- Physical appearance: Volke is a slightly taller fellow standing at six one. Yet while he is certainly not small he is not necessarily that large either. He looks to be around the wight of two hundred and ten pounds. His face is now very smooth with little to no blemishes upon it unless he did something to his artificial flesh. This is not to say that his skin looks fake. Just very clean. As does his hair which is brown and a little longer than most men. His eyes which although fake are brown. His skin is a pale color but will not tan or burn that well in the sun ever. Though he is forty four appears around mid thirties.
He's really overweight for his height. Maybe that's just his cyber parts though.
By "smooth", do you mean like this?
I wouldn't expect fake skin to tan at all.

- Clothing of choice: Volke wears a black cloth jacket that reaching down to his waists end. It can be zipped up. He wears a red shirt as well as tan jeans which while a jean are loose fitting and able to maintain their shape without ripping even during Volke's feats of agility. He wears a red headband to keep his hair back and the way he likes it. He also wears on his arms brown arm bands that underneath the fabric are reinforced with a small layer of steel and Kevlar. Then underneath is a red fabric covering his knuckles which along with two straps connect the piece of equipment to Volke's arm. Volke wears a black leather belt and white golden toed socks. Around this belt can be seen many knives.
Yes, most clothes are, in fact, made of cloth. Your jacket isn't special...
I don't understand the knuckle cloth thing at all. Is it connected to his body by the straps, or what?
You mention socks, but no shoes.

How long are these knives? Silver is balls, also. Seems like he'd have a problem sitting on things, too.
- Balls wrote:
- Ballistic knives: Volke has two ballistic of the same mix of silver, steel, and blessings kept one in each of his boots. The knives release is very powerful.
Again, silver is balls. Where does he keep them in these nonexistent boots?

- Exploding knives: These knives are hollowed out but still strong enough to penetrate flesh with ease. These knives contain a small explosive and many scraps of silver. They are devastating within two feet. Pretty useful around five. Little damage at seven. These two knives are kept on the left side of his belt. The detonator is in Volke himself and he can use it at will.
Surprisingly, nothing to complain about. You actually had the forethought to put silver inside them and not coat it, too.

- Tracking knife: If Volke hits someone with the tracking knife he can inject them with a clear ink like liquid. This liquid is filled with tiny tracking devices. These tracking devices allow Volke to know where his enemy is if they are within a hundred feet of him. If someone using a government computer is tracking these devices then the range increases to ten miles around Volke. Volke is not able to track these people even with the computer as his personal range remains the same. However some higher ups might be able to give him directions.
This doesn't seem realistic. Not sure how someone would get this out of them, either.

Not sure why, but okay.

This doesn't seem feasible. What makes these sparks?

Meh, balls.

It is attached to a thin but strong steel cable wrapped in thin strands of silver. The canon can also retract the knife an support three hundred more pounds of weight with it. This knife can spilt open and come back together upon his command so long as it is still attached to the wire. This wire can detach at his will. It should be noted that while he calls this weapon a knife it looks more like a dagger.
Going to say no go on the splitting thing. I don't know how that would work. Electromagnet, maybe, but that would get stuck inside you unless you launched it as a mess of blades smashing through you before turning it on.

- His entire body all besides his brain and heart which have both gained some electronic components has been replaced with steel, wires, and cybernetic components such as a detonator for his explosives and a device which allows him to send signals to his knives containing liquid. The signals tell the knives when to inject the enemy and when in the case of the oil knife to shoot out sparks. The only thing he actually needs to survive is in fact his head and heart which are both now covered in a thicker Titanium shell. The shell is a skull for his head and for his heart which is surrounded by plates of steel and even an extra layer of Kevlar it is simply a small plate reinforcing the steel around it. While most of his body is made of metals such as steel and wires replacing his body parts and most organs there is also a thin layer of Kevlar covering all of the steel and sometimes titanium plates on the outside which protect all of his body. This even gives him some softness under the artificial flesh and mimics the density of muscles and other and such things. There is a small device in the under of his right forearm which functions like a canon it extends down and then forward which allows Volke to grab and aim it easily. This fore arm is made of titanium to makeup for the lack of steel support in it as the canon and wires inside his arm do not allow for as much steel support as in his other limbs. His eyes also replaced allow him the ability to see in night vision, thermal vision, and target his enemies injected with the tracking fluid. As well as lastly increase his vision to resemble either binoculars, a telescope, or a microscope. None of them are overly powerful. Volke is also able to absorb information from downloads of sorts and can learn things extremely fast if taught how to do so. VWAT information is locked and loaded in his memory. Volke has a built in communicator which he can contact others with and listen to others on. Because of his body being made of armor he is immune to 5.56mm bullets and lower. Blunt force does not have much luck with him either.
Don't like him being able to "learn fast", since that's code for being able to do anything and everything after a day's training. He's not "immune" to anything. Fire enough small bullets at him, it's going to do damage. You'll also not being impervious to blunt objects; that is unfair.

Volke is always as quiet as he can speaking softly but in a deep baritone voice using as little words as possible. Unless on the battlefield where a roar or sarcastic comment or two isn't out of place. Volke is blunt, cold, and calculating. Feelings of fear, heroism and regret don't belong on the battlefield of war. Volke enjoying a fight would never in a million years do something rash or heroic in a fight unless he saw advantage in it. However innocents he would not like hurting. For they do not belong on the battlefield and are merely useless annoyances that get in his way as they are no fun to kill. Most people would assume that Volke's cybernetics made him so 'inhuman.' But this is false. Volke has always been this way. In fact the addition of his cybernetics has only made him perhaps easier to deal with. As he can afford to let his guard down a bit and take blows for his comrades. Although in fairness he is still paranoid and does not like large groups of people. He will also only take the bullet for his comrades if they won't kill him.

That's pretty unrealistic. I don't think the military hands out pamphlets asking who wants to be part of the top secret illegal experiments.

His head is made to eject before the explosion, if his superiors wanted to kill him too they would need to program that in before hand.
That is... This is, like, the 70's, right? I have a feeling the newly created V.W.A.T. and America government who've just recently made it to the moon don't have access to cybernetic technology. Even if they did, it would probably suck by today's standards.

Battle: Volke had been caught upon studying this vampire. Something that didn't really concern him. So much so that he didn't even believe he had to use any other knife than the one in his arm. He was never without his arms knife. The vampire charged at him with ferocity and Volke though fast with his new abilities was barely able to dodge his rush. As the vampire rushed by he turned and shot his knife into its gut. It was not a kill but it was painful. The vampire responded by throwing a chunk of the air vent on him. Or more like the whole thing sticking out of the roof. Volke hit the vent with the front of his fore arm and deflected it over the roof. He made the dagger split in half and then ripped it back through the creatures gut creating a much larger hole. As he did this he reeled in the cord so that he only had one foot of it left out. The vampire went to deliver a horrible punch to his face but Volke sidestepped and caught the arm with the string. Then bringing his other hand under the creatures arm and encircling it with the thin cable he pulled it taunt and severed the appendage. As the vampires arm fell to the floor Volke with his arms still crossed brought both of them towards the skull. His fist slammed into the creatures skull and sent it hard into the oncoming dagger which had folded up again. The creatures skull was split and bringing the body to the ground he ripped the blade out and pierced the vampires heart. He spoke into his communicator. "The vampire is dead but he caught me tracking him and things got a little messy on the roof. Pick me up at the hotels entrance. I need to get my knives on the way down."
Social: Volke walking through the park at night on his way back from a mission noticed something moving in the bushes. He turned on his thermal vision and noticed that there was a large body of heat. He said to it.
"You have six seconds to get out of that bush before I start throwing sharp things. One, two, four,-"
(Copy right credit goes to fire emblem fire this quote.)
"Ok! Ok!" Squealed the man as he got out of the bushes. He asked. "What is it a crime to be homeless nowadays?"
Volke taking in his appearance noticed that his tattered clothes and scraggly features may be genuine. Certainly the smell was... well never mind. He said to him.
"According to my memory it is not. Have a nice night. If you follow me I will kill you."
The man slowly shrank back into the bushes and after Volke left he ran about half a mile to find a different place to sleep.
Volke checking back on the man after increasing his vision to that of a pair of binoculars was about to decrease his vision and turn the corner when he was hit by a car. Volke went flying and did two flips in the air before he landed on his back. It took a moment for his vision to return to normal but as he raised himself up and off the ground he saw the man getting out of the car obviously drunk start apologizing over and over again. Volke responded.
"I am fine. You however should call yourself a cab."
Then walked away back towards base limping on his bent leg which he could repair easily enough.
Fix it up and it seems fine.
