Name: Luke Valentine
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Physical appearance: Pale skin, green eyes, blond hair that is wrapped down into a ponytail all the way down to his lower back, broad shoulders and a tall yet toned body (5'11" and 145 lb). He has a long and narrow face with a slightly jutting chin. His facial features are sharp and bold. Hair usually doesn't get in his face because it is more than likely combed back or around into his ponytail.
Clothing of choice: Cream-white suit pants and jacket over a white Gakuran jacket with gold trim. Sometimes seen with a long white overcoat hanging loosely off his shoulders. Almost always wearing his white cotton gloves and his white leather shoes. He always is wearing his spectacles.
Weaponry of choice: He uses a 12" silver knife with a hand guard. Two M1 Garand rifles with their butts cut off and extended mags that hold sixteen bullets each. Also two Smith and Wesson Chief's Special Model CS45 pistols hidden inside both sleeves that hold seven bullets each and can pop out with ease due to a mechanical device. The M1s fire 30-06 bullets and the S&Ws fire .45 ACP rounds.
Race: Superior FREAK
Abilities: Regeneration may take an extremely long amount of time for major damage (ie: 10 posts), medium supernatural strength, stamina, and durability but extreme supernatural agility and reflexes, medium weakness to silver and blessed weaponry to a point its fatal to be hit by one, ability to turn virgins and non-virgins alike into ghouls, susceptible to unblessed damage (still fatal to them but at a large amount), the need to drink blood often.
Organization: Millennium
Personality: Luke can be summarized into one word: Ruthless. He will do anything to get what he wants no matter what stands in his way. He looks down upon everyone while finding them disgusting and inferior. He comes off as condescending, complicated, intelligent, and again, ruthless.

Biography: Not born brothers at all, Jan and Luke Valentine lived very different childhoods.
Luke was born into wealth and he loathed every bit of it. Luckily due to all the pampering and constant lessons from nameless tutors, although because of his lifestyle he did come to see that anything was possible through the correct means. From the moment he had learned that, a hatred began building inside of him, a hatred that grew stronger with every passing second. Soon enough Luke snapped and attacked his mother and through a twist of fate, he had met Jan that way.
Luke had carved his own mother to bits as Jan dug his thumbs into the father's eyes, cackling maniacally until the screech sounded. It seems Jan was impulsive and irrational, but he loved Luke's money. Luke was a proud nobleman with a lust for power, while Jan was a lustful sociopathic criminal who loved to get his hands dirty. He was going to put him to some use.
After the murders, Luke let Jan believe they became close. The bond seemed to become stronger than that of a mastermind and his lackey, and Jan believed to have befriended Luke. Although because of the time spent together, traits of Luke rubbed off on Jan and vice versa. To seal the deal and make Jan become willing to give up his own life on a whim, Luke filed some paperwork and Jan became Jan Valentine.
Luke had it all, and by extension so did Jan, but they both wanted more. Luke's avid passion in the occult had the sole purpose of gaining him power far beyond any mortal. And it wasn't long before he stumbled upon unheard of texts from World War 2. Hitler, Vampires, Hellsing, Special Order 666, Alucard, Iscariot, Millennium, ... All this information lead the "brothers" to that organization. Millennium.
Practically buying Jan and himself into the organization, Luke offered Millennium service and funds to serve the war machine. All that he asked was for him and his brother to become FREAKs. Jan did not object in the least. His lusts, and especially the one for blood, only heightened with the experimentation and the insertion of the chip. Those damn Nazi vampires finally allowed him to satisfy his lusts for power.
Luke and his "brother" Jan went night and day, enjoying the sins of the flesh and testing their new found gifts wherever Millennium asked. Luke sought above all else the ultimate power, to best the True Nosferatu and become all powerful. Jan was much simpler. He wanted to devour, slaughter, rape, murder, fuck, pillage, and masturbate. Usually in that order.
RP sample: It wasn't all that often that Luke graced the land of the living with his presence. He was only out right now because Jan wouldn't get off his lazy ass and go buy supplies meaning that he had to go to the store himself. Oh well, at least this way he knew nothing of importance would be forgotten for once.
Because of the time of year it was actually brighter in the store than outside, despite it being early afternoon. Gradually he made his way around the convenience store picking up whatever took his fancy and dropping it into the cart. Finally he made it to the checkout, mumbling softly under his breath at the sight of the long cue. With a small "huff" he got in line behind a young woman. At first he payed the girl no mind, that was until he heard an animalistic growling coming from her direction. Luke arched an eyebrow, his eyes falling down to a small dog tucked under the girls arm, sort of half sitting in her tiny handbag. The thing was staring right at him, giving high pitch yapping noises between vicious barks, bloody thing, he hated dogs. He had heard once that dogs could smell evil. He wasn't sure about that, but maybe the horrible little creature could smell that he wasn't human. It kept on yapping, even after its female owner shifted it from one arm to the other and told it to shut up.
The line shuffled forward. The dog continued to growl and Luke continued to think about how unfortunate it was that the obnoxious dog was with its owner and off the ground. He would have loved to kick it, teach it a lesson.
After getting everything checked out, the vampire pulled out his cell phone. No way was he walking back now, Jan could come pick him up. Once outside he sent a quick text, then leaned back on the wall making sure to keep his white jacket from getting dirty. By the exit waiting he watched people, making shallow assessments on how they looked, dressed and who they where with. Many of these humans did not know a thing about class or style or soap for that matter...Then he saw her...That woman and that damn dog. Even a hundred or so yards away it was still staring and growling at him. He had had enough of that and now was the perfect time to teach that dog and it's owner a lesson. He reached into his overcoat and wrapped his hand around the hilt of his knife. In the blink of an eye he was already on the other side of the parking lot and screams filled the air instead of high pitched barks. A car then drove up to him and Luke eased into the passenger seat. Jan turned his head an smiled, "Another one of those days huh bro?" Luke then tossed the little dog's severed head and a severed arm out of the window. He kept looking ahead and replied, "I hope you picked up the groceries."
