Name: Fyodor Kosmachevskaia

Age: 40

Gender: Male

Physical appearance: Fyodor is of a short and stocky build, with his chiseled features accentuated by Shinto anointing oil. His square, Caucasoid face and fierce expression strikes fear into many other humans. His bald head is layered with a sheet of golden stubble. Blue eyes shine in the river of the moon, but no one comes to answer, save the whistling of the wind in the pines.

Clothing of choice: Fyodor is always clothed in traditional Shinto garb, with the signature joue and the peaked tate-eboshi signifying a kannushi. Various blessed Matagama are stitched onto his robes.

Weaponry of choice: Fyodor wields only his purified shaku wand, which serves as a weak repellant to undead.

Race: Special Human

Abilities: Fyodor is able to perform effective Shinto purifying rituals upon things through his blessed nature from Iscariot's experimentation with him. He can bless an area with a simple throwing of salt and the utterance of the five sacred syllables of the Shingon Sect. Also, he can fashion ofuda to guard against the impure (i.e. the undead). His blessed nature makes his blood and flesh repulsive to vampires and werewolves, and if he turns into a ghoul he will spontaneously combust in holy flames.

Organization: Shingon Sect, Todai-ji Temple

Personality: Fyodor is calm and collected around humans due to his Shinto training, but he has an intense hatred of the undead and will show no mercy to impure beings. His psychotic side sometimes shows through when he remembers how his parents were killed by vampires, and he enjoys torturing the undead for his own pleasure.
