Seras Victoria [Done!]

Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga. The anime is not canon. This is not our opinion. This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano.

Name: Seras Victoria (Police Girl, Draculina, Mignonette)

Age: Approx. 19

Gender: 100% Female

Physical appearance: Seras is a well formed young woman. Possesing curves that would make most of the other women jealous, she also has a cute, almost childish face. Her hair is short and blonde, the front bangs draping over her clear blue eyes, most of the time. A cute young thing, if you were to take an 'overall' evaluation.

The young woman has a healthy complexion, yet leaning just a little towords the pale side. Not that it was surprising. If you were to go sceptical on what a vampire should look like (judging from the folktales you heard as a child), the paler the better. As to regards for her build, being a police officer hasn't left her without any marks. The young draculina has a well trained body, even if it's hidden behind the curves.

Yet, due to her vampiric nature, her eyes become blazing red when she is angered. Let's not forget the fangs that show with each flashy smile.

Clothing of choice: If you were to meet Seras, you would probably see her in her Hellsing uniform, which consists out of a yellow(darker yellow?), tight top and short skirt. Also, let us not forget about the white, long stockings and the brown boots. Any way, you look at it, she managed to give a militar-type uniform a girly output. Actually, that's kind of awesome, when you think about it.

If you are wondering how she is dressed when not on duty, I'd say it would rank from jeans and a t-shirt to... short skirt and a cute top? Don't misunderstand, as girly as Seras might be, she is a true tomboy at heart. Even though, it doesn't happen often, what kind of a girl doesn't like looking cute?
But yeah, jeans and a t-shirt, probably.

Weaponry of choice: The Hellsing ARMS Anti-Midian Cannon 'Harkonnen'

Or just 'Harkonnen' for short.

The masive firearm weighs 120lbs (that's about 60kg) and serves great for long-range fire support.The 30 mm, single-shot breech loader cannon uses various types of shells, including depleted uranium with silver for piercing armored targets and incendiary napalm rounds for destroying large groups of opponents both on land and in the air.


Race: Vampire (D category)

Abilities: Category D:Regeneration may take a long amount of time for major damage (ie: 15 posts), sublime supernatural strength, agility, stamina, durability, and reflexes, big weakness to silver and blessed weaponry but survivable, killable through conventional means, ability to turn virgins into vampires, non-virgins into somewhat weak ghouls, the need to drink blood occasionally, susceptible to unblessed damage (still fatal to them), meagre weakness to sunlight (as in they get sick around it).
And let's not forget the excelled marksmanship.

Organization: The Hellsing organization *salutes*

Personality:Seras Victoria is a sweet and strong girl. She could be described as a true tomboy - strong willed, heroic and a stern about her beliefs. She has and always, probably, will stick to her own beliefs. An action, she has followed throughout the years, honing an unshakable willpower. The young woman isn't one to let others climb on her head, yet she is kind. Rather naive at times, and friendly. The Draculina can grow fond of others easily.

And, as an example of her naive and strong willed nature, she is reluctant to act like a vampire should. Refusing to drink blood, when it is her source of strenght, Seras desperately attemts to act like a human. Hilarious to some, but she can't bare to think of herself anything different than a human, knowing very well that she was long past that point.

Seras can proudly say that she doesn't have anger issues. Yet, it is surprisingly easy to tease a little bit of anger out of her. To get her outraged would take a little more, thou. This also shows in a variety of battles. She will follow orders, but her true vampiric abilities only shine on the field when she has clear reason to be enraged. So, if you hurt one of her comrades, expect to be beaten up by her. No mercy. There are exceptions, thou.

Biography: Seras was born to be raised as a happy, supported child. She had loving parents and a place to call home. What else could a little girl need to be happy? Yet, all didn't work out for her...

Seras's father, who was a police officer, had gotten too deep into an underground investigation. One day, when Seras was still but a mere girl, the gang members tracked her father to their home and killed him in cold blood. Seras's mother had hid Seras in the closet and told her not to come out on whatever the means. Little did Seras know that it would be the last time her mother spoke to her. Yes, the gang members also killed her mother.

Observing all that from the creek of the closet door, the little girl, guided by rage and panic, ran out of her hiding place and landed a fork in one of the two culprit's eye. As heroic as that action might've been, it led to her getting shot too. Her last view of the scene consisted of the guy, she had just injured, violating the body of her mother...

As disturbing as that had been for the girl, that was one of the reasons she decided to become a police officer. Never again would she land in a similar situation. And she would do as much as she could to prevent those kinds of situations. Yes, the childhood occurings had made her decide upon fighting crime. A noble profession and she could have turned out way, way worse, you know.

After becoming a police officer (as planned from her childhood), the young woman went on with her life as an enforcer of the law should. That is, untill she was sent to investigate the situation in Cheddar Village. If told about it, she wouldn't believe a word. The priest, he was some kind of a monster. Not hurt by bullets, surrounded by a pack of.. .of zombies, who seemed to obey his every command. It was hopeless! And if the monsters weren't bad enough, another guy showed up, got shot a load of times, somehow lived and shot through Seras's chest, to hit the priest... not to mention, he had made her answer a very private question. How could have knowing if Seras was a virgin help in a hostige situation?

After getting shot, she still struggled as hell to live. This very drive is, probably, what helped her though the first gunshot wound. Only that one didn't result into becoming a blood sucking Draculina.

After waking up at the Hellsing HQ, she found the wound healed and the red guy next to her. Alucard, was his name. A strange, intimidating and slightly charming. Yet, she guessed that the charm came with the race. After all, all of her life, she hadn't believe in ghouls and/or vampires. Yet, now she had become one of them.

Seras was recruited as an officer at the Hellsing organization. Not like she had anywhere else to go... and she WAS, after all, loyal to Alucard for god knew how long. Somehow, she came to grow fond of Sir Integra, Walter, her master - even Pip, not to mention the rest of the residents there. And she would do her best to work with them untill told otherwise.

RP sample:
She could feel the anger poisoning her mind as she gritted her teeth and attempted pushing away the ghoul, which had just leaped on her and now was attempting to sink it's teeth into her. Actually, it might just kill off Seras with it's breath first. Seriously, talk about a breath mint. Even if he was a ghoul, the soul-less creatures should at least try to seem less repulsive. The fact, Seras had inhanced senses didn't help in the matter.

*Enough is enough! Get off of me!* she raged in her thoughts, before her eyes flared up red and she dug into her inhuman abilities, such as enhanced strength. The young woman let go of the ghould for a slight second, allowing him to recoil into her, only to catch his jaws in her hands, a mere inch from her face. With a growl and a clear trace of disgust on her face, she pushed the ghould back.

Still, holding his jaws apart with seeming ease, she pushed off of the ground and stood up, now letting the shorter ghoul hand in her hands like some lousy puppet. Of course, it tried to attack her, it's rotting hands griping on to her arms and trying hard to make her let go. Yet, Seras didn't budge. Instead, she began pulling his jaws apart, a twisted smirk appearing upon her lips, showing the pearly fangs.

The ghould whimpered and shook in her hands but she didn't stop. She only let go when she had fully detached the jaws and thrown the ghoul's head(apart from the lower jaw) aside.

Shaking the remains of blood from her hands, she launched her body towords the next noticed ghoul, she wasted no time to punch it's face in, thanks to her abnormal strenght, and then follow up with her elbow, smashing the skull.

Yes, it would be a wild night. She would do her mission justice and make sure that every one of the ghouls were dead, the same went for the host vampire. And yes, she knew, somewhere deep down, that this behavior was unlike her, yet she couldn't pretend to always win the fight against her nature. Especially, when her life was in danger.

Looks good to me. I'd allow you to be up to a Cat. C vampire, but if you would like to start at D, that's fine with me. Regardless if you upgrade or not, I approve.

Alright. It looks in order to me. But I agree with my compatriots above: Her Category could be higher. So I'm giving you till tomorrow afternoon to adjust it if you want. Then I'm voting to approve.

This is near perfect, but I would like to suggest she remains at a high ranking D category until she bites a few people thanks to the ranking system mainly because the Seras in the manga/ova never did bite anyone and take their blood until Pip was dead in her arms, and in both manga and plot, she was quite weak, my evidence being that when Anderson threw his bayonets into her back, her back did not fully heal until Alucard regenerated and was back in the hall way with Seras, Integra, and Anderson in Managa Book 1 and OVA 1.

As we have it played out here in our own plot, Pip is alive and Seras has not bitten anyone yet. Not trying to turn this into an argument; just presenting my logic in it.
