Emil Køhler [WIP]

Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? If so how far have you gotten? If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least. Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga. The anime is not canon. This is not our opinion. This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano. I'm reading the manga... I'm on volume ten right now. I'm also working on the OVA.

Name: Emil Køhler

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Physical appearance: Emil is a young man standing at 5'6". He has a slim build, with just slight muscle tone. His skinny appearance resembles his weight of 139 lbs. He has remarkably pale skin. His blond-practically-white hair is short and choppy with that one strand that'll never stay in place. He seems to always have a glaring look about him. He also has a bitter tone when he speaks to strangers, whether it's on purpose or not that's the way he sounds. His eyes are a light blue that sometimes changes to lavender.

Clothing of choice: Emil is keen on wearing black. He has a long black winter coat edged with fur around the collar and sleeves. Underneath the coat is a long sleeve v-neck shirt in a light grey shade. He wears baggy black pants that need to be held up by a belt. They are tucked into his leather steal-toed boots. He has black gloves with textured palms to help with gripping objects.

Weaponry of choice: Emil is good with pistols, but he personally prefers throwing knives. The knives he uses are at the length of 9" fully. The blades themselves are 4 3/8". He carries them in a set of 12.

If close range fighting is necessary then he fights with a combat knife. It is a double edged blade with the length of 8".

Race: Human

Abilities: Emil is very good at adapting to the uses of different weapons. He can easily figure out a specific weapon works and use it accordingly. Guns, swords, knives, you name he can figure it within an hour tops. He is most skilled with knives, both combat and throwing. Where Emil lacks in strength he makes up for in agility. He is very quick, and is very balanced on his feet. It's rare to seem him trip over himself.

Emil is also fluent in the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish) along with German. He was able to learn these languages with ease and has a bad habit of switching between them.

Organization: Unaffiliated.

Personality: Emil is a gentleman. He knows when manners are needed and uses them. He is never rude to a girl. It is one of those things he never does. When around strangers he tends to keep this polite attitude, but once he warms up to people he is a very good friend. He is loyal to his friends, and almost never lets them down (People have their bad days). His obedient nature doesn't make him necessarily gullible, but it has gotten him into trouble before. Emil is the kind of guy who holds a grudge against people, and doesn't let is off all too easily. He doesn't usually hold grudges, but when he does it's for a good reason.

Emil isn't just loyal to friends. He is very very loyal to his religion, and it's not Christianity. He believes in Norse Mythology, and scoff at people who believe there is only one God controls the way Earth works. He is very defensive of what people say about Norse Mythology. That is something he won't ever stand for.

Biography: Emil grew up in Denmark with a mostly average life. He lived with his mother and older sister, Æsa, both raised him. He never met his father because his parents were divorced when he was just an infant. At first Emil had no faith in any God what so ever. He first learned of it in 7th grade. There the class was taught more of Norse history, and Norse Mythology came up quite frequently. Curious, Emil decided to learn more about it outside of school. Thus he became religious. In his freshmen year of highscool there was a vampire attack. Quite a few upper class-men and teachers died. Emil came to think of vampires as creatures from Niflheim that have risen. From then on he decided that he would figure out a way to get rid of them.

After he graduated he began to travel around Scandinavia. At first he had great trouble fighting them, but in Sweden he had his knives blessed with the Runes of Rig. He had a little more of an advantage when it came to killing, but he still had a fight.
