This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano. I have seen OVA's 1-8, the first episode of Hellsing: The Dawn, and 7 episodes of the Hellsing anime.

Name: Heinrich Kumpfstoffen

Age: 81 (Appears 23 due to being a Category D Vampire)

Gender: Male

Physical appearance: Heinrich is 6 feet 2 inches, his bodily appearance is hidden underneath his Stalheim, although from brief glimpses it is safe to assume his eyes are naturally blue(Blood Red due to being a vampire), his face is somewhat angular for a german, but still retains a stong jawed appearance, He is of slim build, not too much muscle, but it was built up while hefting the heavy MG42's only adding to the supernatual strength he already possessed, he has a scar crossing the bridge of his nose that was gained by a stray bullet. His hair is naturally blonde and slightly long(He dyed his hair black sometime between 1945 and 2003). Its long enough that you can somewhat see large strands sticking out from underneath his hat or helmet.

Clothing of choice: Heinrich wears the uniform of his elite Black Ops group, The Deadly Shadows: A black Stalheim, a WWII era Trenchcoat, a black facecloth, WWII black Waffen SS Pants and black Boots, and a black Stalheim Helmet. He does not have a Face Mask however, because it impairs his vision. Instead he carries around a pair of round lensed sunglasses that barely cover his seye's which he keeps in a pocket until he wishes to wear them. On occasion, when he's in a really good mood, he will wear a black army cap instead of a helmet. He is normally not seen without his stalheim on, however, he has been known on very rare ocasssions, usually around the time he is assigned a black ops mission, he starts wearing an almost formal dress shirt, pants, and shoes. When off duty, he tends to wear a normal Waffen-SS Officers Uniform which is most often black, therefore it is also his Squads Off-Duty Uniform, or at least, for him, being the only officer.

Weaponry of choice: Heinrich carries around dual MG42's that he has consistently upgraded, modified, and modernized over the course of 58 years. When not in use, he attaches them to special sockets on his back. The MG42's have also been outfitted with tripods making defending a position much easier. The MG42’s are made out of pure steel as part of Heinrich’s upgrade plans. For close range encounters he carries a dagger made from pure steel with silver laced through the blade like an ornate design. On rare occasions that require being more subtle, which he is not known for because of his destructive nature, he uses a DSR-1. He acquired it through means of the black market. It is a German Sniper Rifle made in the year 2000. When not in use, but on his person which is extremely rare when he’s carrying his MG42’s, it is slotted between the two machineguns. He carries around about 5 charges of C4 in a satchel on his back as well as 3-5 "Potato Masher" Grenades. Both the C4 and Grenades have been implanted with silver. The explosive power of the C4 is enough to blow a wall out or a tree trunk completely. The grenades have the basic power they did in World War II. His MG42's are respectively named Gunther and Ingrid after his parents. The reason for this is unknown as he was only 5 years old when they were killed and so he had no emotional attachment and therefore no reason to name them as such.

Heinrich cannot carry all of these weapons at once, they would just slow him down entirely. On most occasions he uses his dual MG42's, Gunther and Ingrid, his Luger sidearm, 5 Charges of Enhanced C4 Explosives with silver implanted in them as well as a bit of napalm, and 3-5 Potato Masher Grenades as well as a dagger laced with silver. On more rarer, but covert occasions, he uses his DSR-1 Sniper Rifle, 5 Charges of Enhanced C4 with silver implanted in them as well as a bit of napalm, and 3-5 Potato Masher Grenades, as well as a dagger laced with silver. On covert missions as well, he carries around necessary stealth devices. He carries with him a spray that allows him to see invisible trip wire lasers and a hacking device that he himself created known as the A.I.H.S. Artificial Intelligence Hacking Software. The name is self explanatory. An AI Heinrich calls Greta and that he created over the course of 20 years, resides on the disk. She responds to commands only he gives. She is also some sort of a partner, but can only be spoken to when over a computer or PDA system if he happens to have one on him. In the event of his imminent death or capture of his AI, he can issue a self termination protocol that will completely and forever erase all her files and destroy her, but leave a record of his life behind as a testament to himself.

Race: Category D Vampire

Abilities: Heinrich was born with an most unusual power. This power he calls C.a.D., otherwise known as Cloak and Dagger. This ability makes him invisible on camera's. He also does not appear on detection scanners, radars, etc. In one situation, he may be walking through a field of landmines that have sensors and explode when movement or heat is detected. Normally they would go off, however, due to the C.a.D. he can casually stroll through a minefield at a whim and not suffer the consequences. In the case of camera's, normally when you walk in front of a camera, it see's and the guy on the other end can see you through the feed. However, Heinrich can stroll around the corner, wave into the camera, and walk away without being noticed, because the guard on the other end can't see him. Not because he's invisbile, oh no, he't only invisible to the camera, he's completely visible if your there in person. (Note: he can still trip disruptions sensors. The ones that are like barely visible lasers that if you step through one disrupting the flow, then it sets off an alarm.

The butter and bread of vampires, often these sorts of vampires are a step up from the Category D, having evolved from that level to be a better fit hunter of the night. They are the second largest group of vampires, but still cannot match up to the numbers of the Category F sorts.
Traits: Regeneration may take a long amount of time for major damage (ie: 15 posts), sublime supernatural strength, agility, stamina, durability, and reflexes, big weakness to silver and blessed weaponry but survivable, killable through conventional means, ability to turn virgins into vampires, non-virgins into somewhat weak ghouls, the need to drink blood occasionally, susceptible to unblessed damage (still fatal to them), meagre weakness to sunlight (as in they get sick around it).


Organization: Millennium (Letztes Battalion(Last Battalion) Die Todlich Schatten (The Deadly Shadows))

Personality:As with most Millennium soldiers, Heinrich wants a grand war that WWII could never sate. He has a consistent bloodlust, going so far as to eat one of his fellow soldiers. He was reprimanded later, although he was stated as having said “I don’t see why your so upset. He tasted good.” He can be heard laughing maniacally on the battlefield while slaughtering hundreds at a time. Whenever his laugh is heard, it is a warning to all humans that they should run or they will be dead upon setting even one retina upon him. He has no soft side. He will kill without mercy and will keep shooting even though the enemy has been dead for quite some time. While this does waste ammo, it is easily replaced by the stores of the ammunition at their disposal. Heinrich views The Major as a god of war sent from hell itself to lead them to victory, and will gladly die for this cause. Despite all of Heinrich’s drawbacks, he is extremely intelligent, which led to all of the upgrades to his weapons. While he goes out of his way to have blood, he once drank a special blood mixture that he considered to be of an even greater taste than blood and so it was ment as a substitute for when he was not in the field. He requests it daily and in large quantities when off duty. When off duty and at a party or two, maybe a club or something, Heinrich gets drunk and breaks things. He is usually the life of the party. He can be a bit of a funny guy to be around, all though most people are scared of him ever since he ate that one guy. Heinrich is demented, sadistic, and constantly blood thirsty. Very intelligent, calm at times, and is feared even in Millennium. His favored foods are Sauerbraten, Wurst, Bratwurst, Blutwurst, Schwarzwurst, and the most expnesive kinds of Steak. He absolutely hates Transylvanian blood and will only drink it if he absolutely has too. He will never touch garlic and most vegetables. He consumes mostly meat and chocolate. Its surprising he's not fat.

Heinrich Kumpfstoffen was born in Berlin, Germany, 1922. His childhood was filled with misery, death, and many bad memories. His parents were killed by a thief who broke into their home when he was 5, every pet he ever owned was hit by a car within a day of owning it, all his relatives died of unknown causes when he was around 9 or 10 years of age. Psychiatrists would frequently visit the orphanage where he lived and would question him about all these incidents. After all he had been through, not a single tear was shed, not a single cry uttered. At the mere thought of death he smiled. Saying that his parents death was somewhat enjoyable. Watching his pets being hit in the streets made him laugh with joy. All forms of pain did nothing, but satisfy his sadistic nature. He even managed to drive his psychiatrists mad. Priests would not see him, believing him to be the antichrist in human form.

In 1935, Heinrich was moved to an orphanage in Berlin. The kids were terrified of this new boy who always had a sadistic grin on his face. One night when a volunteer came back to check on the children, it was eerily quiet. She entered the hallway that connected all the bedrooms. She proceded to the farthest room which noises seemed to be coming from. The door knob was stained a crimson red as well as being wet and sticky which was highly unusual. She opened the door, disgusted at the knob. Her face turned to pure horror as her eyesight adjusted to the darkness. The bodies of the children were strewn about the room, torn to bloody shreds. Eye's were missing from bloody sockets, limbs torn from the bodies with bite marks. Even the older children were dead. Some bodies were laying in the corners, telling her that hey had been cowering in fear of something. One of the bodies still laying on the bed was moving, though the face told her the child was dead. She peered closer at the bed. A body began to rise from the side. The child had an arm in his mouth. Blood dripping from his teeth and covering his body. From the outline of the boy she knew it was Heinrich. He looked at her with is eye's wide open. He grabbed the arm in his mouth, yanking out and tearing a piece of flesh and muscle from the bone. He then chewed and swallowed it, his mouth now pouring with the plasmic substance. She ran from the doorway and opened the other rooms one by one. All the other children were laying dead in their blood covered rooms. She ran for the door from which she had entered. It was locked. When she turned around, Heinrich was standing in the opposite doorway. His face blood covered and the blood was still dripping from his exposed teeth. He began to laugh a sickly evil laugh. He put his right hand over the right side of his face, pushing his fingers into the strands of his messy blonde hair. His eye's were as big as dinner plates. His laugh was still sickly. The boy just ran at her. Before she knew it, she was dead. Heinrich continued to feast for the rest of the night, only to disappear from the orphanage and never to be seen for years.

Heinrich was no vampire, but for some reason he really loved the taste of blood. he craved the plasma. When his pets were killed, the bodies would mysteriously dissapear. Heinrich had taken the bodies and drank as much blood as he possibly could from them. When his parents were killed he took their bodies as well and drained them into bowls, bottles, cups, bags, etc. He would store them for later and feed when he felt like it. When he went to a butcher shop, he would inquire about getting a fresh, uncleaned, piece of meat. He truly was mentally insane, but somehow retained a normal personality when in the presence of others. This however, attracted the attention of dark forces.

Current date: May 21, 1940. Heinrich watched from the tree’s as people were herded into the Auschwitz Death Camp. He heard many rounds of gunshots. The sound of screaming was glorious. He left for Berlin. As he entered Berlin, no one payed any attention to him. He was dressed in a Hitler Youth Uniform, and very proud of it. At this time, his eye’s were a light blue. His hair was naturally blonde. From a distance he gazed at the magnificence that was the Reichstag. He could see Hitler from a mile away. Now 19 years old, Heinrich applied for the German Military. In 2 weeks he was a full fledged soldier. Not much training was needed, as he was unnaturally strong, fast, and could see farther than any normal soldier. 2 years later, Heinrich found himself as part of the Waffen SS. WWII had begun, and the Soviet Union, as well as the Allies, were making their push against Germany. Heinrich felt safe in Berlin. However, this peace was soon shattered as Heinrich's unit was transfered to base not far from their border with Poland.

Sometime after being transferred, Heinrich was sleeping in his barracks. He had brought along many of his supplies of blood and blood filled foods from Berlin. He didn't dare feast on his fellow soldiers, not in the presence of others. He went for a stroll one night when all of the soldiers had gone too bed. He walked through the forest with a casual ease looking for some animals, when he spotted a figure moving a fast pace and with great agility. This intrigued him so he followed it, The creature ran into a clearing, and it was now apparent that it was bipedal. When he entered the clearing the moonlight shined onto the figure. It was a woman. Very slender and lean. He was almost entranced by her beauty. Her name was Ingrid. Her eye's were a crimson red and a shadow swirled around her. She told him that she had been watching him for some time. The Category A vampire smiled and her fangs showed, crimson blood still running between them from a fresh kill. His confusion suddenly turned to pure eagerness. She offered him to join the ranks of the undead and continue his perfect life without the need to live in human facilities. He accepted without even thinking it through and soon became a vampire. She left not long after and did not return.

After his fateful encounter with the vampiress and his own transformation into the more natural beast that he had been before, he left for Warsaw, Poland. Their, he discovered an old abandoned factory. Curious, he entered and stumbled upon a large Zeppelin, not just 1 either, he stumbled upon 3 Zeppelins. The middle one being much larger with a red and black checkerboard design. He proceded further into what was starting to more and more seem like an old base. Eventually, he stumbled into a large open room. It resembled a theater, because it was quite open and hand almost what seemed like a stage at the front. The very back wall was also part of the samw mosaic, as well as the well directly behind him and over the door. The mosaic depicted a grand battle between multiple forces. He felt like he was in heaven. It was quite a glorious and wondrous site. He shed a tear for the first time in his life while staring at this mosaic. Soldiers soon entered the room and told him that because he in a top secret and high level security area, he was being conscripted into an organzation known as Millennium which was created under a direct order from the fuhrer himself. Henrich had no disagreements and stayed with them even when they fled Warsaw 3 years later.

During his time with Millennium, Heinrich took a liking to science. He started spending more and more time with the Doktor, watching his experiments. However, this only made him more intelligent and even more messed up than he already was. He started hand making explosives. He made C4 charges that had silver in them. Better to combat vampires with if he ever crossed paths with one. He made it sticky enough so that it couldn't be ripped off of whatever he placed it on, as well as adding a protective covering so it didn't stick to him when he was carrying it. He also placed silver in all of his grenades.

He soon met 2 other Millennium members called Doktor E.D. and Private First Class Elena. They soon formed what would become known as Die Todlich Schatten, or The Deadly Shadows in English. They wore all black uniforms that concealed them at night. They became an elite trio of soldiers that carried out black ops missions and harder tasks. E.D. was a Doktor, but could still fight in the field. Heinrich retains a mutual friendship with E.D. Heinrich also conceals feelings for Elena, which he has never expressed, nor does he even know what they are since he has never felt them before.

Current day: 2003. It had been 58 years since the end of World War II. In 1945, they were attacked by 2 lone enemies who managed to destroy their headquarters in Warsaw, Poland. Heinrich prepared for the time that he would face those 2 men in battle by upgrading his custom dual MG42’s, his newly acquired DSR-1 Sniper Rifle, Sword, and his trusty sidearm that he’s had since World War II, his Luger P08. It is assumed that Heinrichs inactivity over the last 58 years is due to him being extremely preoccupied with upgrading his weapons as well as expanding his arsenal. Because of his supernatural strength as a vampire, he is able to carry around all this equipment if he so chooses without it really hampering his capabilities. However, he is almost never carrying every weapon at his disposal. He uses the MG42's for basic missions. He switches to his Luger, sword, and DSR-1 Sniper Rifle for Black Ops missions. He awaits the day that a worthy opponent will challenge him.

Heinrich was sitting in his personal cabin on the Deus Ex Machina working on his MG42's casings. He had just picked up the screwdriver and began twisting the first bolt. "Alright. Just one more tur......" The intercom flared up with a loud crackling sound. Heinrich accidently twisted too hard and stripped the bolt and snapped the screwdriver. He had a face of ultimate fear. A man came onto the loudspeaker. "Offizier Gefriete Heinrich Kumpfstoffen report to zhe medical bay immediately." Heinrich's head twitched in its socket as he looked at the loudspeaker. I know zhat voice. Doktor E.D. Heinrich marched on down to the medical bay where Doktor E.D. was busy working on his latest project. "You made me wreck my guns casing, zo you better start explaining." Doktow E.D. turned to the infuriated Heinrich. "Oh i'm zo zorry, vould you like me kizz it?"

(Comedic Battle Sample) Heinrich had not been very fond of Doktor E.D. "You little maggot, i'll make you garlic for zhat comment." Heinrich picked up five scalpels and threw them at Doktor E.D. who just stood there and watched them fly by. "You have a very horrible throwing arm, let alone your suckish aiming." Heinrich was starting to get pissed. He charged towards Doktor E.D. who just sidestepped him. "To hotheaded Herr Heinrich. Maybe zhats vhy your not Herr Major's favorite pet." Heinrichs eye's flared up and he just punched the medical table which sent E.D.'s experiment flying and breaking one of its limbs off. Doktor E.D. looked at Heinrich in disgust. "I vasn't finished vith zhat you filthy mongrel!" Heinrich jumped towards Doktor E.D. who surprisingly didn't even move. "Oh dear. It zeems i've avakened zhe beast." Heinrich slapped his fist in E.D. so hard it sent him through the floor of the Deus Ex Machina. E.D. popped out of the bottom and barely managed to grab onto a pipe. He yelled back up through the hole which many Letztes Battallion soldiers had gathered at on the many decks. "Herr Major will here about zhis!"

For the next few weeks Heinrich was tasked with fixing the holes in the zeppelin. He tinkered away at the tasks set before him by the other Officers aboard the Zeppelin. "It was only a little punch. Not like I killed the guy or anyzhing." He continued to work on the holes which he eventually got tired of. Eventually one of the soldiers came to check up on his progress. The man asked if Heinrich would be interested in something to eat since he had been working so hard. Heinrich just smiled a devilish grin as he looked at the man. "Vhy zhank you. Your so kind." No one ever saw the man again.

Alright, we have some things for you to work on. This guy is your typical run of the mill soldier in some regards. Much i understand. Even though his clothes maybe a little bit looser, you should still be able to tell if he is muscular or fat and know a little about his build so please add to that. For his clothing, is he always in uniform or is there a different outfit that he wears for undercover. Please elaborate on that some. Next, for the vampire you are wanting in Millennium, they tend to have freaks which are just a little bit different than normal vampires so please work on that. Please reword the whole stop time thing. I know what idea you were going for but I would like it to read that he trained with the sniper rifle to make his shots more accurate but the way you have it worded now is a clear recipe for a godmod. Next, since I am taking on the role of Herr Major, i would like you to change your rank down to the german equivalent of private first class. I know that is harsh but Millennium is very caring about their ranks and it isnt to say that i wont promote you later if you do well. Next, the guns, you are virtually ok but please put a gun capacity for those and that should be fine. After that, I just want to mention that your bio is obscenely long for a noncanonn character. It's fine but unnecessary. Another thing, get rid of the mention of canon characters in your rp and bio. Finally, i need a battle rp sample to approve this. I know it is a lot but after you do that, i can approve it.

Alright Al. I've made the requested changes, with some alterations and taking some chances with things. I hope this version is more to your liking. It was actually fun to explore some new idea's. I did get Dr. E.D.'s permission to put him into my RP Sample. I consider that a Battle Sample, merely because there is fighting and i'm going for more of a comedy angle as well with this character.

Alright, most of the stuff I have a problem with can be easily dealt with. First, if there was any girls at that orphanage, they'd be vampires, not Ghouls (unless we assume they all got molested...). Next, we don't really know if vampires can have children through natural means (I put up a discuss for the staff about that, so we should have a resolution soon). Next, if that is the case, how didn't they realize he was a vampire when he was, say, 1 after he burst into flames when they took him outside?

Lastly, you don't mention a sword in your weapons (instead a knife), and this is just a heads up: wearing all black at night is usually a bad idea, since it makes you silhouette against the sky. Dark blues are a better choice.

Alright, I noticed that I forgot to change the sword to a dagger, Its supposed to be the dagger. Second, It was a boys only Orphanage. Third, I never mentioned if they took him outside or not. I would guess not, just in case. Maybe I should work that in. As for vampires having children, yah i'll let you discuss that, but I wouldn't see why not. Also, for Alucard, there can be normal vampires in Millennium, it doesn't have to be all FREAKS.

Aight, Aight, Aight, and it's just that we've never heard of two vampires ever giving birth to another vampire anywhere in classical mythology. I'd figure Leif and Jessica would have had 2 or 3 by then if they could, too, so there's that.

Maybe they were infertile or just couldn't have kids for some reason.
