This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano. Aye. (Just as a warning some of this stuff might be a little to far fetched.)
This does not bode well.

Seems like a normal guy.

- Physical appearance: Reese is a man of average hieght standing at five ten exactly. He face is clean shaven and his brown hair is simple allowed to grow around his head with no bother for style at all. It is short enough to remain out of his eyes but not within military standards exactly. His eyes are a light green. His build is not half bad for a secretary. Maintaining the muscle he gained during his basic military training Reese is toned. Of course he couldn't compete with strength against pretty much anyone else in VWAT. He is still considerably strong. His appearance is always if possible neat and clean as can be.
Still seems pretty normal. Good to know he's
exactly 5'10''. Not even a nanometer over.

I'd hope so...

Not a lot of detail here. I'd expect a tie, too.

You can be more descriptive about all this. It doesn't even have a handle at the moment.

Lists are not okay. You mentioned no glasses in the clothing section. That speed is stupid; this guy sits behind a desk all day and he can dodge bullets?

- One of Reese's most unique abilities is him being able to apply all of his information on a topic and sort through the best possible actions and logical actions which pertain to that situation in an instant. It is pretty much hard wired into his brain that he needs to do this with everything and as such his mind is always occupied with something or another. This gives him amazing reflexes as he is able to determine the trajectory, speed, angle, force, and power of most all attacks and movements within his sight about as quick as one can blink.
Can we say godmod?

Look at that; more godmodding.

If this guy is able to dodge bullets and read a person in all of ten seconds, he is seriously overqualified for this position.

- Math is something that he has down to an art form (he is in fact almost a human calculator). As well as the legal and bureaucratic systems which their government runs under. He is able to blend perfectly these skills to become the perfect secretary for the organization. For with his vast knowledge of the American legal system and with almost unrestricted government information access he is able to create completely perfect fake documents to explain where such things as silver deposits and ammo went to. None of course have a chance of leading back to VWAT. Laundering Money and other funds for VWAT is simply another day on the job for Reese. Creating back stories and filling out insurance forms to create convincing cover stories for vampire attacks and then implanting them where they need to go in the media is also one of his duties that he must do on a rather regular bases.
V.W.A.T.'s not illegal. It was created in secret through an executive order, but the people up top know where silver, bullets, and money are going. He shouldn't have to launder things like a criminal.

- His other useful skill as a secretary is his amazing skill with a computer and electronics in general. Knowing how to hack into computers masterfully well and having been given permission to do so are almost necessary in order to change the facts as needed to keep vampires a secret to the public. He is also familiar with how the interior of computers work and is able to further increase his hacking abilities and the speed at which he can accomplish things if the actual device is nearby and he can pull it apart and do work his magic on it.
I'm seeing you touching wires together to make a computer run ten times faster. That's not how hacking works. Putting things together is a lot harder than taking them apart.

If he had to create a fals signature unlike any he had ever used before on the spot. He could probably do so and make it convincing enough to pass for a real one. However he prefers to practice it before hand and perfect it. He can also copy another person's signature without great difficulty if he has an example of theirs.
I guess that's pretty believable.

- His only other real abilities include minor feats with weapons. He is a pretty good shot with his pistol his great reflexes letting him hit slightly faster than human opponents with ease but nothing to special. He is also pretty handy with his knife but didn't really get more training with it than what was taught him during basic military training. So once again good. But nothing special.
Although it should be noted that he has never actually engaged in battle and his lack of experience is rather hampering his combat abilities. Although if engaged into a situation where combat he would fare reasonably well and let his intelligence and common sense guide him as opposed to getting freaked out or acting rashly.
Organization: VWAT
I put those three together for a reason. This guy is in the military, yet he's only "pretty good" with a gun. The whole point of basic training is to prepare you for battle. Even if you've never fought, it shouldn't be a problem for you to get in there and do it if you have to.

Reese is easily moved to compassion for normal people but around these criminals he has become slightly hardened and would not hesitate to kill them if Steeler requested it. But again in all likelihood. He would probably ask him to get coffee rather than kill someone. Which Reese would happily comply to. While kind enough and with enough metal in him to not be a push over Reese can be a bit obsessive about certain things. He likes to keep track of almost all information regarding VWAT. From the current condition of all their members down to the number of bullets they have left. He is always prepared to answer any question Steeler might ask him. While Reese is patriotic and willing to give his life for his country. His is also willing to shoulder the endless amounts of paper work which go with running an organization within the government that shouldn't exist. Sometimes the paper work and the creating of false paperwork forces him to stay up a couple more hours than he would prefer to. He while disliking criminal activity is not above engaging in it. Which is something he must do a good deal of to keep VWAT off the books.
We are on the books... Under "Vampire Fucking Unit".

- Math couldn't actually be wrong. You could never disprove a number or an equation.
You think so? How about 1=0?
Take the first 1 to equal a, and the second 1 to equal b. Therefore, a=b through substitution.
Two numbers being equal means their square roots are equal, as well. Therefore, a^2=b^2.
Subtract b^2 from each side (equal values can subtract a value from each side to make a true equation) to have a^2-b^2=0.
In that form, you can factor the values into (a-b)*(a+b)=0
In the same way we subtracted b^2 earlier, we can also divide equal values from both sides to form a true equation. By dividing (a-b) from both sides, we're left with 1*(a+b)=0, or (a+b)=0.
Now, take the values from before and insert them into the equation to get (1+1)=0, or 2=0.
Divide 2 from each side to get 1=0.
Add 1 to both sides, getting 1+1=1.
MATH UP IN THIS, BITCH.

Into a calculable and predictable pattern which we could discover and then use were needed. He devoted most of his high school career to learning these subjects. This did result for a while in him being shy and rather odd in public. Perhaps a little afraid of crowds. He preferred to plan his future and prepare for it then to hang out with his friends. But after high school he had an idea. He would go to the military and serve for a while. This would not only earn him college credits but as was promised they would help to toughen him up a bit and work out some kinks in his personality.
Because that's a totally logical idea.

He graduated Yale with easily enough with a majors in math and a minor's in political science. But before he dedicated his life to the political field. He felt that it would help him not only in his personal life but seem more appealing to the voters if he signed up for another four years in the military. Upon his enlisting his commanding officers getting a hold of his impressive and prestigious record kept handing it up to their superiors to find a way to put his specific skill set to better use than simply being another soldier. As it so happened they did find a good position for him in their military. They assigned to him to the military unit VWAT after a quick interview and many oaths of silence about the top secret government information which they were telling him. From then on he has pretty much been Steeler's right hand man. Giving him the status updates he has required and taking care of all the paper work assigned him. He also does such rudimentary things as fetch coffee for Steeler if he requests it. He delivers messages and pretty much whatever else someone needs to do in order to keep VWAT a highly tuned effective organization. Which is in fact pretty necessary being that their fighting men consist of crazy killers most of which with inhuman abilities and powers.
That is...a story. Doesn't make much sense at all. Leaves military to join Yale then goes back instead of being in politics.
Most of this sheet doesn't make a lot of sense.
