Name: Tubaclain Alhambra aka Dandyman, Dandy
Age: 70
Gender: Male
Physical appearance: Standing at six feet, he has a very slender look to his body apart from his shoulders that seem rather broad or it may just be his slender head making it look bigger. His skin is quite tanned, unlike other vampires who have more pale tone to there skin, as stated before his head is rather slender with a pointed squared jaw, his cheeks are very slim also his ears are very pointy. His mouth is quite large, fitting considering since he can be the talkative type just above his lips is his thin brown mustache, although his hair is grey the fringe is usually swept back and kept under his hat. The nose in the middle of his face is slightly larger than average and spiked at the tip, going up a bit and you see his greenish yellow eyes, they usually look small and chill, this is his usual look chill keeping a very calm look to him, until something goes wrong then his facial expressions become completely different and more expressive.
His body seems lean and long, his arms are quite long as do his hands his fingers are quite dexterous as his skill at card tricks are seemingly unmatched. His torso doesn't look too different form the average persons, but when you get ot his legs they seem to add a lot to his height, his feet seem to be a little large.
Clothing of choice: Dandy has his signature brown suit, it consists of a brown fedora with a long brim and a white band on it, a brown suit coat with a single center vent, a white shirt with black stripes design on it with a purple tie and a dark brown vest. To finish with the torso he wears white gloves, going to the lower body he wears brown suit trousers with a black belt on it and brown formal shoes with black soles.
Having an interest in suits he has many different ones of many different colors, he got them all through money from gambling. He seems to refuse to wear just any clothes, he will wear them if they apply with his fine taste in clothing, though he does have a Millenium uniform but he doesn't wear it often.
Weaponry of choice: Tubalcain uses very special cards, they look like a regular cards however they have the ability to slice through steel, even 30mm depleted uranium shells and even explode they can even mess with a supernatural creates ability to regenerate, not only that but they float and can even create card clones. The cards have small swastikas on the aces. These cards come out of Dandys sleeves almost like he is summoning familiars. The cards when shot forward the cards are forced that way and cannot change direction for anything.
Race: Vampire
Abilities: Regeneration may take a medium amount of time for major damage (ie: 7 posts), medium supernatural strength, agility, stamina, durability, and reflexes, medium weakness to silver and blessed weaponry, able to absorb memories, still killable through massive damage (conventional or otherwise), to turn virgins into vampires, non-virgins into durable but fairly weak ghouls, the need to drink blood once in a week, mild weakness to sunlight (they get irritated by sunlight).
Dandy was upgraded to be able to fight Alucard, he was given the ability to defy physics to the extent of being able to walk up buildings. He bond with his cards and is able to manipulate them with telekinesis, its a rather odd bond considering the cards are the only thing he can lift with the telekinesis.
Organization: Millenium
Personality: Dandy man comes off as a very relaxed gentleman, keeping a cool look about him not showing anything but his almost sly smile that gives little away, despite him being into gambling he isn't one too leave much to chance, often finding ways to tip the odds in his favor rather than blindly go a head. Despite his cool demeanor he does not handle losing very well, as soon as his cool is lost his fearful and angry side is shown as he desperately tries to claw back his victory.
He is quite the charismatic fellow, his silver tongue persuading others to do his dirty work as he sits back and reaps all the rewards, not really caring if he should keep his end of the bargain as long as he completes his goal. He is very loyal to Millenium and will not go against orders, maybe out of fear more than loyalty of being burnt to a crisp.

Biography: Born in Argentina during World War 2, he was born into a poor family, he spent much of his youth working and learning how to swindle people to get money, it wasn't exactly the best way to grow up but some how his family was able to keep a home and get food somehow. He had grown to be quite the cunning businessman, he was given the nickname Dandy man during this time due to his fine suits and personality. He was quite the poker player, in what spare time he had it was spent playing poker or with his family for what little time they had left, as age was creeping up on his father and mother.
He was very supportive of Germany so much so he had actually had some dealings with Nazis helping them get some materials for there work, also at that time he had also been in the military for a short while before joining a group called Millenium, he was helping them get materials for there work mostly people to test on. It was also during that time he had met the Major, indeed the man charisma was amazing it matched Hitler himself in Dandy mans eyes, however Millenium was decimated by a group called Hellsing, or so they thought as they had survived and thanks to some dealings with Iscariot of all groups they managed to hide in Brazil.
During that time Dandy was made into a FREAK however he was a bit different from the others as he was being tested on for some time, he was being put through a rather length procedure for more power, as he was a Lieutenant and was quite greedy for more power, the Doktor managed to make special cards that were one with Dandy and could even cut through steel and explode, although it took a great deal of time to make them it was well worth it. Now Dandy awaits the war to begin so he can finally put his cunning plans to work to make sure Hellsing and all of Milleniums enemies are finally crushed.
RP sample: As always the well dressed Dandy man was shuffling his cards, sitting on the rather comfortable chair in his five star hotel room, of course he took this room why wouldn't he ? it had everything a businessman such as him needed, style and privacy for him to think about his plans. The room its self had two large windows with the red blinds shut, Tubalcain himself wondered how he could take care of Alucard, his cards were certainly powerful however the nosferatu had those rather powerful weapons of his, the holy rounds would be a pain enough but they were also insanely powerful so he would need something to whittle away at the vampires ammunition.
A devilish grin sprawled across his face, his hands clapped together the cards mashing into a deck and disappearing into his sleeves as he stood up, it was obvious what he would need and luckily for him he knew how to get at the greedy officials to send in some cannon fodder.
