Physical appearance: Lloyd is a tall lanky man with an heart shaped face and almond shaped eyes. He is not strong physically. His hair and eye color are grey. He has thin fingers, a large mouth, and a normal size nose. he wears round glasses with large lens. He weighs approximately 180 pounds. He stands at about 6'2.
Clothing of choice: He wears a grey turtle neck sweater, with a white lab coat with black piping and a single black button showing. He wears a black armband on his left arm with the insignia of Vatican Section 3, Matthew embroidered in gold to signify his rank in Matthew.
when he is not in the lab he wears an colonial military inspired trench length with gold trim, gold buttons, and olive color and black on the cuffs, and collar. He wears a white dress shirt with white pants and white gloves. he wears black leather dress boots suiting to the style of the jacket. Around the collar of the shirt he wears a periwinkle ascot.

Personality: Lloyd is an arrogant scientist who takes great pride in all his inventions. He sees human life more as a resource to be used with his inventions. He believes his assistant Cecile is a bad cook. He has no time for the opposite sex due to his social solitude as a child. He is a major workaholic to the point to where he is still doing tests out side of the lab.

Biography: Lloyd was born in England in a Village outside of London. His family was middle class at best. His father was an office manager at a lab in London while his mother was a stay at home mom. Lloyd had always stayed inside through all times of the year. He was raised catholic by his father. Two years later an accident had happened in the lab taking the life of his father. The lab gave the mother monetary compensation. However the money did not last long, the mother had to eventually send Lloyd to an orphanage. Out of respect for her husband, she sent Lloyd to the Vatican's Orphanage. There he continued studies and felt even more alienated from everyone there. Also while he was there he was diagnosed with a psychosis that explains his alienation feelings.
Lloyd Kept to himself and his studies. Focusing on science and not just one science, all sciences. Lloyd rarely talk to anyone, and didn't take to any sports. His entire life became focused on science and creating things. Once he became of age he joined Section 3 so he can put his knowledge to use for the people who raised him when his biological parents could not. In recent years he has moved up the ranks of Matthew and was among the group of scientist that had upgraded Anderson's regeneration ability. Shortly after that he was promoted to the position of Head of Research and Development. With the new promotion he was entrusted with knowledge that very few people in the Vatican knows, the secret to making Regenerators. With this information Lloyd has promised to take the secret to the grave and to only perform the operation on any member of Iscariot who has the Pope's Blessing. Given the recent missile attack he and the remaining scientists are working with Iscariot to help coordinate the damage response.
RP sample: It was a splendid day for Lloyd as he walked through the corridors with an upbeat joyous pace. Today was the day Lloyd would create his first regenerator since being deemed Head of Research and Development. Lloyd began whistling a joyous tune composed of mostly medium to high pitched notes going at an moderate speed occasionally speeding up at some parts and then slowing down. Lloyd skipped around the corner of the central corridor that lead to the lab. Lloyd grinned as he began to think on the operation.
Oh goodie, this candidate seems rather promising to become a regenerator. I just hope that he isn't like the others who think they were and end up dieing on the operation table. Lloyd was wearing his lab uniform when he walked into the prep area and saw the candidate.
Congratulations, you've been selected to become a regenerator by his holiness. All it will take is a simple procedure and then once you step out of this OR your life will change no matter what. Well prolonged I should say. Lloyd said with joy covering his eyes. This is what he lived for, the ability to change peoples lives by means provided through science. The man was surprised by Lloyd's bliss at this operation as the scientist walked away from the patient and into the operating room.
Lloyd made quick work with the preparations. He had only two other scientists and a one other person in there with him. The Head of Holy Artifact investigation, The head of Matthew, and the Head of Iscariot. This dark secret of the Vatican has only been entrusted to the Head of Research and Development (Matthew), Head of Holy Artifact investigation(Matthew), Head of Section 3, Matthew, Head of Section 13, Iscariot, and the Pope. The operation it self was simple as Lloyd had said to the patient, but the preparations for this operation had been years in the making. Candidates to become regenerators are usually chosen once a child enters the Vatican's orphanage, and that is decided on how strong their faith is, and how they physically grow over a year. After chosen, nothing was set in stone, but candidates were closely monitored during their life and through the first year or so after joining Iscariot. If a candidate shows any abnormalities during this process their name would be removed from consideration immediately. If a person is lucky enough to be selected for the final phase, the candidate would go before the pope and be given a blessing. The next part is where Lloyd comes in full force, though he would now be an active player throughout this entire process, he didn't care who got chosen, only that he had someone to perform the operation and experiment on. Every regenerator is different in their own right and what Lloyd's predecessor's and now Lloyd would put in them. Each batch of nano-machines put into the candidates body manifests differently, granting each regenerator different abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
Alright now, don't fuss around too much, there is an unfortunate fifty percent chance that you will survive this operation, but that is not important right now, and is rather boring to talk about. Lloyd said as he put the patient into a drug induced coma that would last six hours. Once the Head of Matthew confirmed the coma, the team went to work. Lloyd and the head of Matthew went to work making the final adjustments to the nano-machines while the other two monitored the patient's vitals. It took Lloyd and his boss an half an hour to finalize the adjustments. Lloyd had inserted the machines into a specialized syringe that would activate the machines via a small electrical pulse. They inserted the needle through the jugular vein. This is so the nano-machines can start spreading through the body faster by attaching themselves to the blood cells. Lloyd's and the others part was done with now all they had to do was monitor the patient and see if the body rejects the nano machines or not. It took nearly an hour before the body went into a seizure. Lloyd stayed back and observed while the others attempted to keep the body from harming itself or anyone or anything. the seizures lasted for an straight hour and a half. At that point the body became tranquil and stopped moving. Lloyd checked the monitors for his vitals and turned around with amusement written on his. Four hours later the patient woke up with Lloyd in his face grinning.
"Well it seems you won't be going to heaven today Father Sebastion, Lloyd said,
"As it is now the operation was a complete success, welcome to the elite ranks of Iscariot that only two out of ten survive the operation. You are an most fascinating subject." Lloyd walked out of the room quickly and cheerfully as representatives from Iscariot entered the room.
