"Stand aside!" the butler shouted as he ran in, Sir Integra unconscious and bleeding in his arms. Laying her on the table, Walter removed his gloves and rolled up his sleeves, placing a clean rubber pair on his hands. "All of you who have no medical experience, leave immediately." As delicately as he could, he attempted to remove the bullet inside Integra's skull and treat the wounds, hoping some medical support would show up to assist soon.

The former agent entered the infirmary with little effort needed to find it. The blood trail leading to it was obvious. Bayman pushed open the doors to the infirmary and walked inside, expecting people to try to shove him out, shoot him, or worse case; the butler cut him down with his wires. He began fixing a lab coat on himself while speaking. "I know that you have no reason to trust me, but I have lost a massive amount of my memory past the operations in Afghanistan and you're leader seems to be a key part of the fragments I've maintained. If she dies, I loose all leads to who I was. I have surgical experience from my time in the military... I can remove that bullet from her head. Should I fail, I will willingly subject myself to execution. I just want to remember who I was. Deal?" The former agent finished putting on his lab coat and stared forward at Walter, waiting for a response. Bayman's eyes held a sense of seriousness and truth, though he didn't expect this to go over too well with Walter or any of the other Hellsing staff.

"If you want to make yourself of use, collect the supplies from the cabinets." Though not trusting this man at all, he could only hope one of the others in the room would see fit to eliminate him if he were to try to sabotage the operation. Retrieving the bullet, he placed it on the table next to him, waiting for the materials he had requested. If worst came to worst and this man proved to be incompetent, he'd probably have to use his wires as makeshift needle and thread.

ooc- should i put down a forum for outside the infirmiry, so the rest can say stuff and see how this plays out? because we're supposed to get outta here for the moment while you guys do your stuff

Bayman did as he was asked, retrieving the materials the butler had asked him to collect. Bayman then fixed a surgical mask and gloves, picking up the surgical equipment. The operation seemed to last for several hours, when it was much longer then just a couple hours. Finally, the operation came to a close with more close calls then the former agent would have liked to have, but at least the iron sights on the guns of the hellsing staff were off him for the time being. The heart beat monitor Integra was connected to showed that her heart rate was around the normal beats per minute; though Integra was going to need a lot of rest. Bayman put the bloody tools aside, stepping back from the operated Integra. "That should conclude our work."

(OOC) If you want. It's over now, though, and I'm going to give someone a job right now.

Removing his bloodied gloves and vest, the butler sat in the wheelchair he'd just today abandoned. All the standing and bending was of no good to his injured back. "While I thank you for your help," he began, "Please leave this room immediately. One of the people outside this room shall escort you to the dungeons. You will be kept there until we have the time to question you further." Rolling his chair next to the Hellsing leader, he wiped his monocle on one of the few places on his shirt devoid of blood. This was his fault for not being more attentive and he knew it.

Kitty steped out of the was as Walter came in with Integra. The Baymen showed. Kitty amed an arrow at baymen redy to fire in case he tryed to kill Integra.

"Have fun newbe" Kitty said refuring to crazzy. She amed and arrow at Baymen's chest. "We wont hesitat to shoot you" Kitty said to Baymen. "Walter She will be all right, Right" Kitty said turning to him and Integra.

(OOC: Kitty you need to acknowledge what happened in the rest of the posts before you posted this recent one. You can't just act like we've been there this entire time you need to react to what happened.)

"Oh shut up." he whispered to the bowstring-twitchy one. He had his M1911 ready to fire, but not aimed exactly.

"Dude! careful with that thing! This guy helped save headmaster's life, you think he's gonna see some blood & gore by a lancet and help patch her up just to take her out himself?! I don't like the looks of this guy either, but he did us a favor."

He was very thankful she survived and near silently thanked "The Big Man" for giving Miss Hellsing another chance.

Kitty walked into the Infirmary. "Here we are Jay how about you lie down" Kitty said.

Jay collapsed onto one of the beds in the infirmary, his body felt heavy and as with his restrains released he easily smashed through the bed and cracked the floor. A muffled sound was heard from where he lay Bhagh gaugh slowly it seemed as though tattoos appeared on Jays body but this only caused him to yell out in pain.

"JAY whats haping is this a vampier thing " Kitty said as she tryed to get him out from under the bed. "What are theyes wered tato things" Kitty said as she picked up his hand looking closer at one of the Tatos.

As Kitty picked Jay up his eyes glowed as the tattoos began to seemingly burn into his skin causing him to scream out in pain as he pushed Kitty away and stumbled about the place. He had no idea what was happening but the crude restrains that kept his power in check were beginning to un do its self due to Jay using it all.

He let out one more roar before the tattoos that disappeared and left scars on Jays body. As he collapsed onto the ground once more he could feel his body return to normal but he some how felt weaker Wha.. Suddenly he sat up then turned away as he puked up blood Oh...the..., somehow he stood up D..does this happen often ? feeling something odd happening he looked down.

He saw the tip of a sword sticking out his chest, he just blinked wondering if this was real or not, it was. The sword eventually just pushed itself out his chest and smacked against the ground, causing Jay to react by jolting upwards GHHHAHAAA ITS REAL !? the sword cracked then broke into pieces.

There was a chuckling from behind him Well well look who fails at being a vampire hehehe guess "you" can't use our power..why don't you ju...huh wha OH YOU HAVE TO BE, as the voice in his head raged the pieces of the sword were being pulled back together and Jay was standing above it, there was a blank expression on his face as he held his hand above the sword causing it to rise. As he regained himself he noticed he was holding the sword Huh ? suddenly it began to crack again and broke into pieces and cut his hand.

Ouch the cat boy said as he looked at his hand and began to take a few pieces of the sword out suddenly his blood began to move into the shape of a broadsword What in the ?.

"Jay what how" Kitty said. She was so confused what was hapining to him did he have a cold or sumthing. "I thought Vampires Dident get sick" Kitty said

A confused Jay couldn't hear Kitty as he stumbled around the place uh oh crap,,,b blood.. suddenly he had random flash backs to the moments that haunt him the most GHHHHAAAAA he held onto his head as he stumbled forwards. A shivering Jay clung onto Kitty as he seemed more child like, he let go and blushed like mad from embarsment Ah I'm sorry he said walking backwards and smacking into a small fridge Ah.

He accidently broke open the door and saw something inside it was blood, his expresion seemed to changed from a child to a beast looking at its prey, he kneeled down and took a blood pack out and tore into it with his teeth. As he gulped down the blood he regained some strength it seemed him making his swords now caused his need to drink blood to become stronger.

After wiping the blood from his mouth he walked past Kitty I uh I'm just going to go to my room now he said as he left the msss to kitty.

Kitty cleaned the mess jay left the went to look for alucard or integra. She hoped one of them might be able to help jay.

Benny had finally arrived to get his wound checked and some real first aid, so he went to a nurse at a desk to ask what next.

"Hello Miss. Hey, um, I might need to get some first aid on my arm. I'm talkin a shallow bullet wound. The round had fragmented before it reached my arm and the pieces just got lodged in a bit. i made my successful attempts to pull them out, used a dash of hydrogen peroxide, and plugged the holes with condenced cotton to try to stop the bleeding and a bandage holding everything down. Sooo what now?" while showing her the arm, leaving the bandage on it.

ooc- short post, idk what to do for this. Poor Benny's probably gonna be out for a bit with this injury =/

"Soo define "rest"?" as Benny was a little confused a few minutes after he had woken up from the procedures.

"Well, Mr. Giovanni, since it's just a wound to your arm you can get around and about, but I'd refrain from any strain on your arm. Knowing your concern, you can still draw things and hold a gun, so long as it's supported by your other hand. You shouldn't work with your sword though. We've had plenty of sword-wielding patients around here and we learned a thing or two that using a sword can put a lot of stress on an arm. Just holding one wears an arm out slowly. Like I said earlier: the bullet fragments only got little deeper than your fat layer, enough to scratch the muscle and maybe lodge between a few fibers. But that doesn't mean you don't need to watch your activity." The nurse clarified to him in a casual manor of language that he very well understood and felt comfortable with, seeing as he was always a bit scared when it came to serious medical situations & doctors.

She began to vaguely plead to him to watch what he does, as neither of them want to see him back for same thing, also that he had a pretty disappointed look on his face and she wanted to show sympathy: "I know this must be hard going out of your comfort zone, especially with your...Autism, but you need to be careful with the strain you put on that arm! You know as well as I do that you dont want to make that injury any worse than it already is, if that happened then you could have permanent restriction in mobility or even render your arm useless. But I'll let you go right now. I never really liked being couped up in one place for an extended period of time anyway. Take care Benny"
While she was speaking, he nodded at good news often; it relieved him to know that his arm wasn't completely chained down. But what he couldn't do and that he had to break habit for a bit made him look down at the floor and clench his teeth, with "I see"s every once in a while.

"Welp, I gotta say, thank you. I'll uh... see ya round." he looked her in the eye with sincere thanks, and he drifted away with a casual, yet slightly depressed tone.

Benny tiredly turned the knob, nearly falling against the door with his sore legs & arms; he wasn't quite ready for that kind of strain, yet.  He walked over to the nearest free nurse and described Kitty's condition.


Two lacerations...bunch of bleeding...unconscious...been out for...a few minutes.  He panted.  After turning over the sleeping body to the nurse and his arms falling limp, he weakly went for his duffle bag while following her.  He pulled out, this time two full size cannolis (more like two fresh 5 in. ones), bit a few shards and a little cream so they could be trusted, since they're already eaten a little, and put them back in the little Ziploc bags they rested.  He also put a little note in one of them that said:

You didn't deserve to be put in this position.  I'll find Kyle and whoop his ass for you.  In the meantime, take care.  Relax, take plenty of water, whatever else they gave you, and please freakin' eat these things; they'll do you good! Hope you "get well soon" and feel awesome by the time this is over.  =)

He called to the nurse, right behind her, "Can you...save these for her.  She's...gonna need the sugar...sometime...right?" he asked the favor.  Happy she did accept the two treats and put them in a pocket, ready for the next time she wakes up.  He hobbled out the door and whispered a begging prayer.  As much as he was sweating from the dread accumulated from her condition, he proceded to "hug himself" with his jacket, pulling it taught around his thin-for-a-guy figure as he walked away from the room.

Benny would probably go to the cafeteria or somewhere and get a drink; he didn't want to be near the lobby after what just happened.

So this was it eh?  The illustrious Hellsing manor, home to England's finest vampire hunters and loyal servants of the Church of England.  It was disgusting.  Detestable as they may be, at least the Papists had a sense of class with their architecture.  To their credit, Almos had needed to drain a fair number of innocent leads in order to finally learn the address of the Duchess of Surrey.  About a dozen more to get his hands on a proper limo with government plates important looking enough to get him near the gate.  Once there it was a simple matter to drag the two guards into the black vehicle.  With the gate seemingly opening as was the norm, the guards that did notice the car paid no mind to yet another government vehicle coming in and out.  Honestly it was surprising that these men, seemingly hired outsiders, were more worried about all out war than a government car making a surprise visit.  When the car finally reached the front door, Almos exited from the rear, his driver a young man of about 18 that was woefully under his command.  Poor boy, no backbone to speak of.  Flashing a government badge and exerting a bit more of his vampiric charisma, Almos was allowed inside, his story about being a government inspector here requesting special aid in investigating a string of strange murders.  

Standing in the lobby of an organization dedicated to hunting his kind, Lorand couldn't help but chuckle.  Why in the name of God would he willingly come here?  It was simple, boredom and blood lust.  Having grown tired of slaughtering hapless civilians in London, he sought a fresh challenge and source of food but more importantly, he was damn curious to see if it would work.  Could he actually pull this off?  He couldn't resist the urge to taunt the reaper and try.  That being said, he had no interest in a fight he couldn't win.  Best to pick off the wounded prey and be on his way.  Let the intelligence officers try and figure out the tactics of that one.  The very thought brought a smile to his lips as the ancient vampire followed the scent of blood and anti-bacterial ointment towards the infirmary.  The guard patrols seems to be concentrated on the outside of the facility, evidently their priority was keeping enemies at range from their fortress. That was fine by him, much easier to move as he pleased.  

Finally reaching what he believed to be the infirmary, he paused to glance around a corner for any signs of life.  As expected, a man was just leaving the infirmary and heading down the opposite end of the hall way.  He looked injured.  Wonderful.  Creeping down the hall as the man disappeared from sight, Almos' foot steps were silent as he entered the infirmary and smiled happily to the nurse present.  "Excuse me ma'am.  I'm a new employee and I'm having difficulty-" Almos cut himself off to shut the door behind him.  The moment it was closed he shot forward, his hand ripping through the nurse's throat before she had time to scream.  Allowing her to drop to the ground, he greedily lapped at the blood on his fingertips, noticing that he was not quite alone.  There was another girl resting within the infirmary, seemingly unconscious and wounded as well.  "Oh you can't be serious...you're such an ass to the people that actually like you." he said in reference to God Himself handing him a meal on a silver platter.  Shrugging at the ease of it, Almos snatched up a scalpel from the nurse's tray and gave it a strong throw at the sleeping girl's carotid artery.  Best to get a bit of blood flowing first to get him in the mood.

Benny noticed a man with a certain look on his face, one that didn’t add up.  There were plenty of people Benny didn’t know around the mansion, so he can’t really get suspicious about this one just because he didn’t recognize him, even though that caused trouble, except this man sparked suspicions for a valid reason.  This man had a smile on his face, the kind that you would never see on one’s face unless they had some sick intentions they took with them.  Judging by the red eyes & the pale skin, he was a vampire; a vampire headed to the infirmary was never a good sign.  This little suspicion gave Benny just enough adrenaline to ignore some of his soreness and have some energy.   Benny attempted to follow once around the corner; he wasn’t letting this one go, especially as he just dropped of his friend in critical condition.  Vampire + lustful look + on his/her way to an infirmary = shit hitting the fan.  The door closed in front of him in the distance after the man shut up and Benny sprinted to the door.  Sure enough, the man’s arm swung, leaving blood splashing in the air.





Suddenly, Benny’s energy spiked…and so did his anger.  Sure the man seemed well-built & intimidating, but that didn’t matter to Benny, safety of others, especially Kitty’s did.   Furiously, he slammed down on the double-doors, kicking the barrier in two wide open at the seam.  He lashed up his handgun as he stood seething behind the man and aimed it at his head.  “Touch anyone else in here, and you can KISS YOUR ASS GOODB-!!!” he roared as the man pulled out a scalpel from the body.

 

Seeing him take a heave, especially in Kitty’s direction as the infirmary wasn’t that packed, Benny disengaged to grab his left fist and ram his elbow into the man’s shoulder and screw up the throw while prepping his target to get lit up.  Hopping away to the side, he clutched the gun with both hands and let loose three rounds with a fiery scream, releasing his grip to switch the gun in the other hand to draw a two kunai from his left hand and between his fingers; this man didn’t seem to have a “primary” melee weapon, or any weapon at all, but the CHAIN.  This chain gave off an eerie air that chilled Benny’s spine.  Other than that, he was gonna be a little confined to get crazy with such a long weapon as a katana.  This man took a life and was about to take some more.  Seeing as they already had one intruder get in and cause trouble that night as well, there was no negotiating with Benny.  It was time to dance…

OOC:  Since Kitty is unconscious it seems unlikely that she'd be doing anything on such short notice so I suppose it will just be you and I for the moment Benny.  I've enjoyed reading your fights up til now but I can be something of a stickler so hopefully I'll present a fun and challenging opponent for you.  Now then, considering that you announced your presence so openly it only makes sense that Almos would notice and take action.  With that in mind I'll be countering your post from the moment you attempted to strike my shoulder as it alters all events afterwards.  Interesting music choice by the way.

The polished metal of the scalpel in his hand reflected the overhead lighting quite nicely.  Clean and sharp, it'd do its job well enough.  Suddenly, the man from before burst into the room with a weapon draw, demanding that Almos stand down.  "Took you long enough." Lorand silently quipped.  His only response was to flick the scalpel at the unconscious girl's neck at inhuman speed.  Not giving the gunman much mind, it came as a great surprise when something hard struck his shoulder only a moment after the scalpel left his hand.  His aim was uninhibited but the fact that this scrawny kid had actually physically struck him was a complete surprise.  The kid was either brave, insane, or in love.  Suddenly, a light bulb went off in the vampire's head.  "The girl!" he thought as a smile grew wider on his features.  The affection was palpable.  Almost sickening.  

As the kid dropped back to bring his gun to bare, Almos casually slipped his right hand back into his pocket.  His Sphere of Desecration burst to life around him, the silver bullets bouncing off its crimson surface before ever coming close to the vampire.  Cocking his head to the side, Almos flashed a fanged smile.  "Silver bullets.  Thought so.  My turn hero." the vampire exclaimed, grabbing the tray of operating tools as the Hellsing operative readied his kunai.  It was the same tray that he had originally found the scalpel on.  Polished steel like most medical equipment, there were several more scalpels on the tray as well as a few sutures and empty syringes.  Evidently the nurse hadn't had the chance to clean up before Almos first arrived.  Not bothering with surgical precision, ironically enough, Almos simply threw the entire tray at the scarf wearing man, the sharp and pointed instruments flying towards him in a chaotic manner to incite panic and minimize the chance of easily dodging.  Even as the tray left his left hand, Almos' cursed chain went into motion, flying forward like a winged snake to curl around behind Benny.  With his attention most likely on the medical tools flying at him, he'd be far less likely to notice the end of the chain coming around from his blindside to ensnare his neck like a noose before slamming his head into the tile floor.

OOC-  Alrighty then, I guess that works, sorry for screwing things up like that.  Anyways, I agree:  I've read your character sheet and it looks like Benny's in for a heap o' shit. :affraid:  Thanks on the music.  =3

Seeing as the hammering of the intruder's shoulder didn't work, Benny drew his katana and swiped to the side to hear a ping of throwing the projectile off, hoping away to fire his barrage.  To Benny's surprise, this man quickly put up a big, red barrier that seemed to deflect the rounds fired from his angered fist.  He looked over and noticed that the scalpel clanged on the ground after hitting the side of the hospital bed, letting a wave of cooling & relief sweep over him.  It was quite a surprise encountering a vampire who had superpowers like this.  Even more shocking to him, he shuddered at the vile words "God is dead" graffitied onto the shield's wall.  He heard a comment, something about silver.
That's it!  A light shot up in Benny's head:  it's as if it blocked at least silver bullets, matter of fact, awful slashes written on the bubble seemed to cue that it only repelled anything holy.  Regular bullets.  Benny had just the thing.  But it was too late to switch weapons.

This intruder threw a whole tray of sharp instruments at Benny (and the tray itself).  Confidently he lashed his arms up and parried the metal projectiles coming at him by simply laying them in front of him with slight adjustment to the position of his arms with the steel guards over them, slapping away the tray with an in-game face.  What was alarming was that Benny noticed a gray line coming from the man's arm right when he swatted the mirror-like weapon.  Panicingly, he dropped to his knees with a hand over his head, pulling it down to evade the chain that curved almost around his neck.  He rolled over his shoulder off to the side and began stowing away his weapons, awaiting another attempted blow at him with the devilish metal whip.    Benny had another realization come to mind: perhaps no cover was a good thing.  He was used to diving to cover so far, but he wasn't fighting a shooter.  Plus, even if there was cover, it would likely end up blinding him from that fearful chain.  This was going to be a tough fight, evading that chain completely exposed and close, but unable to attack this guy up close.  Looks like Benny will be practicing his gun-fu.

"So.  We taking turns, huh?  SURPRISE!!!" he angeredly asked, shouting at the end while whipping out the submachine gun from his coat and unleashing a concentrated flurry of fire with an apparent wolf's face of fury at the same time

ooc- perhaps a few drawings would be cool?  I always offer a "visual aid", perhaps just for entertainment purposes :D

OOC:  I have nothing against visual aids.  However, there are a few things that don't quite make sense in your previous post.  I warned ya that I was a stickler so I'll list out the issues so far.  

1.  Dodging attacks and such is one thing, but to claim that my character missed a nearby stationary target is a step too far into controlling Almos without my permission.  
2.  Reaching the conclusion that my shield can only block blessed/holy objects based solely on the fact that I said "Silver" and "God is Dead" is on the Sphere itself is a massive (and convenient) leap in logic that would realistically not occur which indicates metagaming.  
3.  There was an entire tray of equipment thrown at you at high speed and you blocked it by covering up with the arm guards.  That I have no issue with.  However the idea that you were also able to notice a chain slithering across the floor with supernatural speed AND process what was going on in time to completely evade it despite your attention being drawn and your vision obscured is silly.  

I'm going to post a response with these points in mind (specifically the chain preventing the progression of events you've described).  I won't directly mention whether or not the scalpel did hit Kitty (I'll give her one last chance to respond before I do).  If you disagree with the issues I've mentioned and the actions in my following post, John Smith has graciously agreed to act as an impartial observer for the topic to ensure no shenanigans take place.  On to posting!

Almos watched contently as things played out almost entirely as he'd hoped.  Though seeing the love struck hero take a scalpel to the eye would have been an added bonus, the boy's defensive posture limited his field of vision greatly as the cursed chain looped around his neck.  Going taut, it yanked backwards strongly to slam the Hellsing member's head against the ground.  Definitely painful, it would likely be highly disorienting as well.  Perfect.  Keep the prey off balance for as long as possible should be the mentality of any good hunter.  Mentally commanding his cursed links to tighten around the boy's neck to cut off his ability to breath, Lorand then flicked his left hand upwards to shoulder height.  In response, his chain would quickly rise as well until the gunman's feet were no longer able to touch the ground should be be unable to free himself.  If he was lucky, the sharp yanking motion upward would break the Hellsing operative's neck in much the same way that a fall from the gallows would.  Should be not be so fortunate, he would most likely face the unfortunate fate of slowly being strangled to death as the former monk looked onward.  

"So long as you're just hanging there, I want you to think about something." the Hungarian said, bending over to pick up the corpse of the dead nurse while his chain maintained its position.  Wrapping his right arm around the dead woman's torso, Almos held her in against his chest, his right hand holding her bloodied chin.  "Where is the God that you fight in the name of?  Has he ever once truly rewarded your faith?" keeping his eyes locked on Benny, Almos bit into the nurse's neck and fed upon her blood while it was still warm.  Removing his fangs from his meal, he licked his lips clean.  "Think on that as your world turns to red.  Your girlfriend will join you shortly."

The nurss that Benny handed Kitty to quickly put her on one of the beds and cheched her vitles. The girls blood presser was droping and by the look of how pail she was she had lost alot of blood. The nurss called for a docter found Kittys file and started in iv giving her the corect blood type. The docter came overe cut the bandege from Kitty and quickly started treateng the wond in her side as he was doing his he herd Bennys voice and looked up in gust eniff tine to see there was an intruder and he was geting redy to throw a scalple at his pashent. He had the presince  of mind to put an empty medical teray infrunt of the girls head and neck pritecting the vitle poinst of her body. the scalple slamed into the tray andd stuck into it. He called one of the fritend nerses dehind him to call scurity. See as Benny had the vampire preocupyed he continued his work on his pashent she would die without tretment.

Soon he had finished Kittys blood pressur was rising and she was beging to come to. Then the docter walked toured the vampier with a scalple in hand this was about when the vampire had Benny tyed up. He was trying to sneckup on him. 

Soon Kitty registerd Almos' voice She dident reconize it ice adrenalin entered her blood streem and she quickly wock. It was one of her defence mecinisems that had divelped after spending three years on the streets and the traing she had resived pryer to that. Kitty quickly sat up and saw what was going on. She amed an arrow at Almos head and fired. them she fired another arrow at the chine holding Benny. Kitty leeped off the bed taring i iv out of her arme. She felt incredible pane as she did this but that would not stop her. This was a case of mind over mater. " Are you realy so weack that you would atack ingered pople" Kitty yealed at Almos. The fired another arrow at him and moved agaen. "We need help in here" she yealed as loued as she could hoping somone was nearby and could help.

Alright, I agree.  You win the argument.  I went too far and I'm sorry. 3(  What ever happened in my last post will indeed get junked.
Let's see how this goes, probably not good.
 
IC-  Benny had blocked the knives and instruments successfully, slapping the tray itself out of his way with an armguard.  But that obstruction being removed revealed this man had his chain out, and it was too late.
 
To his shock, he found the chain wrapped around his neck and his head seemed to be forced down, then wracked with pain and disorientation soon after.  He had difficulty making out where he was exactly in the room and figured out he wasn't even standing, but floating by his jaw above the ground.  Tensing his muscles in his neck to try to slow the choking, an idea came on with his weird mind to pull himself up by the chain above him to loosen it up and hopefully pull it out from under his jaw and drop free.  As he gave it a spin, his strength lost the fight against this iron boa constrictor on his way up that did seem to make a difference before it jerked and the chain came up back to his throat.  It seemed to graduate the force on his neck and it wasn't all applied at once.  Feeling as how that chain had a grip on his head and he felt the bones themselves get tugged a little, like trying to pop a finger by pulling it, he would've been a goner had his mind not come up with that plan and had there been any more force applied or all of it at once in an instant of a millisecond!
 
He mouthed a prayer without breathing:  Dear Fatherly Lord, protect us, please!  Shield me & Kitty.  And if we don't make it, please bless us into your kingdom of heaven. quickly, he lip-synced while ignoring the man's words, not knowing how much longer he had left to live.
 
With those abrasive words, No.  No!  NAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!! his voice creaked, and let out an extended scream combined with anger, frustration, & fear as he gave a last-ditch attempt to save himself and Kitty by raising his Colt .45 to shoot and hopefully break the chain.  At the same time, his free hand snatched across his waist to grab the MP5 and he unleashed forth a flurry of bullets, not that it would work, but hopefully startle the man as he would hopefully fall to the ground.
 
He did indeed drop as it wasn't just bullets, but an arrow weakened the chain as well.  He landed in a crouch, gasping for breath and massaging his neck, as an arrow landed on his hat by the side of its shaft that he so recognized the minute it entered his periphery.  He looked over with that and a response to familiar yells beside him.  He would like to greet her "back from the dead", but she insulted the vampire, as if he hadn't proved difficult enough to deal with.
 
Kitty, don't piss him off!  Be careful! he shouted to her, almost pleading as this guy could get worse with a little fire in his heart; an angry buff guy was something you don't mess with.
 
Ooc- Ok, lets try this instead.  Now that I've fixed my issues up a bit, we just need Kitty to edit hers up a bit and we'll be back in business!

OOC - I'll edit this later into a post but first things first I'm gonna send you some PMs Benny.  We gotta have a little talk.  O.k. the time for editing is up guys.  I'm moving this forward but first let's point out the logical holes in the preceding posts and then I'll post accordingly.    

Kitty: 
1. Up until now there's been no mention whatsoever of any medical staff in the room outside of the nurse that's already been killed.  You didn't mention anybody, I didn't mention anybody.  To claim that there was a doctor standing over Kitty as well as another nurse by the security station retcons the entire fight.  Kitty has complete control over her own character's actions but that doesn't mean she can rewrite the entire story of the fight after the fact.  
2.  Even if the scalpel hits her neck, Kitty is a tough cookie and I could believe her having the presence of mind to sit up and fire an arrow or two to save a friend before blood loss get's bad and she bites the bullet but her leaping and running after all the injuries she received in the Lobby is a bit ridiculous.  

In short I call shenanigans.

At the end of Enkidu, the boy continued to struggle against the inevitable.  Almos could only imagine the panic, desperation and finally burning sensation he must be going through as his lungs were denied oxygen.  His pleadings with the so-called "Almighty" were music to the vampire's ears.  With the scalpel embedded in her carotid artery, the girl lying on the table would be dead in a few moments from blood loss.  Hell, maybe she'd even be waiting for this guy on the other side.  Some people may consider it a blessing to be reunited in such a way.  Some people were idiots.  A slightly pained rustling sound could be heard behind the Hungarian vampire and as his cursed chain choked the life out of the boy, Almos turned to investigate the noise.  Much to his surprise, an arrow was making a beeline for his head.  Though slightly off guard, the arrow's speed was nothing before his vampiric speed and reflexes.  Leaning slightly to the side, the arrow passed by harmlessly.  "You can't be serious." he said, in reference to the newly risen attacker.  He gave her credit for being able to draw her bow after being struck by his stolen scalpel but when her weapon of choice was so lacking it was a wasted opportunity.  

The only response he received was another arrow, this one fired at his chain in an apparent attempt to free the gunman, a futile exercise and another wasted effort from a dying woman.  However, she diversion had presented the boy with a worthwhile chance. Having taken his eyes off Benny, Lorand had never expected him to resort to gunfire at such short range.  The Colt's bullets crashed against Enkidu and the combined surprise on Almos' part released the stranglehold on Benny's neck.  However, the wild spray of bullets was far from effective.  Holding the body of the deceased nurse up in front of him, Almos had a perfect meat shield from the bulk of the shots coming his way.  The few shots that went wide of his shield were merely grazes to his extremities.  Made by unblessed bullets, they didn't even sting the century old vampire.  As if to add insult where injury had failed, yet another arrow was loosed, striking Lorand in the shoulder.  Annoyed as he may be, he didn't even bother removing it just yet.  There would be time for that later.  Though he was protected from the salvo, he couldn't speak for the mortally injured girl standing behind him that may fall prey to Benny's desperation spray.  

"Wasting your breath on a walking corpse, big mistake." Almos said to the winded Hellsing operative.  With a snarl, he threw the bullet ridden corpse at Benny with his full strength and raced after it at full speed.  Even if the battered boy could manage to dodge the human missile at this range, there was enough distance between the flying corpse and the vampire for him to correct his path to account for evasive actions.  With strength and speed well above human limitations, the fallen monk would attempt to thrust his hand right hand straight through the gunman's chest, destroying the heart and spelling instant death.  The ideal was to utilize the dead nurse to hide his already difficult to follow movements and simply punch right through both of them.  However, if the body was avoided it would be but a small disappointment that Almos was more than capable of overcoming.

IC: Kitty saw that her arrow had done no good in tryinh to help benny down they needed help. Kitty pulled her cell phone out of her pocet and caled Pip. If he answeres she would simpy say "We need help in the infurmary.". The she notesed the intruder going after Benny She fired yet another arrow arrow at the vampire. "Leave him alone Please ill do eneything" She cryed she dident wont to see Benny die. she couldent satand to sit by powerles to protect someone she cared about. Soon her vision beagan to bler she was losing to much blood.

OOC:  Within my previous post I described the distance between Almos and the nurse allowing for the possibility of the vampire altering his course to track evasive maneuvers.  With this in mind, no actions have been taken to effectively block or counter the full attack I mentioned last post so I'll be claiming a kill.  Considering the wound on Kitty, I'd estimate she's got another post before she fatally bleeds out.  In the event of contention, I would ask that the forum staff review the exchange to decide whether my actions are valid.

Dashing towards the boy, Almos' eyes narrowed at his rolling dodge.  The Hellsing operative really did have potential.  Pity that he'd never live long enough to reach it.  Pushing off his left leg, Almos adjusted his path to account for Benny's maneuver, darting towards him as a blur of motion while an arrow flew by the space he had just been occupying.  The nurse had failed to properly conceal the vampire's advance but it did have the advantage of pushing the gunman off balance.  In a desperate attempt to stave off the reaper, the gunman fired his weapon once more from an unstable position.  Between the rushed interaction and Almos' own inhuman speed, the vampire had nothing to fear.  Twisting his body to the side midway through his charge, the first shot missed entirely and the second clipped his right shoulder.  Though the final two rounds caught Lorand in the stomach, the unblessed bullets did next to nothing to stave off the bloodthirsty monster.  Driving forth his right arm, Almos' hand tore through the boy's chest before erupting out his back, the gunman's bruised and mangled heart in the palm of the Hungarian's hand.  "How about a bit of poetry?"

Frustrated with the stubborn will of his prey and unwilling to allow another violent act of heroism, Almos violently ripped his hand free of Benny's chest and crushed the remains of the boy's heart between his fingers.  "With your blood and rage of crimson red, ripped from your corpse so freshly dead, together with my hellish fate, I'll kill you all.  That is your fate!"  Taking a bite out of the mangled remains of the heart in his hand, Almos tossed it aside nearby the fallen Hellsing operative and turned his attention to the archer bleeding to death across the room.  "You'll do anything?  Despair and curse your impotent God then.  His love for you was nothing before my anger."  Bringing his cursed chain to bare once again, the evil links flew towards Kitty like a javelin to wrap around her wooden bow and snap the fragile weapon in half as he casually walked towards her.  The girl was dead on her feet with that wound considering the lack of medical attention and her efforts to shoot and speak over and over again.  As she slipped into eternity, Almos would sate his hunger on yet another agent of Hellsing.

Kitty screamed when she saw the vampire kill Benny. "You a  monster" she yealed. Then the vampires chains brock her bow in half. Kitty let go of her bow and picked up two arrows to defend herself. She was determaned to defet him. The he said sumthing about God. Wich she dident know much of eneything about. "I dont know eneything about God who is he" she asked in respons as the vampire closed in on her. When her was close enuff she would try to put one arrow throw his hart and  the other throw his head hopfaly when he least exspected it.

OOC: if your caricter is planig  to bite Kitty. Sence she is a vergen wouldent that turn her into a vampire?

As Benny tried to get away, he saw the monster barrel toward him at what seemed like mach 1.  He tried to save himself by drawing his arms up to block an attack he had in mind, but it was too late.  Benny felt something plunge through his chest, realizing after a few seconds it was the satanist's arm and he fell to the ground the second it left him with his heart.  He saw it before him, crushed sickeningly.  The last thing he tried to do while grounded was tilt the gun and use one last round, he might not even be strong enough to pull the trigger deep enough but if Benny & Kitty couldn't live, they shouldn't have to die for nothing.  Unable to breath, he mouthed I'm sorry. at everyone in the big picture.  Kitty, the people in the Hellsing organization, God, everyone.  He had failed and here he lay & met his demise.  He was heartbroken, not just physically, but emotionally.  He failed everyone and was never offered the chance to display his true potential.  After those last, feeble, silent words, his head tilted and rested on the ground in peace with a tear dropping from his eye.  The monster won...

Advancing on the badly bleeding woman, Almos gave her a bit of credit for her tenacity.  A grievous wound and her primary weapon lost but she still wanted to struggle.  Scoffing at the sight, Almos raised his left hand to put an end to it but abruptly paused upon hearing her question.  She knew nothing of God?  An agent of Hellsing, a hunter of vampires didn't know the first thing of God?  Lorand blinked, not quite sure what to say.  He had only gotten about halfway to Kitty before stopping, still well out of reach of her arrows.  It was ridiculous, he couldn't help but chuckle at the situation.  "She must be delirious from blood loss at this point" the old vampire reasoned, raising his left hand to chest level.  "That is the million dollar question isn't it?" Almos exclaimed, his chain flying forth from his sleeve once again, this time attempting to bind Kitty's hands together, breaking the arrow shafts before violently pulling her towards Almos.  As a safety precaution, he would maintain a grip on her wrists with his left hand along with the restriction of the chains if successful.  Even if she was nearly dead you could never be too careful.  From there it would be a simple matter to bite down on the uninjured side of her throat.  Not the least bit fond of grown women, the Hungarian would rip and tear at the exposed flesh with his vampiric fangs to ensure a bloody death for this ignorant servant of the Hellsing family.  His anger would not tolerate the concept of creating another vampire like himself.

OOC:  It's been 48 hours and there's been no response from the other players in the topic so I'm going to go ahead and skip.

The Hungarian vampire's fans sunk into the archer's throat, her crimson lifeblood gushing forth from the ragged wound.  Drinking deeply for a moment, Almos ripped his teeth free of Kitty's neck, ravaging her throat further and spraying the tiled floor of the infirmary with even more of the precious currency of life.  Refreshed from the consumption of two more lives, Lorand allowed himself to become momentarily lost within his century old anger.  Bracing his right foot against the woman's waist and grabbing hold of both her shoulders, the vampire gave a mighty heave.  For a brief moment in time nothing happened but with an audible pop, tissue and bone finally gave way to the supernatural strength of the pagan monk and the archer's still form was torn asunder into several large soggy lumps of meat and broken bone.  Panting in exhilaration, Almos dropped the mutilated remains to the floor and centered himself with a deep breath.  The rush of power was thrilling, intoxicating.  But now was no time to sit and celebrate his victory.  The girl had called for help and he was still in the enemy stronghold.  No doubt once they found these bodies the full power of the Hellsings would be unleashed upon him wherever he ran.  He would need to remove their best leads to his identity.  

Specifically, he needed the location of their security room where the security camera footage was stored.  The hallways were no longer an option but they were certainly not the only option.  Strolling to the corner of the room, Almos gently opened the vent cover leading to the air ducts which ran throughout the manor.  He climbed inside and using his cursed chain returned the cover to its proper place.  He would still need to be careful to avoid unnecessary noise, but this meager sacrifice of his pride would hopefully ensure his presence remain hidden as he began his search for the security room in question.

Making his way down the hall taking time to check his corners at each new turn, Pip arrived at the infirmary at the same time as the squads he'd radioed earlier.  Nodding to the squad leader opposite him, Pip took cover on one side of the infirmary doorway before breaching the room, violently kicking open the door.  Dropping to one knee the Frenchman swept the room for signs of hostiles.  The bastard was gone.  All that remained were the ravaged bodies of his victims.  Pip cursed, knocking over a tray of instruments in his anger.  "I want this mansion on lock down immediately.  Nobody goes in or out for twenty-four hours.  Tell the boys to reequip with blessed ammunition ASAP and double up all patrols to four men each." Reaching into his pocket he brought a cigarette to his lips and lit it, hoping the nicotine would calm him down.  "Let's get a cleanup crew in here too.  These two deserve better than this.  And get the new guy a proper weapon while you're at it.  He's gonna need it."  Pip said, in a much calmer tone, gesturing from the squad leader to Karak.

Karak entered the infirmary with a sour look on his face, the sight was interesting to say the least. Bloody clumps of flesh with blood caking the floor next to at least semi-recognizable corpses. He looked out across the floor and only noticed a blood trail when the tray of instruments hit the floor. He followed it up to the vent with his eyes, it seemed as though this intruder was in such a rush that it hadn't deigned to at least try to clean up. He turned to Pip without breaking stride, took the handgun that was offered him from the squad leader and motioned with the gun toward the vent. "It's left a trail for us...does the system run through the entire mansion?" Karak asked with an indifferent tone.

Watching Karak's path, the revelation hit Pip barely a moment before the new recruit verbally pointed it out.  Calling upon the mansion plans that he'd studied upon taking up this job in the first place, Bernadotte shook his head.  "Not quite.  Each floor has an independent vent system.  With the increased security teams and no report from the operations room we can rule out him moving between floors.  That means that he must still be on this floor if he's still within the mansion." signalling to the squad leader in the room with them, Pip made a few choice gestures indicating that he wanted the second and fourth squad to continue sweeping the south end of the floor.  "Karak, I want you to hook up with Lt. Detaunt here and sweep the southern end of the floor.  I'll take the other team and move through the north.  Keep it tight and for god's sake radio in anything happens." the Frenchman said before moving towards his men and urging them down the hall.  Another radio call from the mercenary redirected certain guards on the floors above and below to the available stairwells to ensure that their prey wouldn't be moving freely between floors.  Now it was just a matter of finding out whether or not they'd managed to figure out this things tricks before it escaped the grounds.

Karak watched the reaction and gestures with an air of impatience, if it was on this floor then they had to get moving. The gestures were somewhat familiar, however he only got the gist of about half of it. He was nodding by the time Pip start verbally handing out orders, Karak sized up the other man and nodded his approval and in greeting to the lieutenant. Checking the safety and making sure the gun was loaded, Karak quickly moved out after Pip and waited for the other soldier to lead the way. Moving down the halls systematically until they found something

Well, some jobs are things you just don´t wanna do... but someone has to do them. In this case, someone had to get rid of the corpses, the various pieces of them and the stuff they left behind- a fricking mess to say the least- and since Benny-boy was the new guy, he was handed a mop and a bucket and a couple of body bags and told "Yeah go do that stuff."

The stench that filled the room was unpleasent to say the least, but it wasn´t quite as bad as he expected it to be- it wasn´t two weeks since they died so they didn`t rot that badly. In fact, it had been merely a couple of hours... Sir Hellsing wasn´t even back from her one day trip to France yet, but Ben knew he didn´t want to be the bearer of the bad news for her. He`d seen what she was like when things didn´t go according to plan.
And so her he was, alone in a room with two barely recognizeable corpses and body pieces spread in several directions, a pool of dried up blood and body juices and... yuck. Just ewww.
Sighing, he got to work, picking up Benny´s severed heart and tossing it into the bucket before putting him in a body bag- that was the easy part. He´s been ugly before, now he was ugly no longer.

Kitty, on the other hand... well, okay, she might`ve been pretty at some point, but covered in blood, with a chunk bitten out of her throat and a face that was disfigurated in pain- and her legs having slid off the medical bed along with her lower body, while the upper body was still resting on it... and about half her guts sprayed out inbetween...
Yuuuuuck.
Closing his eyes he tossed said guts into the bucket, cringing at the squishy sounds they made, then he opened two more body bags- one for the upper half, one for the lower half- it was easier this way. Before closing the top one though, he pulled out the scalpel as since it would make even the doctors at the morge cringe. It was strange- she was a virgin, apperantly, as since she hadn´t been turned into a ghoul, but the amount of damage done to her body prevented her from turning into a vampire...
Silently, he thanked Seras one more time for her timely arrival, or that might have been him in a body bag just like this one.
That was the easy part.
Now came the hard one... mopping up the mess.
Safe to say, he was at it for two hours straight before finally disposing of the corpses and their various parts, hoping he wouldn´t have to do this again for a while... but nope, apperantly Alisa and Sofia had been torturing someone and it was safe to assume he was dead at this point as well...
