Tublicain vs Rip van Winkle

It was a cold winters night, any person out could surely feel a cold chill even with proper clothing, out on a rooftop of a hotel in a decimated city stood Dandy man, the city had been ravaged by the last battalion. The hotel its self was seven stories tall it was placed next to other such buildings, as it was in one of the more busier places in the city, to the right was another hotel same high and to the left was a bar obviously there would be quite the fall if someone were to try and hop onto the bars roof.
Deciding to take this moment he had called one of his fellow lieutenants for a special bet, a friendly "spar", this was merely a step in his goal for more power and influence within Millenium. Standing at the back end of the rooftop, it had guardrails on it to make sure no one fell odd and it was at least seventy meters wide, nearer the entrance end of the building was a stair case up to the rooftop.

Rip hummed sweetly as one of her bullets made it's way down the barrel of her musket. Tubalcain 'the Dandy Man' Alhambra had requested her presence. She rarely responded to a summon unless it was from the Major, the Doktor or for a mission or a task of high importance, but it had been so long since she had sparred against anyone who had even a fragment of her skill in battle. She decided tonight she would stretch her legs for a bit.

She made her way to the hotel rooftop where Tubalcain was waiting. "Yoo hoo~ Dandy Man?~" the Huntress called, twirling her loaded weapon as if it were a baton "I am here" She decided it would be more polite to announce her arrival rather than launch a surprise attack.

Standing with his back to Rip, Dandys coat blew in the wind, the brim of his fedora was down covering his eyes.  As he turned around he flicked it upwards with a sly grin on his face, as usual he wore his brown suit not exactly combat attire but he didn't want to look like any old soldier. Rip Van Winkle, I am overjoyed you decided to accept my little spar there was a hint of cockyness in his voice, he was asure this "spar" would be a victory for him.
He threw out his right arm to the side, his long arm stretching out as cards flew out the coat it only seemed like he had pulled out fifty two cards but one had to be careful with assuming things when fighting him.

He had already prepared his little duplicant trick, Rip was one of the few opponents who he had to plan for, two of his fingers pressed against a card with one fast motion his arm swung throwing the card, it was heading straight for her right arm.

A quick trigger squeeze and one of her famous bullets blasted forth, zigzagging through the air before making quick work of it's target, reducing the card to a smouldering ember. The Huntress makes a small 'hmpf' sound, whether it is out of amusement or offence that a fellow lieutenant would dare think she would lower her defences so carelessly she did not know. "Come now, Dandyman" she sneered, reloading her musket with inhuman speed and precision "you can do better zhan zhat"

Dandy man simply tutted as Rip berated him, he was quite pleased to see that his cards were able to take out one of Rips bullets or was she just warming up ? His took his sweet time waiting for Rip to reload. Noticing her about done, he had reached his arms outwards The night is young Rip, no need to end this quickly he grinned as the cards floating around him positioned them selves in a straight fashion, with the trigger of his arms being thrown forwards, ten cards shot towards Rip, dust followed as they sped towards there target.

Rip leapt from the path of the cards, suddenly turning her head sharply to the side with a hiss. She heard the unmistakeable sound of flesh being cut as one of the card just managed to slice though her ear. Covering the stinging cut with a gloved hand, she watched as her first bullet was heading straight towards Tubalcain.

Tublicain's eyes followed Rip as she leapt, she was fast but one of his cards managed to cut her, he let out a little chuckle and was about to mock Rip but she had fired her gun.  The sound rang through the rooftop it was accompanied by the slight screeching sound of the bullet firing towards him, Rips bullets were a truly frightening foe to go up against.  She could move it around at will and the bullet go through near any armour, the Dandy man had no armour but he didn't need it.

As the bullet tore into his flesh spewing a small steam of blood out of him, his face contorted to one of pain before he began to slowly turn purple, his body quickly revealing itself as cards as they quickly fluttered off. It was his double ganger trick, Tublicain himself was now above Rip, in the air he had already had in hand. My win his voice full of confidence, as his plan had gone right it seemed, with a single swing of his arm he sent the card screaming towards Rips head, the card would easily have enough force to go through Rip and cause a good amount of damage to he rooftop.

Rip gave an irritated snarl as Dandyman's doppel ganger was exposed 'Of course it vas a trick you idiot' she scolded herself. It was Dandyman after all, she should have known by now he oozed trickery and deceit. She flicked her hair from her face and growled.

Those cards provided Tubalcain with both offence and defence. She would be out of ammunition before she knew it if she was to fire wildly at a target whose weapons were both sword and shield.
But Dandyman also liked to keep opponents at a distance, once backed up into a corner with and enemy right up in his face there would be very little room for him and those cards to move in. That she had learnt after witnessing Zamiel break through those defences with the smile of a madman.

Tubalcain had been waiting for her to drop her guard and she had done just that. She underestimated him, that she could admit. Rip had always found those playing cards to be rather foolish. But even magicians were capable of blowing the minds of mortals with card tricks and if she was not careful, she could have her head removed cleanly off her shoulders with his.

Of course no disappearing act would be complete without making something reappear.

Just as she twisted around to search for her opponent a card sliced straight through her shoulder. Rip gave an infuriated shriek as blood streamed from her wound, staining her suit. Pointing her musket directly into the air using her unharmed arm, she fired. It was a shame to waste a bullet on such a close-range target, but if Dandyman had allowed himself to get this close to her then she was going to take full advantage of the moment.

Dandy dawned a wicked grin as the card tore through Rips shoulder, it wasn't quiet her head but it did cause some damage. The sweet sent of blood was in the air and was accompanied by the sound of the card hitting the room and then a bombastic explosion blowing a big hole into the room, as below the two was smoke and rubble.
He saw the barrel of the musket pointed at him what happened next seemed like it was in slow motion to Dandy as he threw his arm to the side and card flew out his sleeve and with the same motion threw it at the bullet.

The card and bullet collided, sparks flew off the projectiles as they fought trying to go through each other however the bullet seemed to win out in this one but was damaged and knocked off its path piercing through Tublicains shoulder. Out the wound spewed blood, his body was sent back and smashed through the roof to the room bellow it. For a moment he was laying on rubble Esa perra! he cursed at Rip.
