Ice landing strip (Outskirts)

DESCRIPTION

Long and wide, this area is mostly cleared by the high winds in the darkness, with the acceptation of one tower building (two stories high, made of concrete), and many lights that line the perimeter of the landing strip. Since The Captain has been the only living creature in the area, he's managed to keep the lights turned on for the Major and the rest of the Millennium Party.

FROM <<<< Eishöhle (Ice Cave Entrance)

Hans pulled the truck to a slow stop, quickly opening the door and smacking it shut. He nuzzled his face down into the collar of his great coat, and pulled his hat farther down onto his head just when the Red and Black Zeppelin touched down. He stood silently by the truck as a few freaks and vampires shot from the base of the Deus Ex Machina II, as well as those from the top. The personnel from the top threw down heavy cables to those at the bottom. From there, the ones at the bottom dug into the snow, finding the hooks and hooking the cables (as well as the Deus Ex Machina II) into place.

They had not noticed The Captain as he stood idly by, watching as they worked. keeping the truck running, Hans waited next to it for the ramp to extend from the Deus Ex Machina II.

IC:
Hans let his gaze drift up to stairs that extended down from the Deus Ex Machina II. He watched at Herr Major walked down the stairs in a slow fashion. The men on the ground gave salutes while The Major walked towards the truck in which Hans stood by. As the Major drew nearer and nearer, Hans gave his salute and stared dead ahead till ordered to lower his stance.

"Guten tag Captain" the Major said with a wide grin and a wave "to zhe base please" he added, squeezing into one of the front seats as
Rip hopped into the back and rested her musket on her lap, shivering slightly, while the Major did not seem effected by the cold at all.

IC:
Hans gave a nod and ceased his stance as Herr Major climbed into the front seat. From that, the werewolf turned and smoothly slid back into his seat behind the drivers wheel. He slammed the door shut and turned the truck round, heading down a long stretch towards the dome of the city.
