Name: William O'Conner
Age: 31
Gender: Manish man.
Physical appearance: O'Conner is a tall, well muscled man with pale skin. His hair is blonde and falls in all around his head in no particular style. His eyes are a light brown color and his nose is large and a bit stubby. He has slight wrinkles around his eyes due to his mouth usually curled in a sadistic grin. His most noticeable feature are his abnormally large hands, at least twice as large as his head. Aside from that, his arms, legs and torso are all equally well muscled from his years of training.
Clothing of choice: O'Conner's usual attire is a black long sleeved shirt with two white stripes starting from his shoulders and down the length of his body, dark gray denim pants adorned with numerous chains and other bobbles, and black leather dress shoes. He also drapes a long white naval officer's coat (complete with gold shoulder pads) over his shoulders, a keep sake from his days in the service. On his brown leather belt is a holster for his very large gun, held at his right side.
Weaponry of choice: O'Conner's main weapon is his large, silver revolver holstered at his side. It's most distinguishing feature is that it is much large than most small arms type weapons, firing .600 caliber silver bullets. This can also be used for striking at close range due to its large size. Several of O'Conner's pant chains are also attached to three pronged spikes resting in his pockets. He can pull these out and swing them as weapons. He also carries a large Bowie knife attached to his left thigh.
Race: Special Human.
Abilities: Due to his years in the navy, O'Conner is adept at piloting marine vessels. He is also a distinguished leader, commanding the majority of the Knight's army with an iron fist. He is, however, not the smartest, as he can make several bad judgments during a battle, leading to costly man losses. He is also skilled in scare tactics, bestowing fear in his adversaries and allies alike through various means. O'Conner's main skill is his knowledge of battle tactics, commanding his forces and adapting as needed.
Aside from these, O'Conner is a skilled brawler, having a mastery of boxing, putting his abnormally large hands to use. Aside from actual boxing style, he can also swipe and smash with his hands. He can also jump and run higher and faster than normal humans (not to the level of a Category F vampire, though). The skin on his hands is also extremely thick, being able to block most gun fire, armor piercing and close range shot gun fire being the best chance of damaging them.
Organization: Knights of The Damned.
Personality: O'Conner is an extremely egotistical man. He believes that his plans will always work no matter how impractical. He will blame any sort of failure on the closest subordinate near him, often ruthlessly beating them, often to death. This goes for annoyance as well (he will generally abuse his soldiers at any time). This has created a fear of him to all the lower ranking soldiers in the Knights of the Damned, mainly because it could be any one of them that takes the hand next.
All in all, O'Conner is an extremely cruel and ruthless man with anger issues. O'Conner will generally not enter battle himself, preferring to observe from a large throne-like chair than battle with what he considers "trash". He often commands his subordinates to do jobs immediately, killing them if they don't do what he wants fast enough. While he often does not take prisoners, if there is a reason to, he will personally torture them in every way imaginable before killing them, whether or not he gets the information he wants or not.
Despite all this, O'Conner is, deep down, a coward. While very assured of his abilities, he will begin to become unnerved if he is actually hurt. If in the position to be killed, he will try to barter and beg for his life, even if he plans to betray them when their guard is down. Even after this, he will attest he was never afraid and kill anyone who dares to say otherwise.
Rank: General.
Biography: O'Conner grew up in a relatively normal family in Ireland. Nothing much happened in his childhood, besides learning how to box from his father at an early age. After finishing school, he joined the navy, working his way through the ranks through brown nosing and bribery. After growing bored of being ordered around, he killed his superior in a fit of rage. Instead of court martialling him, the navy officers opted instead to experiment on him.
The experimentation not only increased his muscle mass, and thickened and enlarged his hands, but enhanced his rage. After becoming annoyed one day, O'Conner killed every doctor and security guard in the facility and successfully escaped. He made a living as a bounty hunter until joining the Knights after stumbling upon their castle, nearly dying in the process, though taking out a hefty amount of soldiers at the same time. Seeing his abilities, he was promoted to general of the army, commanding most of the lower soldiers.
At this point, the only person O'Conner takes orders from is Marcus Cruor and will maim or kill anyone who tries to command him. After hearing the news of Benno and Saxon's plot, he immediately prepared the Knights' forces, expecting an attack within the next few days.

Part 1
Another day at sea, rocking among the waves. Finishing his cigarette, O'Conner snuffed it out on the deck before returning to his inventory duties. While taking stock of the food on the ship, one of his superiors burst through the door, holding his crushed cigarette butt. "De fuck is this?! Did ya really leave this on ME ship?! You piece o' shit, don' even answer that! You'll be cleaning the toilets for a year for this! Yer arse will be-"
At this point, O'Conner had had enough of his superior officer's bitching and decided to shut him up. This, of course, meant strangling him to death. Dropping the body at his feet, William looked at what he'd just done, and surprisingly didn't care. Nudging the man with his foot, he came to the conclusion that he really was dead. Kicking it out of the way, he walked back onto the deck.
Hearing the noises from below, others became curious and went to inspect what happened. Upon seeing the lifeless body of their superior officer, they turned to O'Conner, question him on why he did this, how he could do it, and other things of that nature. His responce was short and simple, "He made me mad." They promptly proceeded to turn the ship back to port, docking with the police and other naval officers standing at the ready. O'Conner left without any resistance, being placed in the back of a police car and driven away.
"So, what do yea plan to do with 'im?" questioned one of the officers to another.
"Isn't it obvious? We test 'im."
Part 2
It had been three years since he'd murdered that man. Three years worth of needles, black outs, changes, and doctors. He inspected himself, remember all the things that had happened to him since them. His muscled had nearly doubled in size since he'd gotten there, but that was nothing compared to his hands. The skin was like thick leather hide, as well as being gigantic. He slammed his hand into the ground, lifting it away to see a large crack in the cement.
O'Conner decided he didn't enjoy being in there any longer. Slamming his fist into the metal door in front of him, he watched it crumple to the ground. As guards ran towards him, they drew their guns and fired. He put his hand in front of the bullets paths, and amazingly, they were deflected. His suspicion was right; those hands weren't just for show. Balling one into a fist, he swung at the stunned guards, smashing one into the other and cracking their skulls against the metal wall. As he walked down the hall, he met a doctor, who he promptly crushed with his hand. It seemed like he'd been made invincible.
The next few hours were filled with carnage; blood and brain decorated the walls of the facility, bodies lying in broken heaps all across the floor. Standing in a circle of corpses, O'Conner look at his blood soaked hands. They were his weapons now, and he could do whatever he wanted with them. He grabbed an officer's coat off one of the men and draped it over his shoulders. Punching the exit door, William began to walk away from his prison, trying to figure out what he would do now that he was unbeatable.
Part 3
Sitting in his throne, O'Conner finished his reminiscing. This was the present; looking out at the sea in the castle of the Knights of the Damned. He'd ordered his troops to be ready for mobilization several hours ago, waiting for the inevitable retaliation by Hellsing. "Sir, we've prepare the cannons, what should we do next?" The soldier looked at his leader fearfully, half expecting to be crushed any second now.
"Check the cameras and the sonar, boy," he replied, waving him off. Standing, O'Conner walked out onto the balcony over the sea, inhaling the salted vapor. It shouldn't be much longer; those Brits were known to be quick on the draw. Checking his gun to make sure it was working and loaded (by shooting one of his men in the face), he holstered it and threw the body of a dead foot soldier into the water. He was becoming impatient, gripping the railing tightly. He released after noticing he'd bent the metal, going back to his throne for a nap.
Closing his eyes, he gave one last order to wake him once something shows up in the vicinity of the castle. Resting his head on one of his fists, William let himself fall into unconsciousness.
---
This guy was designed just to die, so don't expect him to be around too long. He's also meant to command a lot of soldiers to give Hellsing a better challenge. Keep that stuff in mind.
