Kira Kageashi (Ready for Voting)

This is a replacement for Edward who will be disappearing from the RP for a while. This guy is a part of Andy's little ninja group.

Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? If so how far have you gotten? Everything but the manga.

Name: Kira Kageashi

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Physical appearance: Kira stand 6 feet tall. He has black hair. It’s short in the back and on the sides. It extends out 2 inches from his forehead, instead of hanging down. He has typical white skin. His face is angular. Despite being very strong, he appears very thin.

Clothing of choice: When not on a mission, he tries to blend in with the culture of the current country or town he is in. This can range from a variety of things. When on a mission or just out and about during the night, he tends to wear the traditional Shinobi garb. An all black outfit, minus the hood or facemask. He also wears Jika-tabi. Special socks made for scaling walls and staying quiet when running or walking. They are padded on the bottom to prevent tearing. The rest of the sock is made of a strong fabric.

Weaponry of choice: Ren has trained in the use of many light weapons and tools. His preferred weapon of choice is a shortened Katana, often referred to as a Ninjato. The sheath is longer than the blade to make the sword appear longer than it actually is until unsheathed. He carries around Shuriken. Among his tools are a Kusarigama(Sickle and Weight) and Kunai. If spotted, he could claim that these are merely family heirlooms he brought with him from Japan, and not for killing as that would ruin their value. He carries around Smoke bombs, Poison Bombs, and Explosive Bombs.

He has been known to be very creative when it comes to using the scabbard of his Katana. He sometimes puts red pepper, dirt or dust, and iron filings into the top of his scabbard so that when he quickly unsheathes his weapon in front of an enemy, the concoction flies straight at his enemies eye’s.

He carries around a foldable kite. It is attached to his back. When he jumps from a high height and falls, pulling a string unfolds the kite, allowing Kira to glide long distances on wind currents or as far as it will take him, which varies.

Race: Human

Abilities: Kira is incredibly strong for a 17 year old. Despite his immense strength, he retains a slim appearance, almost as if there is no muscle. Do to only being a natural human, he can only contend with up to a Category C Vampire. He is extremely fast, able to keep up with Vampires and Werewolves, no problem. He can jump flawlessly from tree branch to tree branch. He has absolutely perfect balance, a skill that he has honed over his many years of training. He also knows how to escape from pursuers. He has learned many ways to hide. He digs holes prior to a mission on a route he is likely to use to escape. When fleeing, he jumps into the hole and covers himself with whatever he dug out of the hole. He then waits for his pursuers to pass over him before climbing out and running off. When the need arises to hide in water, he carries a hollowed out reed which he uses to breath while under the water.


Organization: Unaffiliated

Personality: Kira is very calm and collected. He is a generous man with a kind soul. He can often be seen helping the poor and downtrodden. He has a soft spot for nature and animals. He almost never backs down from any challenge. He will only follow the orders of those who have proven themselves to be greater than him. He respects his superiors. If the lives of any of his comrades a re threatened, he will not hesitate to disobey orders to save them, possibly giving his own life in the process. His favorite food is Ramen noodles and Sushi. He hates English Tea.

Biography:

Kira Kageashi was born not far from Tokyo, Japan in a small village. He lived a happy life. He was interested in the legends of his countries past. He often visited Tokyo with his father. He found the city to be wondrous. His favorite part being the Shinjuku District. His parents raised him for the first 10 years of his life.

His parents were very wealthy, and unbeknownst to him, corrupt and greedy. His family had a few enemies. These enemies knew of the existence of the last remaining Shinobi Clan that hid at the highest peak of a nearby mountain. They hired these Shinobi to kill anyone tehy found at the estate and burn it to the ground.

One day, while he was out in the fields at night, he swore he could hear footsteps. Not just one, but many. He stood up and walked around the field. A bright light shown behind him. He turned to see what it was. His whole village was in flames. He could see figures running amongst the rooftops. Kira feared for his parents and ran for their compound. The bodies of his families private guard littered the ground. He ran for the main entrance of his home. When he slid the doors back, the bodies of his parents lay on the floor. He walked up to them in pure horror. As he knelt by their corpses, he saw a shadowy figure by the window. The moonlight shown through and revealed a Shinobi. The Shinobi took pity on the young child before him. The Ninja sprinted with lightning quick speed, picked up Kira, and ran from the house. Fleeing to the nearby mountain.

Climbing to a point of the mountain hidden in the clouds, the Shinobi brought Kira to what looked to be a monastery. The architecture was ancient. They passed through the main gates and were greeted by legions of training Shinobi. None looked up from their training. He was brought to the main chamber of the monastery where he met Grand Master of the Hamura Clan. The Grand Master looked to be in his 80’s, but extremely healthy. The Grand Master declared that Kira was to be trained as one of them. The man who had brought him there, Shinosuke Kamamura, was instructed to train Kira.

Kira was trained for 7 years in the Shinobi Arts. He learned all of their tricks and secrets. He learned of their true history. As an Initiate at the age of 12, Kira was given his first Katana. The blade was shortened, but the sheath remained normal sized. As he continued his training, he was given various other tools as they were needed. He trained with his fellow students. He even fell in love with one of his friends. Before their training had been completed, she graduated early and was sent on her first assignment, from which she never returned. No one, but the Grand Master knows if she is dead, but Kira still holds out hope that she yet lives.
Now 17 years old, Kira was finally inducted into the ranks of their Elite. Some protested against his very rapid promotion to one of the highest ranks so early, especially right out of training. However, he was more than qualified.

Kira left the Monastery and his friends behind as he was sent to Europe for some unknown reason.

Kira arrived in London at 2:38am, exiting from the airport terminal. He was astonished by the very different culture here than back home in Japan. He had snuck his gear past airport security and changed from his normal Shinobi garb into a more civilian outfit before embarking on the flight. He exited the airport terminal and stood on the curb. He noticed 3 hooded men following a businessman. Kira decided to follow.

The 3 men followed the man into a dark alley. Kira pulled his katana out of its hiding place. One of the hooded men was behind the other two. Kira snuck up to the man. He reached up with his left hand and cuffed it around the mans mouth and pulled him down to the ground. Kira took his sword placed it against the mans throat. With a swift motion, the blade drew across the mans neck. A moment later, blood spurted out. Kira crouched low and approached the next man who had not heard the death of his comrade. Kira brought the sword up and drove it through the back of the mans neck. The man gurgled. Kira withdrew the blade and the man slumped to the ground. The third had seen this one, but before he could turn a gun on Kira, he was gone. Kira landed on the mans shoulders, and wedged the mans head betwenn his kneed. With a quick twisting motion, Kira snapped the third mans neck.

The businessman had been oblivious this whole time. Before the man could look at Kira, he was gone. Kira sprinted across the rooftops and sheathed his blade. He dropped into an alley, not far from his previous location and continued on his way through London. He stopped at a local sushi restaurant since the peanuts on the flight weren't very filling or good. "Excuse me, sir. May I get a plate of your finest and freshest Sushi please?" The chef in the back smiled at Kira. "Coming right up!" The cook went to work real fast and soon had a nice plate of Sushi ready to go, placing it in front of Kira. Kira devoured it without a second thought.

I don't really think you can claim you're digging with a Kunai anymore. You wouldn't be able to glide long distances with a kite. A few yards would probably the most you could get unless it just a gigantic kite; humans are generally pretty heavy.

Need more details on classes of vampire and how strong he is.

There is no personality there.

You give me no explanation as to why a bunch of ninjas would set fire to a village (those went out of style a couple hundred years ago, by the way) and kill his parents. You also don't tell us why they would train him and not just kill him like his parents. Why are you writing this in tiny, near-fragmented sentences anyway?

Still can't glide long distances. Batman's cape is huge and he can't even make it across the equivalent of a lake without some dive-bomb type assist (you can't dive-bomb with a kite, by the way).

I can buy he's pretty strong despite being scrawny, but not C strong. You still don't tell us how fast he is (again, there are classes of creatures).

Still a very skimpy personality.
