Physical appearance: Luna stands about 5’7 is thin. And weighs about 99 pounds with very pail skin. She has jet black long hair exscinding to about the middle of her back. She usually keeps it in an bride with a blue bow. Her eyes are light blue. Luna also has black wings that are built like an howls. Her wing span is 15 feet from tip to tip of her wings. She has a tattoo on her right ankle “A100” in black ink. She is unusually thin no to the point that she is unhealthy thaw most of her body weight is muscle and bone. She is strong but is more suited for fights involving agility than brought strength.

Clothing of choice: Lily where the hellsing uniform. She rely doesn’t have much of a fashion since. As long as her clothing is light weight and dose its job she doesn’t care. That being said she usually whereas plain t-shirts and sweatpants.

Weaponry of choice: Lily’s weapon of choice is an English long bow. It is made of yew wood and painted black so that she can hide in the shadows. She cares twenty silver tipped wolf arrows in her quiver at one time as well as an extra bow string.

Abilities: Lily is an expert marksman with her bow. She also has a good since of direction. She can fly a speeds of up to 99 miles an hour depending on wind currents. However the faster she is flying the harder it is for her to menover and doge thing like bullies and attacks.. She also has the advantage of silent flight like an howl. As well as good night vision.

Personality: Lily is extremely intelligent, and described as unstable and dangerous. She has an extreme distrust of pole integral. She has found that it is possible to trust some people . She dose how ever prefer to keep to herself most of her free time is spent flying or practicing with her bow. She is tipcly more of an evening person because she finds bright light to be painful to her sensitive eyes.

Biography: Lily is the result of genetic engineering experiment . The experiments were cared out in a secrete facility in the northern region of England. She was bread to fight vampires the project was started as more and more people became aware of there egsistienc. Lillys is the 100th and earliest successful experiment they had. When she was about ten years of age they began to train her to hunt vampires. This is also where she learned to use a bow and arrow. Soon however when she was about 15 the program was shut down do to a lack of success. She was the only experiment to live past three years of age. Who ever she had manger divine flows the girl was unstable and to smart for her handlers to control, and difficult to contain. To solve this problem Lily was to be exsiccated after all of the data regarding he development and physiology had been collected and saved. Lily however caught on that something was not right as her training had stopped and she spent long spans of time in her cell. One day she heard the gardes talking outside her cell. This was not an unusual thing and she would normally ignored them however the past few days had been very strange so she lessoned to the conversation. The guards were talking about her exsiccation which was scheduled for the next morning. She know she was still small enough to fit throw the vents. However the likely hood of her finding a path to the outside world would be slim to none. However she had to try. She did somehow she manage to find a way to the outside world as well as retrieve her bow and arrows.
Lily spent the next three years on the run. Eventually finger her way to the woods around the hellsing machine. She used her bow to hunt and her natural science of direction to stay alive and ahead of the people that were trying to track her down and kill. However after three year she had thought they had given up giving them the upper hand as they found were she had set up to camp that night. They tried to kill her quickly whale she sleep however someone stepped on a branch and woke her up. Lily emedeatly spotted them grabbed her bow and flow off. They did manage to shot her the built when through her right wing and shoulder. The injury forced her to land on the hellsing property. She was quickly captured by their guards and questioned. She soon found out about hellsing and what they did she requested to join. Considering she had already been trained and had no affiliation with millennium she was accepted in the organization.

Liliy sat quietly on the roof of the hellsing manner. It was a beautiful night and she stared at the moon and stars simply enjoying the ability to get away from everyone. She was a quiet girl and preferred not to talk to people. She soon how ever got tired of siting and jumped off the roof. She headed straight for the ground head first. Just before she hit the ground however she opened her wings and quickly caught an upward draft caring her away from the ground. She didn’t even have to flap to fly circles around the hellsing estate. She loved this flying it was perfect. She had no limits way up her there were no people to harm her. It was just perfect. All god things do come to an end as she looked at her watch. she took a deep breath then headed back to the ground as she had a watch to stand.

“So here we go again” Lily said as a she walked throw the park looking for some low level vampire that she had been sent to kill. Soon the vampire came after her tacking her wrist and twisting. “so they sent a litte girl after me” The crecher graled in her ear. This Vampire was clearly young but if she couldn’t get into the air she would have no chance of fighting it. “You’re not very smart” she snapped back as she felt his grip on her loosen. He under estimated her big mistake. She twisted free grabbed and arrow and fired it at the vampire. She then ran several feet then jumped into the air. Whale the vampire dogging her arrow. “If only you could fly then this would be more fun” She yelled at the vampire from about fifty feet in the air as she fired another arrow it went straight through the vampires heart and he turned to dust. “Time to go home” She said as she landed near the remains. Then headed back to hellsing.

You seem to switch between two names. Lily, and Luna. Both are nice names, but please pick one. Idk maybe one is an alias.

Also the wings sound too much like an angel's to me, and kind of superheroish. When I think wings on someone I think automatically of angels, Hawk girl, Birdman, Falcon, Dark Mousy and Krad from D.N. Angel, and mythical creatures.

Last thing is 100 pounds even if it is muscle is still highly unhealthy for someone of that height. For this to be a healthy weight the person must be no taller than 5'2. A strong physical human being needs some weight.
