Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing?  If so how far have you gotten?  If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least.  Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga.  The anime is not canon.  This is not our opinion.  This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano.  Yes I have the OVA and the Manga up to volume 7

Name: Vladimir Vladimirovich Kuznetsov

Age: 89, looks 30

Gender: Male

Physical appearance: Vladimir has the strong build of a professional soldier.  He is muscled and build around his abs, torso, arms, legs, and shoulders; but not so much around his neck and hands.  He is 6ft 2ins tall and weighs in about 220lbs.  He has snow white colored hair that is medium length and shaggy looking, but still well kept; with dark brown eyes that reflect a cold sheen and can change into an animals with the phases of the moon.  His skin is a pale white color that seems a bit drained of life due to his age and years of warfare.  On his body he has several Russian styled tattoos including the Soviet Hammer and Sickle on his right shoulder, the Soviet flag on his left forearm, a tattoo of Lenin's head on his back, and a tattoo of St. Peter's Basilica on his chest.  Finally on his left shoulder is what appears to be a scar in the shape of a bite mark, where he was bitten by the werewolf that turned him all those years ago.

He has very powerful Russian features such as a strong cheek bones, a medium length but pointed nose, and small but pointed chin.  His finger nails are trimmed to be short, however he can have them grow into 4 inch long claws when he is transformed by the moon light.

Clothing of choice: He typically wears an old brown Russian military jacket.  The Jacket was the one he wore in WWII and has the rank of Master Sargeant on the shoulder boards.  On the right sleeve of the jacket is the flag of the USSR and the left sleeve has his old rifle company on it. His jacket is also adorned with the medals he earned in WWII including the Order of Lenin, as well as various commendations for his time as a sniper.  He tends to wear modern black soldiers boots and red gloves with a Russian fur hat that has the Russian Red star in the center of it.  He wears a necklace around his neck that bares the cross of the Russian Orthodox Church that is made of steel due to his weakness to silver.  The necklace is a typical linked steel chain that has a clasp on the end to lock the neck lace in place.

Weaponry of choice:  As he was trained as a Sniper, he prefers long range rifles and sniper rifles in combat.  His favorite weapon is the Russian SVD "Dragunov" sniper rifle.  However his just as proficient with automatic rifles, preferring the many Kalashnikov designs, and carries the same Makarov pistol he used in WWII.  His Makarov pistol can hold up to 6 rounds of 9mm ammo per magazine.  The Makarov is well kept and polished despite it's age and Vladimir did have his old unit's insignia placed into the handle of the pistol.  When in battle he prefers a SVD Sniper rifle with a 10 round magazine of 7.62x54mm rounds.  His rifle is the orignial design with a wooden butt, designed in 1963.  The butt of the rifle has a mark for every kill that Vladimir has made with it.  The rifle however does have the modern day, PS0-1 telescopic sight and gives Vladimir a maximum range of 1300 m.  Typically carries 3 magazines for his pistol as well as a silencer and 2 magazines for his rifle.

Race: Werewolf, Cub

Abilities: An extremely talented sniper and hunter who was trained as a young man and is a veteran of WWII as well as many other conflicts across the world over the past 50 odd years.  Great weakness to blessed and silver weaponry (fatal), regeneration (takes up to 20 posts max to regenerate major wound damage such as limb loss), meager super strength, agility, stamina, reflexes, durability and senses, inability to either transform into a human or werewolf (depending on how they were at first) though only with the aid of the full moon.

Organization: Unaffiliated

Personality: Vladimir tends to keep to himself as he has lost many friends and "comrades" over his long life and tries not to form bonds with those he may soon lose.  However he in fact is looking for friendship and companionship in his life though is too proud to admit it.  As such he will mostly keep quiet in social situations, preferring a bottle of his vodka and a shot glass, yet if addressed and questioned about his opinion he will answer as best he can.  Due to his raising in the USSR his has what can be called a "Socialist" attitude to most politics, but despises what the USSR became following WWII and sees men like Joseph Stalin as tyrannical hypocrites who are now different then the fascists he helped to drive from Russia. Like most russians he has a sense of patritoism in him that makes him proud of his Russian heritage.  As he was raised as a hunter in battle he will stalk his prey like a wolf, using his heightened senses to track them down and then lay a trap either with his Lycan abilities or his outstanding sniping skills.  Even if he must get close with a knife or a blade, he is not afraid to do so and slice his opponents apart with a blade or his claws.  He does have a unique habit of cutting a mark into his rifle butt for every kill he makes with the rifle.

Rank: N/A

Biography: Vladimir Kuznetsov was raised just outside the Ural Mountains in a village near the Volga River in Russia.  He was born in 1915 and as such all he had known growing up as a young man was the glorious Revolution by Lenin and came to greatly understand and trust in Communism.  In his teens he developed a natural talent for hunting and soon was tracking and hunting deer, wolves, and even bears with his father and grandfather who taught him how to use a rifle.  Vladimir could drop most animals he hunted with a single shot, and could track even the most fearsome prey, earning great fame in his village, with some whispering he was part Wolf.  These where happier times for young Vladimir who was able to avoid the harsh life of Stalin and his purges as he moved into adult hood.   However with the German invasion of the USSR in 1941, word soon spread of the "Fascist Devils" coming to rape the Motherland.  Vladimir’s father went to join the Red Army, but did not return as he died in the First Battle of Kursk.

It was up to Vladimir and his Grandfather to provide for his family which comprised of his mother and a younger sister.  By 1942, the Germans had reached the height of their invasion and launched an attack on Vladimir's village.  Vladimir watched helplessly as his family was slaughtered and his village burned by the invading German army fleeing with some survivors into the woods with his Grandfather's rifle.  The Germans sent teams of search parties into the woods to hunt survivors and kill them with the rest of the village.  Taking up his Grandfather's rifle and his mother's silver Russian Orthodox cross, he hid in the nearby forest and cut down a German Infantry unit of 3 soldiers that was searching for survivors.  Then using his knowledge of the woods and his father's hunting training, he was able to elude the German search parties and help a few other villagers escape.  On that day, he discovered a deep hatred of the Nazis, and went on to enlist in the Red Army at the nearest recruitment center, where he joined the Sniper corp.  From Stalingrad, to Leningrad, to Kursk, and into Germany; from 1942-45 he reacted up an impressive kill record that included a German Major-General at the 2nd Battle of Kursk that helped to shattered the German armored command and secure victory for the Soviet Union.  However all that changed when his squad came where scouting for enemy positions in Eastern Germany.  As he and his men scouted the terrain for Zhukov's artillary, they were suddenly attacked by a giant Wolf like creature that tore his unit apart.  Though he managed to draw his knife, it was of no avail as Vladimir felt the wolf bit down on his shoulder.

As the creature stood over him ready to finish him off, Vladimir held up his hands to defend himself which saw his mother's pure silver cross fly from his necklace as the chain broke, and land on the werewolf causing it to scream in pain as it grabbed Vladimir by the neck and lifted him off the gorund.  Not wanting to ask questions, Vladimir picked up the cross and struck the werewolf repeatedly in the head causing it to roar in pain and anger.  Eventual the struggle caught the attention of nearby Red Army troops who seeing a comrade in trouble opened fire with thier weapons, one shooting the werewolf in the eye and making him drop Vladimir.  The Red Army soldiers quickly rushed to Vladimir's aid and got him back to camp where he was placed in a hospital tent.

Amazingly and to the shock of the Doctors, Vladimir's wound healed quicker then they had ever seen a wound heal and he was cleared for duty the next day.  That night during the full moon, a strange burning sensation came over Vladimir as he awoke form his slumber with a craving for red meat.  Leaving the tent he fled intot he woods and soon found himself in pursuit of a deer running on all fours like a wolf where he jumped on the deer and attacked it like an animal.  Killing the deer and satifying his hunger Vladimir collpased on the gorund in confusion as the burning grew worse and an animalistic nature take over, making his teeth prounonced like a wolf's with his finger nails growing like claws.  That night Vladimir transformed into a werewolf and his holw was heard far and wide by the other creatures of the forest that hide at the sound of his holw in the wind.

Vladimir quickly came to realize what he was that night and knowing he could never return to the Red Army, disappeared, leaving his dog tags behind with his dead men hoping to be declared MIA.  Vladimir tried to disappear and live a normal life, but the wolf inside of him wouldn't keep quiet.  Coupled with the fact that the "Iron Curtain" disgusted him and believing the USSR had become a whore selling its self to any tin pot nation that would take it's money; Vladimir left Russia and traveled the world fighting as a mercenary in various world conflicts during the Cold War all the way up to the Collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.

During this time, he also came to understand and use his abilities as a werewolf better and also mastered his skills as a sniper.  Over the years he has earned the nickname, "The White Wolf" in mercenary circles and is willing to take on any job that pays well enough and is for a good cause.  Recently he has since come to London, the first time in Europe since he left so long ago, where a new job has called him and his particular skill set.

RP sample: Germany, 1945.  The Black Forest:

"Sergeant?  Hey Sgt. Kuznetsov are you awake?" a Soviet soldier asked as Vladimir Kuznetsov stirred awake from the tree he was sleeping under.  Dressed in the uniform of a Sergeant in the Soviet Red Army, and clutching his scoped Mosign-Nagant rifle closely to his side; he awoke slowly and rubbed his eyes in frustration as he looked over at the young soldier shaking his shoulder.  "What do you want Dmitri?  I said don't wake me until the next watch, you know how Marshal Zhukov is about scouting for his artillery strikes prior to the advance" he said in frustration as the 20 something soldier nodded apologetically.  "I'm sorry sir, but you need to see this.  Gergori is up ahead on the ridge line.....I think we found some an animal of sorts sir" Dmitri explained.

"An animal?  This far out?  Impossible!  I haven't seen any tracks in days" Vladimir said as he loaded his rifle and crawled towards the ridge line with Dmitri, where an older Corporal lay on his knees checking the large animal tracks on the ground.  "Take a look at these Sgt.  Never in my life have I seen anything this big before" Cpl Dmitri said as he handed Vladimir the Binoculars.  Vladimir knealt down and studied the tracks, quirking his eye brow in curiosity.  The tracks looked like a wolf's, but where abnormally large.  It could have been a bear of sorts, but Vladimir knew bears weren't common in this area, espically in Germany.  A cold snese in Vladimir's stomach started to quake and he knew instantly that they were not alone.

"Something is not right here, it could be a bear but I have never seen tracks like this.  Plus they aren't native to Germany.  It kind of looks like a wolf's but with a human like foot.....doesn't matter we need to move out before the column deploys.  Dmitri radio Headquarters, tell them to ove ahead" he said quietly.  however not getting a response and turning in annoyance Vladimir and Gregori stared in horror as they saw young Dmitri standing with a shocked look on his face as a pair of claws stabbed through his back and out his chest.  he gurgurled and gasped as the creature behind him ripped him apart and standing there was a creature that looked like a cross between man and Wolf with black fur on its body.  "MONSTER!" Gregori screamed as he opened fire with his Ppsh "Burp" gun only for the bullets to bounce of the creature as it pounced on him and devoured Gregori amongst his screams.  Watching his men get slaughtered angered Vladimir and he raised his rifle and aimed at the creature's head.  CRACK!  he fired once and his bullet struck the creature right between the eyes, only to bounce off as if striking steel and causing the creature to look up in annoyance.

Vladimir dropped his rifle and drew his combat knife as a last resort as the creature stood up and lunged for him.  Vladimir slashed at its mid-section only for his knife to snap like a twig and the creature pinned him down and bit down hard on his left shoulder, causing Vladimir to scream in agony.  The creature opened its mouth again and seem to go for Vladimir's throat, As he did, Vladimir screamed in fear as he rasied his hands to defend himself.  When he did, his hands snagged the chain that held his mother's pure silver Russian Orthodox cross that he had taken form her dead body years ago.  The cross landed right on the creature's face and it roared in pain as if hurt by the cross.  Acting on instinct and seeing how the creature reacted to the cross, Vladimir grabbed the cross and proceeded to beat the creature int he head with it.  Roaring in pain and anger, the creature grabbed Vladimir by the throat and lifted him off the ground, raising it's free hand as if to rip his face off.  "Comrade Sargeant Kuznetsov is that you?" a Soviet Commissar shouted as he ran ontot he field with a platoon of soldiers who recoiled in shock of the creature.

"What in the name of all that is sacred is that?" One shoulder shouted.  "It's a monster" another shouted.  "FIRE" the Commissar shouted as he pulled out a pistol and fired at the monster with hisn platoon fired thier sub machine guns and rifles.  The beast dropped Vladimir and yelped as one lucky shot hit it's eye, causing it to howl in pain and run off.  Vladimir fell to the ground and held his wounded shoulder in pain as the Red Army shoulders surrounded him and looked down at him.  "Look at that bite mark, what was that thing?  Some kind of bear?" a soldier asked.  "Stop asking questions and get a strecher!  Tell the medics we got a wounded soldier coming in" the Commissar ordered as his men set to work.  Leaning down the Commissar gripped Vladimir's hand and said, "You are safe now my friend."

A few days later.

Vladimir sat in his bed in the Corps tent as the doctor and nurses looked down at him in confusion. "I don't quiet understand it.  That wound has healed almost instantly and your body is as strong as ever.  It's truely baffling to me" the Doctor said as he scratched his head.  "When can I return to the fight?" Vladimir asked.  "Tommorrow, for now get some rest and some food tonight.  By this time tommorrow you will be marching onto Berlin it's self comrade" the doctor said as he left with his nurses.  Later that night, however saw Vladimir tossing and turning in his bed as a great hunger over took his body and he felt an urge to leap out of bed and stand on all fours like a wolf.  Snarling and starving for meat that he didn't quite understand, Vladimir fled form his tent in just his shirt, boots, and pants.  Fleeing into the forest, he spied a deer in the distance and gave chase on instinct.  he could smell the dear, hear it's hooves beat as it fled form him and could taste it in the air as he ran at inhuman speeds and caught up to the deer.  Pouncing on it he tore into the deer like an animala nd soon devoured it's flesh to satisfy his hunger.  Pulling himself off the deer's carcass, Vladimir looked up at the full moon and feel to the gorund in exhaustion and disgust, not understanding what had happened.

"What is happening to me?  Why do I feel like my skin is burning like fire and why do I crave meat so badly?" he shouted in pain as he stared up at the moon, whose light bathed on him in a glow.  Without any control Vladimir started to convulse and let out growling noises as he snarled and thrashed.  He felt his teeth become long like fangs from a wolf, he saw his fingernails grow long and deadly looking like claws, and soon white fur was growing over his body as his brown eyes took on an animalistic sheen.  Soon the silence of the night was broken by the long and hungry howl of a newly made Lycan.

London, England.  2004.

The ship dropping off new arrivals at the London docks departed at the sound of its fog horn.  Soon all the passengers were leaving the dock on the cold night except for one.  Vladimir stood on the dock dressed in his typical old Red Army jacket and his fur hat and boots.  Clutching the piece of paper he had received his client that stated where his "pickup" would be, he read it carefully before pocketing it.  Sighing as he looked up at the clearing sky, he nodded approvingly as the moon came into view as he turned and left the dock.  "My journey has returned me to Europe again and maybe comrades, I will find what I long for here in Europe again" he thought as he looked up at the half moon in the sky and as he did let out a low growling noise like a wolf.

As he wlaked down away from the dock he turned down an ally and soon heard the noise of men apporaching him from behind.  Turning he saw three British punks carrying sticks and knives in thier hands.  "Sorry mate, but there is a toll to cross this ally.  Pay it or lose your teeth" the leader said with a sneer.  Vladimir mearly humphed and removed his hat, setting it on the ground as he did so.  "I see exploitation exists no matter what the country it seems" he said as he glared at the punks.

"Oi you getting snippy with us, how about we play the drums on yer rib cage mate?" one punk said as he apporached with a stick in his hands.  However Vladimir just smirked and said somehting in Russian.  "What was that bloke, didn't make it out" the punk said pointing his stick at Vladimir.  "It's Russian!  it means you boys picked the worng man at the wrong time" Vladimir said as he looked up at the moon.  The punk just sneered and stepped forward swinging his stick, only for Vladimir to duck down and dodge the swing, while jabbing his fingers forward as the man gasped in pain.

His friends stared in horror as Vladimir pulled his claws from the man's torso and he fell over in pain, before Vladimir slashed him across the throat, killing the punk.  The toher two looked in fear as Vladimir stood before them, his claws dripping blood, his teeth now wolf like fangs, and his hair having grown done and aorund his neck like an animals with his blue eyes now shaped like a wolf.  "Bloody psychopath!" another punk shouted as he lunged at Vladimir with his knife stabbing and thrusting the blade at him.  However Vladimir ducked, danced, and dodged aorund the man with reflexes and agility that was no where near human.  He then flipped up and kicked the man in the face before bringing his claws down again and slashing his face.

The man screamed and dropped his knife to grab his face in pain.  Using the distraction, Vladimir grabbed the man from behind and broke his neck, before turning to the leader.  The man wisley turned and ran for his life, however Vladimir suddenly crouched down and ran on his hands and feet like a four legged animal.  "You can run but you can't hide!" Vladimir said as he jumpe dinto the air and came down on the man, jamming his claws into the man's back and stabbing through to his heart.  As he felt the man's life leave him, Vladimir stood up and sighed as his claws grew back into normal finger nails and his hair became normal again.  Returning to collect his hat, he looked up and admired the half moon again, lamenting he wasn't able to fully transform without a full moon.

I usually don't care about names, but holy shit is this a corruption of Slavic naming. Firstly, the middle isn't an actual name, as far as I can tell. I think you meant "Vladimirovich", but that doesn't make a lot of sense when looking at his given name. In Slavic culture, the son's middle name reflects his father's given name, making "Vladimirovich" equivalent to "Son of Vladimir". Apparently, he and his father had the same name. It's also really weird that almost this exact name appears on a Wikipedia article I looked up while researching this name.

Weapons need details and ammo counts. You also tell us the only thing he actually carries is the pistol, but tell us he prefers those others. Does he carry them, too, or just forever longs for their cold bodies in his hands?

Be much easier just to paste the section from the race sheet in there. You should have other skills you can do, as well. You were in the war, so I'd guess you'd know how to fire a gun, for starters.

Hunting is one thing, but I find it hard to believe he can just mow down a platoon of German soldiers that just slaughtered his entire village two minutes ago. What are generals doing on the battlefield in places where snipers could get shots at them? It happens, but it's really unlikely this guy can get several of them on his own.

Hellsing doesn't operate like that. I could see them possibly healing his wounds, but it's just as likely they'd blow his head off in a mercy killing before he turns into a wolf. They definitely wouldn't give out their symbol to a random stranger from another country, since they're not even supposed to exist publicly.

If he's not in Hellsing yet, he should be marked as Unaffiliated. Only reason the Geese found Hellsing was because they deliberately put out a call. This guy's going to have a tough time figuring out where they are.

"We better radio this in, there should be no Allied forces this far out here, not so close to Berlin.  Dmitri radio Headquarters, tell them what we found" he said quietly.  however not getting a response and turning in annoyance Vladimir and Gregori stared in horror as they saw young Dmitri standing with a shocked look on his face as a pair of claws stabbed through his back and out his chest.  he gurgurled and gasped as the creature behind him ripped him apart and standing there was a creature that looked like a cross between man and Wolf with black fur on its body.  "MONSTER!" "Only one still alive sir... Russian by the looks of him.  Sir he has been bitten by the Lycan!  Bloody hell his hair has turned white already and look at those teeth!" the soldier said as he drew a hand gun and aimed it at Vladimir's head.  However his commander raised his hand and sopped the soldier.  "No don't.....he didn't ask for this.  We have no right shooting him like a wounded dog.  This one could become a noble wolf if motivated right" the Commander said as he knelt down and applied pressure to Vladimir's wound.

Clutching the piece of paper he had received from those soldiers so many years ago.  Sighing as he looked down at it, he nodded as he turned and left the dock.  "My journey has returned me to Europe again and maybe comrades, I will find what I long for her with this Hellsing.  A wolf must hunt in a pack after all" he thought as he looked up at the half moon in the sky and as he did let out a low growling noise like a wolf.

There's no post of him fighting as a wolf. That would be helpful.

Ok, I believe I got everything you asked for. I changed his bio and the rp sample as asked and added more to the sample. For now he cann not go total wolf without a full moon but his attributes can still be affected by the moon's cycles.

Done and done. I added more specs about his wepaons now and more depth about his tatoos. I can describe color and texture of his tattoos if that is what you want and try and look up more medals for his jacket if need be as well.

Biology fail: Wolves do not have retractable claws. Therefore, your guy shouldn't have the ability to retract his claws in wolf form.

You need to list how many magazines you carry. They're also magazines, not clips.

We're going with the assumption that all you can do is shoot people and nothing else right now.

So now it's three Nazis taking out a whole village. I'm not sure which of the two scenarios is more far-fetched.

Werewolves don't just suddenly explode when they touch silver. They have to actually be penetrated by it. Your cross falling on him would probably make him uncomfortable, but he's not going to be so overcome by pain that it would allow you to jam a blunt object through his metal-hard skin, sternum, and heart.

There are a couple nitpicky things here and there that catch my eye but in general this is a stable enough sheet and you're been very willing to work with the Staff with is a major plus for me. The only thing I'd ask is that you limit his super special war exploits to offing one German General rather than almost crippling the German command on the Russian front all by your lonesome. On the assumption that you'll give me that one little change, I approve.
