Name: Cecile Croomy
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Physical appearance: Cecile is about five feet seven inches in height. She has a tall slender almost lithe like frame, but don't let her appearance fool you. She is quite capable of handling herself if need be. Her hair is straight, and has a very nice violet color to it. She tends to keep her hair in a bob with two pieces of hair slightly longer than the rest near the front that frame her oval face nicely. It is more practical for her to have her hair like this because of her work. She has thin average eyebrows above round gray eyes. Cecile also has long slim fingers with short nails, and is really nothing but legs. Her skin color has a milky white tone, and her features are very feminine. She has a small nose, and a small mouth.
Clothing of choice: Cecile always wears her uniform to work. She wears a tan military inspired uniform that is similar to wat women in European police forces wear. It consists of a pencil skirt that stops just right above her knees, white button up shirt with rank displayed on the collar, green tie, blazer than is tan with black pipping, black belt around her waist, knee high boots, and a black armband on her left arm with Vatican Section 3's symbol on it with Matthew written in silver thread.
Weaponry of choice: Cecile always keeps a Tanfoglio T95 Combat at her side with 16 9x21mm rounds. She has a spare magazine inside a pocket in her blazer.

Abilities: Cecile is highly intelligent, quick to think on her feet in fighting, and a good strategist. She also has the ability to catch on to how something works right away. She also believes she is a fabulous cook.
Organization: Vatican Section 3, Matthew, Iscariot.
Personality: Cecile is a no nonsense girl, and does not take anything from anyone. Especially her boss Lloyd. She is a calm, caring, and kind young woman who is always willing to help someone in need. She is constantly thinking about others. One thing Cecile is is happy. You never really will see her get angry, or pissed off. The only time she does get upset, only a little bit, is when reprimanding Lloyd for his unintentionally ill-mannered remarks. When it comes to combat though Cecile is all business, and serious. While she will not always be involved with conflict she is always ready to volunteer her skills on the battlefield if needed. Cecile also enjoys cooking, or at least what she calls cooking. She is always trying to come up with different combinations and concoctions. Every time she makes something new she gives it to Lloyd to try it out. Her favorite so far has been rice balls with blueberry preserves inside.

Biography: Cecile Croomy was born in Cheddar Village, England in 1979 to two poor parents with two children already. They could not afford another child to feed, and take care of so she was sent to the Vatican's orphanage immediately as soon as she was cleaned after birth. As she grew up in the orphanage the nuns, and priests notice she was a very smart child in mathematics, and science. By the age of 11 she was taken into the care of Section Three Matthew, and was baptized, raised, and ordained a Catholic. As she was raised by those in Matthew she was schooled along with a couple of other children in all fields, but given challenges and experiments to do in science classes. Depending on what the assignment was in each class she volunteered to help the others she was studying with. Cecile found immense joy in helping others, and began to do so in other places. It made her happy knowing she was doing something that was benefiting others. One of her favorite things to help with was cooking in the kitchen. Although if she was ever left alone disaster would occur.
When Cecile was old enough to work for Section Three Matthew she was fully inducted. Almost right away she was given her first research project to do, and was told she would be working along side Lloyd Asplund as his assistant. She enjoyed working with him so much that she requested to be his full time assistant on every project she had clearance on. However, because of her rank in Matthew the regenerator project is still classified for her, and thus does not assist Lloyd when he has an assignment on it. Most of the projects that she does assist Lloyd with include development of new anti-vampire, and anti-monster weapons. Ever since working together Cecile, and Lloyd have become fairly close, and Cecile often uses him as her guinea pig for the food she makes.
RP sample: The digital clock rang with 6:00 am as the time with an annoying beep. Movement was made under the sheets, and a hand stretched out to shut off the alarm. Cecile slowly got up, and yawned while stretching. Soon after she was up, and doing her daily morning routine. Within ten minutes she was dressed, and headed out of her room at the Vatican. As she made her way to the kitchen she thought about what to make for breakfast.
Hmm....should I try something new or should I make something typical. I guess I could always try that recipe I found on the internet. She made her way into the kitchen, and began to get the items she need from the fridge.
Eggs, bacon, onions preformed quiche pie crust, and I need spinach. I wonder where it is. Cecile looked in the vegetable drawer, and in the freezer but found none.
Well this is no good. Oh but they had cactus so I'll just use that. She grabbed the cactus from the fridge, balancing everything in her arms, and put it on top of the counter. Outside sounds of chopping, and whisking were heard. A priest peaked into the kitchen to see what was going on, and saw Cecile putting soy sauce into the quiche mixture. He crossed himself, and kissed his cross before he started walking away.
I feel sorry for whoever has to eat that. When she was done she place the quiche into the oven.
Finally after minutes of baking it was done. Carefully the quiche was taken out of the oven, and set on a cooling rack. To Cecile it smelled really good, and it looked delicious. Despite the crust being slightly burned in some places. After minutes of cooling she cut two pieces from the quiche with anticipation, and took them out putting them onto plates. Then she took out two forks. Not feeling like waiting she put the fork into her slice, and put it into her mouth. Right away she loved the flavors. Happy with her accomplishment she left her slice on the table, and went looking for Lloyd to have him try it. However, as she looked she could not find him in his usual places. Disappointed she made her way back to the kitchen when she spotted a sister along the way back.
Excuse me sister but would you mind trying this quiche I made? The sister froze in her spot as she recognized the voice, and slowly looked behind her to see that it was Cecile.
Oh but of course dear. The sister laughed nervously, and then took the plate from her. The sister cautiously picked up the fork, took a piece off the slice, and put it into her mouth. Immediately after she swallowed though her face paled
I think I just got food poisoned. It's delicious my child now why don't you save the rest for Lloyd I'm sure he'll appreciate it like always. Oh but there's more in the kitchen. The sister shoved the place back to Cecile, and ran as fast she could. Meanwhile Cecile stood there with a confused look on her face.
The sister made her way into a confessional, and began.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Bless me Father for I have sinned it has been a week since my last confession. Go ahead what have you to confess to my child.Well Father I ate bad food, and I lied about it being good one time.Meanwhile Cecile had put the quiche slices in the fridge for later, and went off to go work. As she got into the lab she took out her notes, and began to recheck them. Seeing that a couple of her calculations were off a bit she redid the work. After checking them once again she started to make the blueprints for an improvement on the desert eagles. With the new improvements they could use a new batch of bullets that were recently made. Whether or not it would be successful was another on werewolves was another thing. Cecile then put the blueprints aside for Lloyd to look at later, and began to work on the schismatics for a new grenade to use against the higher ranking vampires. Soon though there was an explosion followed by the lab shaking. She looked behind her, and saw smoke coming from one of the other areas.
Sorry! The priest yelled across from the lab. Cecile smiled, and continued working on the grenade.
