As of yesterday the staff after much discussion that happened over the course of several days has voted to remove the combat lock rule.

So from what I have heard in the Skype chat, it sounds like we all agree that the lock shouldn't be here so at this point, I'm approving this and moving it.

Stay tuned for more changes to come as well as future plot announcements.
