| Note: Gnah... Thank you for another chance to fix the problems before disapproving, though! Now, I've totally reworked the bio, so it isn't when you... Drop the Bass! *Dubstep sounds* Watch it flip across the boat deck! Grab it before it drops into the sea! ...That was a terrible joke... Now, if there's anything still wrong in here, please, tell me! I will edit it as quickly as I can! Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? Yep. OVA ep. 1-5 and part of 6. Name: Luciano. (So sexy, right?) Aliases: Also goes by Luca, Catboy, 46Neko, Shiro-Neko, "That Synthetic Annoyance", The Reconissance Preist. Age: Appears to be between 16-17, depending on the outfit he has on, actual age is 26. Gender: Male. Physical appearance: Luciano is thin, and highly pale, due to the fact that synthetic flesh doesn't tan at all. He ages slower than an average person, only becoming to look like a teenager after his 20th birthday. Standing 5' 4.5" tall, Luciano's form is akin to that of a cat for several reasons. When originally built, he was originally designed for reconnaissance, but his creator had several crazy fantasies, was mentally unstable, and just all-out insane, with one of the fantasies being to have a cross between cats, and people. Sporting white ears, with purple circles where the insides should be (Those are speakers), along with a white tail (Purple along the edges.) and sharpened clawlike fingernails to boot, Luciano can do just that, while also being able to cover up his ears, (In doing so covering his freakishly white hair, which is kept in a short, somewhat messy ponytail with his bangs sometimes covering his right eye) and keeping his tail within his robes, amount to look somewhat like a normal person, (Albeit with ridiculously white skin.) with a short, stubby nose, and an overall highly thin look about him. Another thing he's had to consider, though, is wearing shades in public to hide his purple eyes, as that's apparently not normal. Jeez, I wonder why that would be... Clothing of choice: Luciano's typical outfit consists of black fingerless gloves, an ankle-length slightly modified black Cassock that is tight to his body, split up the rear to the center of the back, and split open in a wedge in the front that leads up to the middle of his thighs. being slightly lighter than average, also, there is an overcoat, that is modified to only go down to his waist as to not get in the way, it is cut up the center to the middle of his back, so it flares out when running. He wears black shorts, that keep out of the way when moving quickly, and black steel-toed boots, and metal meshed with the synthflesh on the bottom half of his calves, tight to the leg, with purple neon lights along the sides, to show they are active, and for cosmetic coolness. In all, it provides highly minimal protection, as he is designed for mobility, and attempted dodging of attacks, rather than tanking the hits. The shorts have a hole in the back so he can stick his tail through, because otherwise that would be SERIOUSLY uncomfortable. The overcoat also has a detachable hood, which Luciano keeps folded, and tucked in a pocket on the inside. The hood, with modifications to accommodate his cat-ears, is black, and serves to protect his light skin from sunlight. Weaponry of choice: Four Dual-Bladed Spinning Axes, lined with silver on the edge, are kept on the inside rear of the robe, and only attached to cables when selected for combat, consist of a circular handle, and two blades, which, when stored, align, and whip out for use during combat. The handles have a somewhat thin, but high-strength cable trailing from the crossbar to Luciano's wrist, where on the inside of each wrist there is a small high-speed winch, for retracting the cable. When done correctly, the blades can be dislodged from a target, and will then arc back towards Luciano, returning to his palm. Shown below when folded. Luciano can also utilize all four of his axes, pairing them to create two four-bladed axes, The handles of the spares containing motors which revolve the blades at high speeds, which are then thrown, moving horizontally to a maximum range of 100 meters, where they then tilt downward, dig into the ground, and reverse direction using the same cable system as a basic attack. As they now have a heavier weight, they have extra penetration, and are harder to block, a drawback being that they will take longer to swing, and thus leave him open to be attacked. - Spoiler:
CSMG C22-1: A Submachine gun/Grenade Launcher combo, developed by VBR-Belgium. The weapon fires special 5.7x19 mm Silver-Tipped rounds, carried in Belgian SS-190 magazines containing 100 rounds apiece. The grenade launcher uses a 4 round magazine for 40mm High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT) Grenades that can penetrate up to 4" of steel plate. However, the grenades are not as useful against regenerative targets, but Luciano's main purpose is to travel light, so he carries three Magazines of 100 rounds 5.7x19mm rounds. (One on the right and left chest of the Cossack. One in the gun. Totals 3 mags for 300 rounds. He only carries the one magazine of four 40mm Grenades, kept in the gun.) The gun is modified to have the handle on the top removed, replaced by a flat tactical rail that is flush to the top of the stock. (I couldn't find a photo of one without the handle. :c) - Spoiler:
Race: Cyborg - Advanced Abilities: Traits: Enhanced longevity (1 Human year = 3 years for him.), sublime agility, and reflexes, (Able to dodge straight-on punches and kicks with little difficulty, as he is very agile due to his light weight, and thus has less inertia than other possible people) slight strength and stamina(Able to lift about 200 pounds), sublime resistance to blunt weapons (Can take a mid-sized rifle stock to the face and not immediately get KO'd, but several hits will knock him out. This is useful when he accidentally FS's into walls.), meager resistance to guns and blades (Explained below). Being a machine as he is however, he still needs to breath and eat, as Luciano is still partially human on the inside. Also, he was developed with an experimental touch/pain system, allowing him to adjust the amount of pressure put on a held object, so something like a soda or a glass would not be crushed. That would be messy, and bad. Luciano's brain was combined with several types of processors, allowing him to actually use his artificial body. This also gives him access to text files, normally consisting of his mission instructions or his digital copy of The Bible. Also, he found a way to play Tetris, reflecting light signals off of his interior processors in his left arm to make a blue/black makeshift screen. The Paladin also has extreme skill in close combat, as due to his quick reflexes and high speeds, combined with his Iscariot training, can make him quite the fearsome foe. If his enemies don't die of laughter at his small form and his apparent confidence in taking them down, that is. Meager Gun+Blade resistance: His actual body is covered in synthetic flesh, with many cables and small winches underneath to provide movement. The winches are powered by electronic signals produced from the processors in his brain. Luciano's skeleton is made up of steel, and is resistant to bullets, though if a round impacts the skeleton, the round will most likely splatter, causing damage to many critical internal organs and modules. If a round were to hit him, but not impact the skeleton or any internal modules, coolant lines, or cables, It would be only a(n) (very painful.) annoyance. The same is true with blades, minus the splattering. Flash Step: (Ranking Ability.) Luciano's processors overcharge the numerous winches in his legs, kicking off for one step, and launching him a maximum of ten meters. The recharge, to prevent damage from overworking the systems, is three posts. Upon reaching Armored, the maximum range extends to Fifteen Meters. Upon Reaching Elite, the maximum range extends to 25 Meters. Organization: Iscariot Personality: Not specifically one to rush into battle, or one to fight at all for that matter, he's one that will advance near an enemy's position, collect information, and get out quickly before the crap hits the fan. Outside of battle, when around people he knows, he can be somewhat talkative, open, and friendly, but if there's strangers around, he'll hide behind one of the other Iscariot agents and not say anything. (Not hard to hide, he's pretty small.) Out of the the people he's seen, only a few of them qualify as "Close," with Father Diem that's close to him. Luciano has a mild understanding of emotions, knowing slightly of friendship and worry, knowing nothing of Love, (What is Love! Baby don't hurt me...) but knowing intimately of hatred, he tries to keep the latter hidden deep within himself, as he feels it gets in the way of his duties. Dealing with kills is somewhat of a mixed issue, being based off of If-Then statements in his programming. When attacked by a vampire, or other supernatural being, with intent to kill, Luciano has no problem slaying them. (The weaker ones, as he hasn't fought anything above a F yet. So beginner noob vampires. Also, he's a bit oblivious when it comes to finding them sometimes, and he doesn't find it necessary to kill a vampire on-sight, only when attacked.) However, if he were to kill a human, depending on the circumstances, the program would find the kill unjustified, and then leaving the human portion of his mind to dish out the guilt, which comes in abundance in those cases. In such, if a person were capable of killing him, and there was no non-lethal way to subdue said person, the program would give him a go-ahead for the execution of said person. On the topic of Religion, (Hehe.) Luciano is a devout Catholic, as it was one of the few things that were ingrained in his mind before the accident. However, he's not nearly as extreme as some of the people in Section XIII, (Though he's still pretty radical, if that makes sense.) as he won't go around slicing people up merely because they're Protestant, and he actually is rather tolerant of other religions. That said, if someone starts insulting God, he will (attempt) to beat them into next week. One of the few things he will openly discuss with strangers is Religion, which he can easily start a friendly conversation on. Also, he tries to peacefully convert others into being a Catholic, rather than just bashing their religion and hating them because of it. Rank: Paladin Biography: Luciano was born in 1978, in Naples, Italy, his mother and father worked at a research facility in the Vatican, was well respected by their peers for their work on cybernetics, advanced computers, and other technological sciences. Very quickly, the parents found that they had to keep their son indoors, as he was born Albino, with papery white skin, red eyes, and white hair. Everything was normal until April 1983, when a fire erupted at the family home, His father Carmello struggled to save his son and wife, but the latter was caught under a falling beam, which broke her neck, killing her instantly. Pulling himself together, Carmello managed to escape the building with his son, while himself unharmed, Luciano had life-threatening burns covering a large portion of his body. Instead of having his son taken to the Hospital, Carmello drove to the Vatican, entered his research unit, and began attempting to merge his son's body with an artificial one. In the process, only Luciano's main organs and his brain carried over into the new body, with the latter being incorporated with several processors so he could use his new body. The procedure was a success, except in the fact that the only complete form that was available was designed by his parent's more... imaginative side. Luciano, however, loved his new ears and tail, finding them rather fun to have, and even though his father insisted that they be removed, Luciano demanded that they be left alone. Later that week, Luciano was turned over to the Orphanage, as they would have been more experienced in the rehabilitation process that concerned Luciano. He was raised as close to any other member of the orphanage as he could be. Again, everything went along reasonably well for the next several years. He got along with the other children quite well, except for in later parts of his stay, as they became adults and he was still a child, they began to wonder, but none of them decided upon bringing it up. After about five years, his rehabilitation was mostly complete, and he was able to resume visiting his father in Vatican City. However, in July 1993, his Father's home was attacked during his stay by a Category F Vampire, as he later learned. He was running a half kilometer behind his father, as Luciano had stopped at a merchant's stall to pick up ingrediants for pasta he was to cook later. As his father and three of his colleagues reached the door of the apartment, they were attacked by what seemed to be a teenager. Luciano noticed something was off when one of the three men other than his father was torn in half, his blood splattering the wall behind him. The other two men, horrified, drew firearms, but only one of them was able to get a shot off before they were both reduced to piles of flesh and smears on the pavement. That shot, unfortunately, missed. Carmello, having worked at the Vatican, and understood what was going on, drew a silver dagger, but received a pistol shot to the face before he could use it, obliterating his skull and covering the wall behind him in his blood. Around this point, Luciano rounded the corner, but seeing the incredibly grisly scene in front of him, quickly ducked back behind the building he had just come around. The vampire, sensing him, began to stalk down the alley with a crazed grin at the amount of blood he had spilled today, however, he was cut off just feet from the boy by several bullets impacting him from behind, shredding his torso and coating the street in front of him (But luckily not Luciano) in his blood. Seconds later, a man walked around the corner, wearing something unbuttoned that was long and black, similar to a trenchcoat. Luciano recognized him as Father Anthony Diem, as he had seen him around the orphanage before. Luciano was escorted back to the Orphanage, where for some time, he didn't quite understand what had happened, only that his father had been slain, as well as the person responsible. After persistent inquiring to the Clergy, he was eventually told that the creature that had slain his father was a Vampire, he was then briefed about the existence of Section XIII, its purpose, and at that point, he demanded he immediately begin training to fight the heathen creatures. After much debate (Five years worth, no less!) he was inducted into Iscariot, beginning his training. Six years later, he had finished his training, taking up the full roll of a scout, and getting his first few missions completed, finding the locations of a vampire in a general area, then getting their exact position back to the Vatican so a more experienced Agent could deal with the treat. It was around this time that Luciano once again met Father Diem, who had been busy out on missions since their last meeting eleven years ago. Diem, having just returned wounded from a large fight, and having lost a partner, Father Saul. At this time, Luciano was surprised that Diem actually answered his questions instead of simply giving him a "Why in the name of God would you ask this?" look. He later found that it was very easy to come to Diem with his questions, and enjoyed the company of the Father highly, as he was willing to hear and answer questions many others were not. Not to say Luciano didn't attract attention, but he mainly avoided those he found hard to talk to, which meant the majority of everybody. (The social post has to do with this last paragraph, so if you want more detail, you can check that. It's pretty cool.) RP sample: Battle Post:It was the middle of the night, a small, thin figure was standing at the end of a hallway, with absolutely no expression on his face. One could have assumed he was hiding in fear, or that he was going to commit suicide to escape the horrid fate that seemingly awaited him. In reality, neither answer was true. However, more pressing matters were in occurrence. Outside, a small group of people were being dropped left and right by a seemingly unstoppable foe, what looked to be a teenager. However, the sharp fangs and red eyes of the person said otherwise, they were currently biting and tearing their way through the area, killing all the people they found, merely for the love of spilling the blood of humans. Gruesome sounds were entering the building, but the child seemed to care not. Situated at the end of a hallway, there was nothing between him and the 90 degree turn of which ran down to the main floor. No windows, or doors. Several minutes later, the vampire had seemingly emptied the entire building of humans, but he wanted more, there just wasn't enough. Noticing a small hallway branching off to the side, with stairs he followed them. Hearing breathing from farther down the hallway, he grinned, showing off a multitude of sharp fangs, and proceeding down the hallway. He then turned around the corner... And was greeted with an assault upon it's enhanced hearing, a sound akin to several circular grinders. The sight in front of it was a child with a maniacal grin, standing slightly bent backwards with two strange devices, one in each hand, behind himself, that turned at a speed incomprehensible to the vampire around some sort of a handle. "Oh, Hello there! It's a pleasure to meet you!" The vampire rushed at the boy, thinking that it would defeat whatever strange weapon he possessed. As the boy threw the two blades, the vampire stepped sideways and pressed himself against the wall, dodging them. He stepped back out into the middle of the hallway, facing the boy with a smug expression. "Hah! Is that all you got? You're one sad excuse for a fi-" The vampire was cut off when, unbeknownst to him, the axes rebounded and impaled him from behind, one slicing clean through his arm, the other embedding itself through his back down to the handle, with the blade sticking out of the front of his chest, coated a crimson red. An amount of steam rises from the silver lining on the blade, as the vampire's body reacted to the weapon. "Silly Vampire, Why did you just step out into the way of that? Didn't your enhanced vision let you see the cables? Or did you assume because I look like a child that I'm no match for you?" The boy was advancing towards him now, with a two-bladed version of the same weapon in his hand. Attempting to move, the vampire received only a sharp, piercing pain throughout his chest, finding that the blade had severed his spine, he collapsed to his knees, in a kneeling/sitting position. "You sicken me, you know that? You just went and killed Two. Hundred. People. For no reason at all! Demons such as yourself need to be cut up and tossed into the fiery pits of Hell!" His voice rising in pitch on the last few syllables, he swung his blade blunt-edge forwards in a downwards diagonal arc, using the spikes to catch the vampire's neck, slinging him against the wall at a high speed, also beheading him in the process, spraying blood in a line acoss the ceiling and down the wall leading to the corpse. The other blade was wrenched from the body by the sudden change in position. Picking it up, he then swing both horizontally at the same time, across his body, slicing the vampire's remains and it's heart in half. After the vampire's blood had evaporated off of his blades due to the silver, he returned them to their collapsed state, and returned them to their spots under his robe. He turned to leave, with the only remains of the vampire being a mutilated body, and an inverted cross of blood upon the walls and ceiling. "Stupid Vampires, running around killing humans for no reason. What the hell is wrong with them!"Luciano walked past the remains of the vampire, as it slowly faded into nothingness. Walking past the corpses of the humans outside, he tried to pay them no mind, focusing on cataloging the exact details of the mission, getting ready for a report for when he arrives back at the Vatican. Pulling up his hood, he debated why there wasn't a way to convert vampires back, but no matter what logic was tried upon the question, everything came up in the same answer. Error: "Life" expected, got "Nil".Social Post:Not sure exactly what to do with this, so here's one Father Diem and I did in le limbo zone: (If I need to actually put it in here, let me know, and I'll get right on it.) - Social Post:

| I'll take this one section at a time.
Name: ....kay then.
Age: Flirting with sketchy territory here but we'll see where it goes with the rest of the sheet.
Gender: Haven't had something like this before. Has potential.
Physical Appearance: Neither form has a face. Also, why the kawai desu desu hair style changes? I can get behind an exoskeleton that shifts to form male and female body structure but why would he make the hair/fur and eyes change?
Clothing: Yea, no. You're going for Iscariot (I'll discuss that in detail later) which means that you're a member of the clergy in some way or at the very least a deacon. That means that you'd be wearing the garb of the Catholic Church just like every other member of the organization.
Weaponry: Not liking the holograms. If you want the Bible on your person just put a digital copy in that computer brain of yours. As for that sonic scream, there's no way you're deflecting bullets with it. Beyond that I find the gun selection just a bit odd. You have this assortment of outdated guns and then one that is well ahead of its time. While I'm not convinced they'll be effective in the field, I won't stop you from taking a peashooter into a gunfight. However, there is the issue of the arsenal. Just because you're changing forms doesn't mean those other weapons go away so in total you've got:
Large handgun with four big magazines, a bulky shotgun with a very large pouch of shells, four retractable axes which fill up your entire forearm, two more regular sized pistols with bulky speed loader holsters that I'm not even convinced work the way you want them to work. Point being, that's a lot of gear to be lugging around on your waist. You're going to need to figure something out if you want all that.
Race: There's a lot of those running around these days. Kay then.
Abilities: "One becoming Advanced, Data Transport can last for seven posts, and it can enter the Operating System of other cyborgs, if they accept the data transfer. From that point, it cannot edit files, but he can give useful tips on stuff. Yay." <= Typo I assume since you're starting as an Advanced. Along that same tangent, there's no way I'm approving that warp teleportation trick of yours.
" Agility is increased for two posts, and increasing the rate that the circular axes are being thrown at." How much?
As for Whirling Death, I don't really see why that's a special ability. You're just throwing axes like you normally would. No reason for a recharge there.
Organization: Sketchy as hell but I'll wait for the bio to make my verdict.
Personality: "flipping between slightly flirtatious and being shy, and antisocial" <= Contradictory as hell without further elaboration. Along with that, you just don't give us very much information here. What does Lenka like? What does Lenka hate? I know absolutely nothing about how this OC acts or feels. More detail kiddo. Final note, I have a close friend that doesn't associate with either gender and having learned a bit through them, I can say that they'd find the idea of Lenka using "It" as rather offensive. However, offensive material is subjective to the individual and not necessarily worthy of disapproval. Just food for thought.
Rank: Generic Iscariot rank is generic but appropriate.
Bio: So in the 40s this scientist had already perfected not just cybernetics, but cybernetics that can interface with technology that doesn't exist and grow with age...is this Bicentennial Man? Along with that, the cat boy/girl stuff is just weird. You need to have serious mental issues to do something like that and rename your son just because you watched too much anime as a kid. If the father's mental disease had been established properly, maybe I'd buy it but this is just lazily hand waved and I don't like it.
"The child was simply told that his father was "on an extended work trip," No. I have no issue with the child being dropped off at the orphanage but keep the staff in character. They wouldn't lie outright to a child like that and even if they did it wouldn't be such a half-assed fib.
" it was honestly quite hard to tell he wasn't normal, unless he had his ears and tail uncovered." I call shenanigans again. He's an albino with freaky hair that switches genders. A blind man could figure out he's not normal.
Continuing on, you just jump...56 years. What happened during all that time? How did he find out about vampires? How are his relations with the other Iscariots? Did they just lock him in a closet all this time? Why would Iscariot let him in? These are important questions and they don't have answers yet. I don't like that.
RP Sample: There's no social post here. Not good, kiddo.
All in all this sheet needs a lot of work. It feels very rushed (which makes sense since you made it immediately after getting your first character approved) with little thought as to how it fits into the larger Hellsing-verse. As it stands I won't approve it but I will give you the chance to try and repair it a bit before I give an outright disapproval.

The recharge time is five posts to prevent damage to his heart... mainly because too much would make it explode... inside his chest... That'd be bad.
Increasing blood flow wouldn't do that. If you were a human, I could see it working, but as a robot, your organic parts are pretty much there just to keep you alive. If you're mostly gears and wires, that's what makes you move, not your blood and muscle. - KILL YOUR FAMILY wrote:

As they now have a heavier weight, they have extra penetration, and are harder to block. After retreiving the axes, they are split back to the basic twin two-bladed versions. Also, since they're twice as heavy as the normal axes, they put extra strain on his arms, so the recharge time is three posts.
Only says two axes in the weapon section. This wouldn't need to be an ability or have a recharge, either. This is just gimmicky shit you could add to the weapon itself. - PK wrote:

- Personality: Not specifically one to rush into battle, or one to fight at all for that matter, he's one that will advance near an enemy's position, collect information, and get out quickly before the crap hits the fan. Shiro has a mild understanding of emotions, knowing slightly of friendship and worry, knowing nothing of Love, (What is Love! Baby don't hurt me...) but knowing intimately of hatred, he tries to keep the latter hidden deep within himself, as he feels it gets in the way of his duties.
Dealing with kills is somewhat of a mixed issue, being based off of If-Then statements in his programming. When attacked by a vampire, or other supernatural being, with intent to kill, Shiro has no problem slaying them. (The weaker ones, as he hasn't fought anything above a F yet. So beginner noob vampires.) However, if Shiro were to kill a human, depending on the circumstances, the program would find the kill unjustified, and then leaving the human portion of his mind to dish out the guilt, which comes in abundance in those cases. In such, if a person were capable of killing him, and there was no non-lethal way to subdue said person, the program would give him a go-ahead for the execution of said person.
On the topic of Religion, (Hehe.) Shiro is a devout Catholic, as it was one of the few things that were ingrained in his mind before the accident. However, he's not nearly as extreme as some of the people in Section XIII, as he won't go around slicing people up because they're Protestant, and he actually is rather tolerant of other religions. That to say, if someone starts insulting God, he will (attempt) to beat them into next week. One of the few things he will openly discuss with strangers is Religion, which he can easily start a friendly conversation on. Also, he tries to peacefully convert others into being a Catholic, rather than just bashing their religion and hating them because of it. All Iscariot agents are fanatical. Anyone who would be willing to kill for their faith is, by definition, an extremist. - K wrote:

- Biography: Shiro was born in 1978, in Naples, Italy, to a loving mother and father, being a nurse and a quiet, shy government scientist, and led a normal life, minus the fact he could not leave his house uncovered, as he was albino, and could be killed by sunlight. Originally, his name was Carmello De Luca. His life being largely uneventful until his fourth year, when he was riding in the back of the family car, an oncoming car lost control, and ran directly into his. Both cars burst into flame, and Shiro was badly burned, to the point of near death. His father, had been a government scientist for some time, and working upon the principle of artificially sustained life. He had been working in the Vatican, far ahead of any other known organizations by several decades, maybe centuries. In an attempt to save his life, Shiro's body was replaced partially by an artificial one, replacing his arms , right leg, and part of his face. Deciding that the mismatch was unacceptable, (And his father having an extreme case of OCD) Shiro's internal organs were placed into an artificial body, which had the added benefit of being far more efficient than a human/machine mix, at least in this case. At this point, his name was also switched to Shiro Neko, which translated to "White Swap." Mainly because that while his father DID want to save his son, he was also a bit (And by that I mean the exact definition) of the (incredibly) crazy type, being mentally unstable, and short tempered, also the type that are obsessed with Cats, and annoying the crap out of people. It was quite strange how the man was even capable of raising a child, but that was possibly why Shiro was also put into the orphanage, as perhaps he had some sanity, in the case of the father.
This biography flip-flops more than an old lady on the beach. First, daddy's a quiet government scientist, the next he's a psychotic who decides, for no reason at all, to give his dying child a Japanese name. Where did mother go? And the very existence of Major kind of disproves your "billions of year ahead of his time" thing. - Boy wrote:
- In 1983, at the age of Five, after finally stabilizing in the new body, everything started going wrong. Shiro's father went off the deep end, killing several of his lab mates before escaping. He hurriedly arranged for the family to be transported to Scotland. However, this plan was cut short when Italian Police blocked the runway of his selected airport, grounding all flights. Then planning to brave capture by the Police, Shiro's father dropped the child off at a small orphanage on the outskirts of Vatican City, Ferdinand Loux. Being both Catholic, and working at the Vatican, the man found that the orphanage was quite receptive of the timid boy that hid behind his father, then deciding to part ways with his son, the man left him at the orphanage after staying for the night, departing at midnight, the man disappeared into the woods, and was never seen again.
You can't just tell me this guy randomly goes on a murder spree without a reason. This is not the kind of guy who has a child or becomes a scientist working for the government. - Sleep wrote:
- As Shiro tried to figure out what happened, the Clergy were trying to figure it out as well, as the man had left no evidence as to where he might be headed, and he had been told that he would be perfectly safe in their protection! The boy, along with the entirety of the Clergy, were baffled at his disappearance, and Shiro found it was just something he'd have to accept, and attempt to move on from. However, had the Clergy known what his father had done, they would have most likely accepted the boy, still, but not been risking sheltering the father.
Being quite obviously different than other people, Shiro noticed it was easier to stick to someone he knew and not say much. That way, he prevented people from asking questions just by being an overly distant person. At the age of Fifteen, he witnessed his very first vampire attack, while in the body of an Eight-Year-Old, he witnessed a small town massacred by an inexperienced Category F vampire, as he later learned. He questioned why the figure could take so many bullets, and after surveying it for some time, he found it moved in ways beyond what a human could acheive. Thus, he turned to the Clergy for answers. After a long explanation of how vampires came to exist and what they do, he immediately demanded that he receive training for the destruction of such creatures. Why does he see this happen? Is he just taking the Vatican's weekly bus tour to the countryside and suddenly everyone is killed but him? - KJHUJK wrote:
- Five years later, at the age of twenty, having finally attained a body capable of training for his duties, the form of a fifteen-year-old, having manually quickened the aging process for that time, then slowing it back down, he finally became his idea of a "Recon Preist." Six years later, he had finished his training, taking up the full roll of a scout, and getting his first few missions completed, finding the locations of a vampire in a general area, then getting their exact position back to the Vatican so a more experienced Agent could deal with the treat. It was around this time that Shiro met Father Diem, a Priest for Iscariot. Diem, having just returned wounded from a large fight, and having lost a partner, Father Saul. At this time, Shiro was surprised that Diem actually acknowledged his existence, as not many others paid him much attention. He later found that it was very easy to come to Diem with his questions, and enjoyed the company of the Father highly.
How does he speed up his aging? I call bullshit on others "not paying attention" to him. He has cat ears and looks like Bridget; he's drawing lots of attention. I still question why this exists. |

| I think you just skipped over them. - Abilities:
Abilities:
Traits: Enhanced longevity (Ages at a far slower pace than humans), sublime agility, and reflexes, slight strength and stamina, sublime resistance to blunt weapons, meager resistance to guns and blades.
His actual body is covered in synthetic flesh, with many cables and small winches underneath to provide movement. The winches are powered by hydraulic fluid, moved through the system by a pump, in the right side of the chest cavity. Luciano's skeleton is made up of steel, and is resistant to bullets, though if a round impacts the skeleton, the round will most likely splatter, causing damage to many critical internal organs and modules. If a round were to hit him, but not impact the skeleton or any internal modules, hydraulic lines, or cables, It would be only a(n) (very painful.) annoyance.
Flash Step: (Ranking Ability.) Luciano's processors overcharge the numerous pumps, hydraulic lines, and winches in its legs, kicking off for one step, and launching him a maximum of ten meters. The recharge, to prevent damage from overworking the systems, is three posts.
Upon reaching Armored, the maximum range extends to Fifteen Meters.
Upon Reaching Elite, the maximum range extends to 25 Meters.
- Most relevant part of the Bio to the Cat Ears:
Biography: Luciano was born in 1978, in Naples, Italy, his mother and father worked at a research facility in the Vatican, was well respected by their peers for their work on cybernetics, advanced computers, and other technological sciences.
Methinks this answers your two things. I can elaborate more if you need me to.

| Assuming you mean the strength, aging, etc. - Abilities (With explanations):
Traits: Enhanced longevity (1 Human year = 3 years for him.), sublime agility, and reflexes (Able to dodge straight-on punches and kicks with little difficulty, as he is very agile due to his light weight, and thus has less inertia than other possible people), slight strength and stamina(Able to lift about 200 pounds), sublime resistance to blunt weapons (Can take a mid-sized rifle stock to the face and not immediately get KO'd, but several hits will knock him out.
Meager Gun+Blade resistance: His actual body is covered in synthetic flesh, with many cables and small winches underneath to provide movement. The same is true with blades, minus the splattering effect.

| Every time he upgrades to a new level (through the SP system.) , the maximum range he can fling himself increases, essentially, as his base stats would have increased. (I'm hoping this is what you mean by explain the ranking up.)
Because every time he ranks up in level (In this case going from Advanced --> Armored --> Elite) his base stats increase, and since this move is an overcharge, he's able to push himself farther. (No pun intended.)

| I am really torn on this sheet. however after a little digging and somewhat confirming a suspicion. I feel that it is a little too soon for you take on a second character when your current character Lenka has not seen much of the main RP. So reall take the time to work on your current character in RP and revisit the idea to add another character in another month or two
