she was paying half attention to what ever was going to be said.

(OOC Posting as Gile.)

Ignoring the odd woman almost entirely he responded to Gaius almost in an excited matter and for the first time his scowl genuinely leaving his face to be replaced with a look of slight hope. Mixed only with a hint of suspicion.

"I would like this...very much. I agree whole heartedly to your terms and whatever these teachings might be."

Gile was still confused about a great many things but, this chance was just to good for him to pass up because of his suspicions and the oddity of the people offering it to him. In fact if this man were not odd as he is. Gile would not be in this position with the food that he has. Very thankful to have come across this opportunity Gile was not intent upon not leaving it behind.

Emily was kind of just standing there as the men were talking, she began to tap her foot and wonder if she was able to even get food, considering the fact she didn't know if other werewolves would even just automatically help each other. Thinking about what happened when she first turned she wondered why she even got the thought, suddenly something dawned on her there maybe a chance they would have seen the werewolf who had raised her.

Don't suppose you have seen a man similar to us, hes six foot odd brown hair and beard although her memory of the man was crystal clear her description was horrible.

“Never seen such a man Girl, though I may know some people who might have depending on the situation…” Gaius said, he was pleased the boy had accepted but otherwise he was still indifferent to the woman that had just approached them. Nonetheless, he knew people that knew everyone else when it came down to it. It was in his interest to keep an eye on the world around him, it helped keep him alive when it came down to it. Putting his head in his hands he took a second to take the situation in, things were getting stranger and stranger…

He sighed, “I’m not a charity at any rate girly, why should I pay for your food?”

Emily was a bit disappointing but at the same time she was at least happy to hear there was a chance to find him at last. It never dawned on Emily that she would need to offer something to get food Uhh she replied, ruffling through her pockets to find something to offer but all she had was some dollars she somehow still had from America, a toy from a machine and a small bag of sweets Oh! she exclaimed as she hovered the sweets in front of his face along with the few dollars These.

Gaius licked his lips, he stood up and took a pace towards her “So you mock my lack of sight then you offer me that for food?” He growled gently “I need something a little more substantial and more satisfying than sweets…” he looked at her with his bandaged dead eyes, moving close towards her to take in her scent. She smelled nice, but otherwise he didn’t know anything about her. He reached out to grab her collar with a grin, his teeth flashing in their pearly white glory.

“So what can you offer me? I’m bored of games for now, and quite frankly require some decent company and time to think things over. You’re a female of breeding age, so I can’t kill you for our people’s sake…” He frowned, this was strange. He whispered the last bits of what he said into her ear, to make sure no-one had the chance to overhear.

The man stood up, and moved towards Emily she couldn't help but notice he was taller than her. he didn't take well to her hand waving and offers of sweets and dolla dolla bills and he garbed her collar, at that moment her favorite jacket this annoyed her but what he said enraged her.
Emily growled, an expersion of anger covered her face as she clenched her fist and then quickly without warning unleashed a punch to the side of the mans head YOU DIRTY PERVERT.

Gaius growled slightly louder as he kept a firm grip on her collar, his free hand catching her hand as she went to punch him. “I was merely stating a fact, you’re of age and at some point might help to keep our kind alive, don’t do anything stupid, though you are capable of protecting yourself to an extent it seems.” He gave a stiff nod, backing away slightly. “What’s your name anyway? I can’t just call you girl… Plus to avoid causing a scene we should go out and talk, so I’ll grab you a pie to go and we’ll go and have a small chat…” he said matter-o-factly, with no sign of anger in his movements he got up and went to the counter. His confidence apparent in the way he walked, he wasn’t interested in love but now he was operating on instinct.

Glaring at the man, Emily's yellow eyes were focused on him beating him to a bloody pulp was honestly on her mind, but the man had backed off and was now going on about keeping her alive and asking for her name Emily she said in a rather angry tone. She would go with the man for now, but she did plan on taking the pie then showing this asshole just what she can do in a fight.

Grimacing with murder in his every move Gaius gave her the food then left the room, going out into the street and made sure no-one was about. He then stepped into the alley and gestured the werewolf woman to follow him, the fact she reeked of pheromone that only served to put him more on edge. Still though, he had to try and keep calm and not too worked up about the female. His voice was quiet, his words slow and deliberate, and he was trying to enforce some dominance but not to stifle her. She would know this; it was the way of the wolf. “Keep calm and don’t do anything stupid, I am in a good fighter and could go toe to toe with most…Though I’d rather not cause a scene in the middle of the street…” He fronwed. Waiting to see what she would do next.

The man had given her the pie, a foolish move on his part, she devoured it within a few bites and the man had gone out side thinking about simply ditching the man but then she wanted to teach him a lesson for what had happened earlier. Following the man, he was talking about not causing a scene and how he was a good fighter however when they got into the ally way Funny Emily had leaped forwards, her knee aiming for the mans back.

OOC: Won't let me change accounts on this computer

Gaius ducked down, letting the knee sail over his head his foot shot back to sweep the lycan woman’s foot out from underneath her. Judging from the speed of the maneuverer and how she was stood the woman had a slim chance of dodging it. He grinned; she had some fight in her to say the least. He got up facing the other Lycan, his grin was wide, it displayed rows of sharp pure white teeth. “Bad idea, we can fight, but if we do I’ll pull no punches, I have to enforce dominance it seems…You will regret this if you carry on…” he said in a deep Russian accent. He made an attack himself, his hand snaked forwards to grab her wrist and pull, trying to get her off balance while his foot went to pull her off her feet.
“You definitely have some fight in you…It’s definitely a good quality to have…” he said in a slightly flattering tone, his thoughts turning towards other matters for a second while he considered things.

Looking at the two people leave Gile leaned back in his chair in complete and utter contentedness not really caring about what was going on out there. If the man his new mentor it seemed wanted to try and get lucky with some person he didn't know. Why the frik should he care! Gile thoiught to himself as he helped himself to the vegetables and the fruits he hadn't yet eaten on his plate.

Gaius merely pulled at that point, by getting her off her feet she wasn’t going to be able to get any leverage. She tried twisting but she was off balance, this gave him an edge and with a victorious grin he took her feet off the floor and pushed her against the wall with her feet a few inches from the floor. “You’re definitely an interesting creature so are we going to be civil now? I fed you and have no interest of fighting with you so let’s be friends and maybe get to know each other” his voice was steady and brooked no argument, it had no trace of anger and merely had a slightly friendly tone to it. “If I offended you I apologise and will try to make sure it doesn’t happen again, we’ll go inside and get another pie to share and a drink to talk over.” He wasn’t expecting it to work but he was going to try at the very least to bridge the small divide that’d been created.

The man was good, he had manged to not only get Emily off balance but also picked her up with much ease and pushed her against the wall, though her weight was obviously nothing compared to the amount a werewolf could lift but you know anime "HOW DID HE DO THAT !?" logic in play in her mind. He was going on again, Emily was becoming tired of this mans words her impatience was growing and the man obviously had made a crucial mistake while dealing the young lycan, he gave enough room to allow any sort of an attack.
Her knee slightly bent enough so she could then force it into the mans gut I am offended you are still trying to talk! not really a cool thing or smart thing to say but she was in the moment and didn't have anything else to say.

Gaius gritted his teeth, the pain wasn’t too great but a surprise to say the least. He let go of her and as soon as her feet hit the floor he grabbed her hands with hi and tried to force her against the wall in a stale mate. But his footing was off and the floor was slippy, and with her back against the wall she had some advantage as she couldn't fall on her back. He gritted his teeth, his mind working over drive on how to end the fight. The stalemate would last a while until one of them gave upp, and he was determined to win this struggle.

It was a successful hit, the man was staggered letting go for a moment Emily was going to take the opportunity to punch but was instead locked into a grapple with the man. She clenched onto his fists, her hands and arms tensing as she was trying to gather the strength to push back but they were on equal terms in that situation as it seemed. However the area was in her favor, she had a wall to keep her up and the man had nothing, she used the wall as leverage, cracking it slightly as she pushed forwards in an attempt to push the man.

The Russian gritted his teeth, he was holding up well but as he was pushed back a step he lost his footing, luckily with the momentum she had he managed to drag her with him to an extent. This was going badly, it wasn’t usually this bad with him but he’d been getting distracted easily in the fight and that was his fault, though he wasn’t going to let himself get distracted anymore. Hopefully she wouldn’t still be on her feet while he was on the ground…and as he fell the fates smiled on him. His hand pulled away from hers and wrapped around her waist, keeping her against him as he tumbled to the ground. He finished up face to face with her, his ruined eyes would be level with hers and with a growl he showed his teeth again. Until he got that smell again, his growl softened and he stopped for a second as he tried to take it in, inside he screamed WHAT THE HELL’S HAPPENING TO ME

It was all sudden, well not too sudden for a werewolf Emily knew what was happening she wasn't in much of a position to do anything about it thought. She was falling on top of him, there eyes were level and she could feel his arms around her waist at first she blinked but the she began to try and wiggle off him L..let go she turned away Don't look you bas.. suddenly she stopped realizing he was blind and blushed like mad DON'T YOU TRY ANY TOUCHY TOUCHY STUFF I SWEAR, this situation was new to her but then she realized something, she was on top.
AHA I HAVE... she stopped when she realized something else, this was the closest she had ever gotten to someone else ..y...you.. she blushed more and snarled YOU BASTARD YOU TOOK MY FIRST !!! it was random but her brain wasn't exactly working right, and she was never really taught properly about relationships or anything like that.

Gaius pulled her against him as she started to panic “calm down…this is a slightly strange position I know…” he had no idea of what to say….so he merely decided to kiss her on the cheek. He moved his arms up her soft silky strong back and kept her against him. Feeling the not too light weight of the chubby werewolf mould into him, it was a nice feeling and it was all he could do to try and calm her. His face remained passive but a bright crimson had flown into it as he tried his comforting tactic.

“Emily…Keep calm…I don’t know what to say but just take a second to catch your breath I guess then once you feel calmer then act again.” He went into peck her cheek again, he wasn’t sure if she’d respond well to it…but he had nothing else to take her mind off what had happened. If she hit him fair enough, if not then that would be another thing altogether; “I have no idea when it comes to people either, but this isn’t the worst thing that’s happened by a long shot to me…” his voice broke off. He wanted to pull away but something wouldn’t let him, it was the animalistic parts of him that sensed a chance for something here, a connection might form that would give him more chance of survival…he couldn’t waste it.

Being pulled in Emily was just confused at this point not really knowing what to do,  it was all very confusing the words that he said to her trying to calm her down and then kissed her cheek. She let out a yelp as his hand went up her back, again he kissed her cheek however her mind had focused. For a moment she said nothing, it was eerily quite before she opened her mouth Y..you she spoke in a quite manner FRIGGIN IDIOT angrily she spoke as she began to roll.

This was really too much for her, she began to roll back and forth, her face some what red as she did so, if this were an anime steam would be coming out of her ears or something.

Backing off Gaius felt his anger rise, he’d never needed anyone, yet now he was on the cusp of turning 39 and he was getting sentimental and wanting to have people in his life. It made no sense and only served to make him berate himself, but there was nothing that could be done but try and smooth over his loss of self-control. “I apologise Emily, it was ill done and I have no words to describe how much I regret that. I suppose this is where we part ways”

His voice had gone monotone, his face had hardened, there was nothing else to say or do…so with that he stood up and went to leave the alley, and he gave a stiff nod to her as he waited for her to get up. She could defend herself, but that didn’t mean he was going to leave her on her own in an alley where anything could lie in wait for the unwary. “Once again I’m sorry I did…what I did.”

Staring at the man as he left she sighed slight and stood up, dusting her self off and in a rather slightly embarrassed tone What is y your name and give me your phone number, i its not what you are thinking if you really want to apologize....er...j just give me the damn name and number already ! She was sounding more embarrassed yet stubborn as she talked.
She stood there was a slightly red face and a strong look on her face, which didn't really matter because the man was blind and wouldn't be able to see her face.

Gaius gave a small smile, he wrote down his number and gave it to the aggressive girl with a small pat on the shoulder “We will have to get coffee sometime I think” he said softly, “do I get your number in return or is this in exchange for the kiss?” he said half-jokingly, he awaited for her response then left quietly to go and get the youth his room.
“Gile, go to get your room key now, then finish your work in the morning and meet me outside here at half twelve, from there we can go and begin your training…” his voice was monotone still, and with that he decided to get a bed in the B&B, they were cheap due to lack of demand and that suited the werewolf just fine…

Quickly putting the number into her mobile Emily quickly scoffed a little Y you are getting no such thing... she said referring to the kiss but then she did give him her number Don't go asking for such embarrassing things perv she yelled at him as he walked across back to the cafe. Putting her phone away into her pocket she wondered if she did the right thing exchanging numbers but then again this man may some answers she may need.

She walked off realizing the time Ah crap she then picked up the pace as she ran down the street, just fast enough to now arouse suspicion that she may not be human but fast enough so she possibly wouldn't be late for her destination.

Some place near a cafe Empty
PostSubject: Re: Some place near a cafe   Some place near a cafe EmptyMon Sep 23, 2013 4:25 pm

Gile heard the Man's words and listened to them. He was not used to being told what to do. But he was also not used to being fed, or having a bed to sleep in. Or a job with wich to honestly earn money. He responded with a quick "Aye." And a nod of his head as he left for his room. All of this was still confusing to him especially this entire bit about training but he just couldn't find the strength to argue against it. This was all so great to him that he could hardly believe it was real. However one thought did stick in his mind before he went to bed. There was no such thing as a free lunch. This guy who was 'taking care of him' wanted him to train and judging by how good he was, without site. He imagined any kind of training that he would throw at him would be very difficult indeed.

Gile awoke early enough and began his job, he was an excellent worker. Doing what was asked and then beyond of him. Perfect for all of the menial physical labor set out before him. Since his life had also been nothing but a struggle anyway. He didn't really require any kind of a break and he never slowed down. However he did hit a few rocky moment's when he had to come into contact with people. But other than the awkward couple minutes of him trying to avoid some of the customers all went according to plan.

When he was done he put away everything that he didn't think he would need for training. This would be his jacket and other possessions and then headed towards where he would be meeting this Gaius. Still a little suspicious but definitely loving his new life so far.

However aware of what he had been thinking yesterday. Gile stated taking deep breaths to clear his mind and get ready to take some pain. He didn't think this was going to be easy but luckily for him he had spent years learning how to block out pain, how to ignore and overcome it. Sure he wasn't perfect at it. But it was dang near impossible to get him to give in without knocking him unconscious.

Gile gave a swift nod to the man and said nothing. Not being one much for words anyway he would simply listen and obey for the time being.

Gaius yawned, his right eye itched in its ruined socket but he stifled the urge to scratch at it, it would only make the itch worse. His body felt healthier than it had in while, his weight or lack of it was becoming less severe as he had more regular meals. Nonetheless he enjoyed a few more seconds of soaking in the sun in his desert fatigues, they were almost wrecked now but he’d find a surplus store somewhere…Finishing the flask of tea he had the werewolf savoured it, then it was gone and it was time for him to get started. “So Boy, are you ready, we will not stop for anything other than serious injury you understand so make sure you have everything.” He ended by throwing a day sack like his at Gile, it contained a Hexi burner and mess tins with a black water bottle. It was basic kit that he’d need, it was essential for surviving in the field.

The werewolf was going to condition him first, with a bottle of liniment he’d bought from an acupuncturist the werewolf was going to have him kicking a tree. Afterwards when he’d reached his limit he’d apply the liniment and that would help it heal, it was going to take weeks to get results with this but it would help shape him one step at a time. Afterwards he’d be set to press ups, menial exercise would allow the werewolf to see what he was working with. Then after the youth had reached his limits with that he would do more, then more, he would be pressed past the point of pain into the point of not being able to move. It was how he would become strong, a man that could fight for five minutes could win a fight, but a man that could fight for five minutes after five minutes would never fall in battle. He stood up, it was time to go and start with his body conditioning to calcify bones as well as strengthen his skin.

Gile nodded his understanding. He didn't think he could get anything else even if he wanted to to help him with this training. Being that he owned next to nothing. So perhaps there was something he could bring to help him. But he wouldn't be able to obtain that quickly no matter how hard he tried. He picked up the items thrown to him. And looking at them for a moment he put them back in the bag but kept the bag on him. It was clear he would be needing these things later on.

Gile was fully prepared for whatever was thrown at him.
