He stands at a flat 6 feet weighing in at 100 Ib. He has light brown hair with a semi long style, however it is still within military regulations. He has black eyes and is Caucasion.
With his skinny appearance it helps contribute to his acrobatic skills and speed. He always has a perfect posture and walks as if he is marching but doesn’t swing his arms out as much. When he is in his dress blues and in doors he holds the Combination Cover in his left arm. He is well built even though he is skinny and has a six pack.

Clothing of choice:

Civilan: A black dress shirt with the top two buttons unbuttoned. Have black dress pants that have a black leather belt with a silver buckle. He also wears black socks with black Italian leather.

Military (Non-combatant): There is never a moment when he is state side when he is not seen wearing his Navy Service dress blues. The service dress blues is a black suite jacket with black pants. The suite jacket has golden buttons and a rank insignia made with traces of gold thread on either sleeve. It is decorated with various ribbons and medals from his military career. It comes with a standard Combination cover. and a white button down shirt and black tie. The button down has epaulets for additional ranking insignias.

Military (Combatant): This armor comes in colors according to the environment. The default color is jet black. The armor is a Kevlar alloy with modern battle suites. The armor has been blessed by all major religions and some Pagan religions. The suite and helmet were both designed and made by Geo-Tech. The Helmet covers the entire head and has a grade A protection against bullets up to .45 caliber. The helmet also is sound proof and has a wireless encrypted communication system so that members of the VWAT can communicate freely with out fear of enemy combatants listening in.

Weaponry of choice:

Submachine Gun: Steyr TMP with an extended clip and laser dot sight. With blessed silver and depleted mercury rounds. When using he has 3 magazines. The calibur is 9x19mm. Weighs in at 2.9 lbs (1.3 kg), with a length of 11.1 in (28.2 cm) and a barrel length of 5.12 in (13 cm). magazine capacity is 30 rounds. It fires both semi and full auto. He also has an detachable stock for it.

Sniper: The MK11 Sniper Weapons System. The MK11 system consists of the rifle, 20 round box magazines, QD scope rings, Mil-dot riflescope, swivel-base bipod on a Knight's mount, QD sound suppressor, and back up iron sights. The free-floating 20 inch barrel and free-floating Rail Accessory System allow for extreme accuracy. This weapon fires a customized 7.62 NATO round that has blessed silver in the tips and depleted mercury. It is not capable of fully automatic fire. When using he has 2 magazines

Machine Gun: The M60 machine gun is an air-cooled, gas-operated light machine gun that fires 7.62mm rounds from a disintegrating belt of M13 links. M60E3 & MK43 Mod 0 with an laser dot sight and extended clip. Fires the same rounds as the MK11 SWS. Also has a QD sound supressor with an Iron sight. When Using he has 3 Magazines. Weighs 23.1 Ibs with length of 42 in and a barrell length of 22 in. The cartrige is a 7.62 x 51mm NATO. A rate of fire of 550 rpm with a muzzel velocity of 2,800 ft/sec. Effective range is 1,200 yd. and a maximum range of 4,074 yd.

Pistol: MK23 Mod 0 0.45 cal SOCOM. Has a special recoil-reduction system, which softens recoil forces to the components and shooter by 40%. It is a double/single-action pistol with a 12-round magazine. It is designed to attach a KAC Sound Suppressor, also attached to it is a high-tech Laser Aiming Module (LAM) which consists of a 3-dot system of white, self-luminous tritium dots. The LAM operates in one of 4 selected modes: visible laser only; visible laser/flashlight; infrared laser only; and infrared laser/illuminator. The bullets have been customized for optimum anti-vampire performance with blessed silver in the tips and depleted murcury as well. He has 3 Magazines on him.

Assault Rifle: M4A1 Carbine SOPMOD. Has the following attachments Trijicon Reflex Sight – rapid acquisition on close targets, or when target or operator is moving. Aimpoint Comp-M – uses both-eyes-open with red-dot sighting system for target acquisition. Holographic Display Sight – instant target acquisition under any light situation. Visible Light Illuminator – provides white light when night-vision goggles are not sufficient. AN/PVS 14 Night Vision – night vision to locate, identify, and engage targets from 20-300 meters. Abilities:

Leon has an impeccable eye for telling who is a vampire or supernatural being. This had manifested later on as he honed his abilities more. He has a gift for strategy that he gained through his years of service and attending the United States Naval Special War Fare College. He is an expert marksman and hand to hand fighter from his training with the Seals. He continues to hone his skills to the point he can easily go toe to toe with a category D vampire while being able to hold his own against a category C with effort. Outside of being a combat primary, he often reads and speaks German rather fluently. He often finds himself sometimes sketching various things during a slow day. His physical strength is comparable of a Category F vampire, which is peak physical strength of a human.

Organization: V.W.A.T.

Personality: He has a very serious composure both on and off the battle field. He does have a tendency for caring a lot about his troops and comrades. He follows the “Leave no man behind” Rule to the point. He will declare a mission failed if one of his men is MIA or even if they are fatally wounded. He has a deep respect for his father ever since his mother was killed when he was young (Refer to Biography for full back story). He is also loyal to Geo-Tech and the United States Government. Ever since the VWAT was re-established he has a small hatrd towards Steeler for giving criminals who were better off getting the death sentence a sort of twisted freedom. He expresses this sentiment freely and commonly when something goes wrong to steeler.

Biography: Leon was born to Henrietta Valentine and Atlas James Dow. He took on the name of his Mother’s maiden name because she wanted it so and Atlas thought the name was good. His father worked at Geo-Tech as the head of Research and Development. Leon was born in Gottlieb Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He attended William E. Dever Elementary from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade. He then graduated from Dever. He enrolled at the Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy. It was that simple choice of what high school he went to that completely changed his life upon the first month of his high school career.

On The first of November Leon was on his fifth period physics class. His teacher, Mr. Svelnys, was amongst his favorites. They were learning about Newton’s Laws of Physics and Einstein’s theory on gravity. The class was going good and he laughed when Svelnys brought out his little Einstein finger puppet and an Newton finger puppet and made them fought and voiced them over with funn accents and saying that related to the lesson. About half way through the period the Commandant of the school, Commander Tooker, voice was heard on the P.A. and said “Will Cadet Valentine please report to the main office immediately with his things to go” he repeated that twice before saying “thank you” and got off the intercom. Leon wondering what was going on did as he was ordered and saw his Father in the main office looking completely distraught. His father’s expression was as if all the joy and happiness he had in life was sucked out of him and replaced with sorrow and distraught. Leon didn’t know what was wrong before but he could tell it had something to deal with his mother. His suspicion was confirmed when his father said “Leon...H-H-Henrietta i-is d-d-dead,” He said in between bursting into tears with Leon joining him almost immediately after. The funeral was held the following week and Leon submersed himself in his studies to get that topic off his mind. The day before the funeral he cried all day and all through the funeral. It was then he noticed something on her neck. A wound from what appeared to be bite marks. Seeing that threw Leon into a world of confusion.

That night Leon asked his father about it and his looked surprised but then composed him self quickly. “Leon, my son, there are creature of the night that prey on humans. And one of them attacked and murdered your mother,” Atlas said. Leon only said two words “A Vampire,” he asked. Atlas only nodded and looked at the floor. “I was at the office and there was nothing I could do. It just came in and bit her and nearly sucked her dry,” Atlas said. Leon was now angry. He wasn’t the one to believe in superstition like that but his mother’s death only made it all true and he couldn’t deny it. “Father, I swear to you and on mother’s grave I will hunt down and kill every last Vampire everywhere.” He said furiously and with his hand clenched into a fist.

It was that promise he made that drove Leon on his revenge path through high school. He graduated from Rickover with the rank of Cadet Commander and was awarded the Valedictorian and a full ride through college at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. There Leon only furthered his education and became and acrobat. At the end of his freshman year at Annapolis he was already like a profession acrobat. Come graduation Leon commissioned into the Navy and was recruited in to the Seals following his completion of Basic Training at Great Lakes Naval Training Base in Great Lakes, Illinois. Leon survived through the Seal training and devoted himself to complete his commission at the age of 24 with the rank of Commander. If he wanted to he could have continued up the ranks but every time he respectfully declined and saying “This is as high as I can go before the fall.” That statement always left his CO confused and even the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Roughead, confused. He continued service in the seals though as the acting field commander.

Leon the once proud Navy Seal and kind hearted patriot was now a vicious dog of the Military whose thirst for the death of all vampires could never be fulfilled unless his superiors said otherwise. It is rumored amongst those in his squad that he is neither human nor vampire but rather a specter of death. That rumor earned Leon the Codename GHOST.

As of late he and his team, the V.W.A.T., had taken out countless of vampires for the U.S. but after their mission where they took out the Vampire Shadiya, The V.W.A.T. was absolved, the official reason was because of the budget, but the actual reason was the newly elected president didn't like the idea of the U.S. spending money on an elite group of vampire slayers. Leon was then forced to be promoted to Vice Admiral and officially taken off the field. How ever, he has his allies in the chain of command. He is the commander of the Atlantic Special Forces Task Force Command and is able to get back out into the field. Every operative in the Atlantic and pacific fleets know of the vampire threat and have some training because of Leon integrating it into the training with out them knowing. They may not be up to par exactly but they can mount a sturdy defense. He is currently en route to the LCS Surface War Fare class Cruiser the U.S.S. Integretiy (A.K.A. Eagle 2) with nearly 200 replacement troops after catching wind of a possible traitor on board.

After the mission aboard the Eagle 2 he was promoted to Rear Admiral for the overly successful mission. Since then he had been advocating the return of the VWAT but was more than cross with congress when it was re-established but under someone else and instead of the finest soldiers, there were criminals allowed to kill while unofficially being endorsed by the U.S. Congress. Leon holds little respect for these practices seeing as their current leader was a little unstable during his military career. He often questions Steeler's orders and decisions.

Up side is we are finally going international and Geotech has new armor for us which I will give you the details on that later in the debrief. Down side is we will be working with our favorite trigger happy brother group, AVANT, as well as a British anti-vampire group called Hellsing. Now Hellsing is pretty well known in europe. They run like us but have a Vampire as their lead agent."[/b] Leon stooped and calmly sat there waiting for his comrades replies to that information. Leon does not like AVANT at all. He thinks they are all idiots that shouldn't be given a gun.

Leon looked at Shadow as he made a sad attempt to sneak in when Leon was facing towards the door the entire time.

For a grand total of fifve hundred push-ups and thirty laps around the complex," Leon paused and looks at Shaya, "Misuki for pointing out his failure to make it on time you will do fifty push-ups and ten laps around the complex. I want all this done before we leave for the mission and you are to begin immediately after the debrief."[/b] Leon said as he tapped the space bar on his lap top on his and a picture of Shadiya appeared.

From what Intel could gather they are held up in Afghanistan. Like the other terorists there they like caves. But this one prefers the desert. we have satellite images of the taget wandering the desert at random with at least one or three escorts. Intel has not given us if this faction is completely vampires or if it is only their leader. We need to be on our guard,"[/b] Leon Paused and took a breath and then continued. You guys will infiltrate via and ammo train. we've found a train line that usually is stolen form by these people. we are going to have another train go through with more ammunition for them. But this run will only be the top layer of each box with live ammunition and the rest with blanks. there will also be four boxes custom made for you each to get into. Now I am only going to authorize two people to infiltrate by train. The other two, your mission will be to get in contact with the hellsing agents and rbing them to an U.S. base and debrief them on the situation. Misuki and O'Dean you will be going on the train. Pierce and McCallister you will be getting in contact with the Agents. I will also be going on an infiltration to the targets base as a captured reporter and have a talk with her. Misuki you will be in command of your group, your mission is to once you are in to sabotauge all but one of their vehicles and steal as much ammuntion as you can. You can chose the vehicle. We have been cleared to us C-4 on the other vehicles. After hiking through the desert almost 5 miles now leon noticed a rather suspicious looking area. What looked like a little cliff/hill covered in sand, appeared to be a makeshift base with a door and a jeep parked out. Leon didn't take any chances and took out one of the pistols he had with him and attached a supressor and slowly made his way with his gun raised.

As he got closer he noticed figures trying to get another one out of the jeep who looked injured. He stopped where he was and used the camera ans a make shift binoculars and looked at figures and the jeep. He almost immeadiately recognized the female as the target nad the others as the ones his agents attacked at he train ambush. he smirked and said under his breath "you're mine," as he opened out and took out a scope attackment for his pistol and attached and took aim at Shadiya and commenced firing as he made his way closer.

While leon was firing through the scope he noticed a quick movement of one the targets allies, particualry the werewolf. Leon knew he had a second at most to just react, and so he did. jumped up in a back flip style but was knicked by one of the blades causing him to twist in the air. Given his acrobatic skills he was able recover and make a safe and skillful landing. with his feet on the ground, his left leg bent as if he were kneeling but his right leg fully extedn and his right hand on the ground as if he caught himself. Ke the quickly got up up and started straffing arround the werewolf and towards the main target who now was on the ground with a leg wound from a silver bullet. Leon then heard more gunshots coming from the direction he followed shadiya initially. What reinforcements?He thought but quickly dismissed it seeing the priests and the merc who just came into his view, Iscariot, but why do they have a merc, they are all skilled assassins. This new series of events caused leon to lose focus bt he quickly got it back and reloaded his gun and started running towards shadiya with his gun ready to fire.

Leon continued running towards Shadiya while she was down and in that barrier. He saw her move and fired the entire clip and reloaded quickly. By that that time she got up and Leon could tell that that she was using her powers as the barrier around her was dessimated. Leon stopped and immeadiately grabbed a silvercoated blessed knife he brought with him. Leon took a defensive close quaters combat stance as the vampire ran towards him and tackle. Leon took this oppurtunity to plunge the knife into her chest cavity when their bodies made contact using Shadiya's kinetic energy to cause a strong enough force of impact to have the knife break through the chest cavity. when they hit the ground she successfully disarmed his pistol as he let go of it but he scored and even bigger hit.

Upon getting back into reality he had heron top of her and and he rolled her and rolled back for his gun. upon retrieveing it he fired a full clip of blessed silver bullets at her head. Leon dropped the clip and loaded his last clip keeping it pointed at Shadiya looking for any movement and keeping an ear on for anything else. If there was something he still had a trick up his sleeve incase. He stook another defensive stance waiting to see if the target was alive seeing the blood ooz from whre the fully imbedded combat knife was. Leon figured it pierced her heart so she will either be dead or very close to it.

Leon kept his posture long enough for something to happen inside his body. He gave is mind time to focus. Leon only used this as a last resort, which in this case it is his only option to remain alive. His eye pupils seemed to get smaller. By the time Shadiya mustered up the strangth to create this shadowy prison, which Leon is going to make her grave. When she seemed to disappear, Leon moved with such speed to the side, dodging her and the incoming bullets, that it should be made obvious to Shadiya as well as any who can see this that he isn't a normal human. Leon is the result of the United States Government's experiments for anti-vampire soldiers. After all those years that Leon lost due to his training and the experiments this is where it pays off, in the field of battle. His code name was just and proven with Leons next movements. Leon turned around and kicked her straight in the chest, after she was hit with the bullets, as she was taken back with the kick he sooned follow with a chain of kicks and punches.

After plummelin her inot the ground Leon decided to go overkill. He performed a cartwheel over Shadiya's body and took out the bloody knife and replaced it with something else. A grenade but not an ordinary grenade, a shrapnel grenade to blow and send the shrapnel one way. The shrapnel was blessed silver. This grenade was desighned for vampires that didn't die easily. Leon got a safe distance away before standing with his back to her as the shadow dome begain to fade to a point where everyone everyone outside could see the two. Leon was twirling his pistol and calmly walking towards the group with an emotionless face; counting in his head. 4...3...2.... He holistered his pistol and once he did the grenade exploded sendin all that blessed silver into Shadiya's body ultimately killing her and soon her body will turn to ash once the blood carrying the virus leaves it. Knowing this Leon had made sure that his knife was covered in her blood for the purpose of getting a sufficient sample for testing. Primarily testing to improve their current experiments as well as Leon's abillities. He took out a plastic test tube and let the blood drip off his knife and into the test tube. He caped the test tube once there was a sufficient amount for testing and put the test tube in a pocket. He eyed everyone that was there and saw Zasha. His attention was diverted from her when he remembered the werewolf. Leon's leg start to hurt him. I think I over did it, he thought when he noticed the exten of the wound and then thought of what the doctors back at HQ were going to say. He didn't show it, but he was not looking forward to that. Now his primary concern was getting in contact with the rest of his team as well as some how dealing with this werewolf, a first time experience for Leon.

NOTE: The only weapon he has on him by default is the SOCOM pistol and the ammunition. Unless stated otherwise in his entry posts, it can be assumed that it is his only fire arm. The only other weapon is a knife.

Also he will never carry more than 3 fire arms. Most commonly the pistol, submachine gun, and sniper.

Couple of these need some more specifications. This actually baffles me slightly; those few have virtually no description, while the others have literally every detail of the gun spelled out. What kind of knife is this, too?

Leon has an impeccable eye for telling who is a vampire or supernatural being. This had manifested later on as he honed his abilities more. In essence as he grows older his powers have become more potent. He has a gift for strategy that he gained through his years of service and attending the United States Naval Special War Fare College.

This is my issue with being a Special Human: I don't think he needs to be one. If Executioner is any example, humans can get fast enough to dodge high speed attacks if they're aware of them in time. Since that's the only augmented ability he has, he could easily pass off as a normal human. What are his base stats, too. You could add some more abilities for non-combat.

It was just a simple injection of the concoction that was to give them the benefits. Leon was amongst the first to be injected of the total one hundred test subjects. Amongst that hundred only fifteen survived the injection and moved onto further training.

Like I said earlier, he'd work perfectly well as a normal human, so all the science experiment stuff isn't really necessary. If you want to keep it, that's fine, too.

Leon holds little respect for these practices seeing as their current leader was a little unstable during his military career. He often questions Steeler's orders and decisions.

All of this happened.

alrightly mostly fixed except for the wordy part in the bio. didn't necessarily think it was all to important to fix. Took out the special human bit and the science stuff in the bio as well.
