The HOTD RP Forum is, you guessed it, based on the Highschool of the Dead manga/anime series. At this point, only the first 4 episodes of the anime have occured, and there is no plot. The HOTD RP is character driven. Each character has their own personal story, and as they meet more characters in their quest to survive, their stories will become interwoven, with the fate of some characters resting on others. Relationships will blossom, and bonds will be forged. Here is the story so far:
The world is in chaos. A virus, originating somewhere in Japan, has spread worldwide. The first victims of the virus turned into zombie-like beings, devoid of sight and unable to feel anything. The virus makes them crave human flesh and essentially causes them to lose control of themselves. The virus infects others when they are bitten by the infected individuals. Because of this, the virus spread rapidly, and before governments and the military had time to react, majorities of populations had already been infected. Worldwide, Governments are doing what they can to slow the spread of the virus and quarantine area's, however, it is only a matter of time before nowhere is safe....
Do you have what it takes to survive the zombie apocalypse? Would you mercy kill a friend? Would you be willing to give your life, so that others may live?
