Physical appearance: Rodrik is an extremely pale person, his face is a sheet of white and his eyes are red and bloodshot.
He's small but heavily built, he has crucifixes tattooed on both of his upper arms. But added to this he has carved a scar on his face as penance for each person he has had to kill.

Clothing of choice: Rodrik normally dresses in the robes of the catholic church. Normally though he has rolled up sleeves to allow him to move quickly. His robes are baggy to hide weaponry. He always wears black leather boots

Weaponry of choice: Two Blessed steel gauntlets with a silver alloy on top, it has crosses on his knuckles and they extend to his elbows. While using his gauntlets his familiarity with the weapon gives him an advantage over most opponents.For long range combat he carries an assortment of pistols including a Beretta a Luger, and ballistic knives. Hidden on his person there are all sorts of blades weaponry. Such as silver needles and even a dirk. The most knives he'll ever have on his person is 12, one for each disciple. Two Pistols, one for Heaven one for Hell.

Race: Special Human

Abilities: Observation-he can see how force is transferred and can observe an opponents fighting style. This allows him to predict how an opponent will strike after a few blows have been stuck then put into place counter measures. His mind eventually Predicts where the next strike will be. This gives him almost per-cognitive reflexes. His mind can plan almost a minute ahead into the battle letting him think of every angle and most possibility. Almost like planning moves ahead in chess.
He has brilliant boxing skills and superior strength to a normal person. He's rather quick due to his small frame, he's not endurable and can't take a strong hit without at least mild damage. But landing a hit in the first place is the challenge. So he can predict enemy movements, but If he takes a strong blow he could potentially be out of the fight.He's a better than average shot with his pistols due to his ability to predict the movement of his enemies.

Organization: Iscariot

Personality: Rodrik is discernible, his only goal in life is to die in service to the church. His devout reading of The Holy Bible has left him with barely any social skills. Religion is the only thing he has. To remind him of the horror and abomination of violence each time he has to kill somebody he create a scar on his face, this is a tally of those he has killed in Gods name.

He has a socio-path's view of the world, killing is normal for him. There is nothing that truly fazes him except man killing man. It's anathema to him, purely because, in his opinion, man should devote his time to killing abominations such as vampires and heathens. Not each other.
His cold personality doesn't allow for mistakes added to this he's more than willing to sacrifice pawns to help his plans to succeed. He often feels a sacrifice adds realism to a trap to entice opponents. People who fail aren't killed but are given the opportunity to die in exchange for penance.

Biography: Left on the doorstep of Anderson's orphanage Rodrik wasn't an unusual case. He was taken in and raised like any other child would have been. He was raised as a Christian and got given his first bible at the age of 4 years old. He studied it for hours every day, and by the age of ten he knew most of the scriptures by heart. There was nothing he wouldn't do for the church, he preached and prayed and raised money.
Eventually his usefulness was recognised, Anderson realised that if his devotion wasn't used as a weapon it would be an extreme waste. He entered the ranks of Iscariot at the age of 16.

When in Ireland an event happened that changed him forever, him and a raw recruit were fired upon, the man he was with didn't die for hours. The screams haunted him for days.
He was taught one lesson from that though “there are only believers, and those that must die” over the next few years he nursed his hatred. Until a protestant group tried to assassinate the pope. This was an opportunity for him to convince people his views were the right ones.


RP sample: Getting slowly out of his car, Rodrik turned his head and observed the scene. He'd just received the message while on the London Underground. A disused church was confirmed to be a Hellsing Organisation safe house.
Hacking into Hellsing computers had revealed who was their. It contained the top five wanted heretics. All with connections in Protestant militant groups in Vatican City. One of the men had even tried to kill the pope.

Disuse had allowed the place to become over run with weeds, no-one had bothered with it in years. The walls were cracked and blackened by factories nearby, it was five miles out of London. It was practically impossible for it to be noticed. The only unusual thing was the clean doors, Rodrik smiled to himself. It was around 5 o'clock according to his clock.

Kicking the door open Rodrik stepped through into a small foyer, two Hellsing men sat at a table playing cards and smoking. The fumes seemed to be filling the room.
“You the guy that's relieving us?” he didn't look up from their game

“You could say that” letting the comment hang in the air for a second Rodrik drew a pistol.
“But I'd say I'm here to send you to hell”
The man on the left snapped his head around, his eyes grew wide as he realised what he was seeing.
“WHAT THE F-” he was cut off by the bang of Rodrik's pistol.
Two shots to the chest, one to the stomach, and another to his shoulder. The body went limp and slumped in the seat, the eyes gaze up at the ceiling. They were empty.

The other man dived away from the sots and proceeded to draw his pistol. It was a beretta, a reliable pistol used by American marines.
But it's the user that counts.
His eyes scanned his stance, the spread Rodrik's opponent was going to fire wasn't extremely accurate. His hands were shaking slightly too much upwards. The blood had drained from his face, he knew he was going to die.
But I may die as well if I'm not super fast, I can't risk it
“Calm down buddy, you'll be fine” Rodrik beamed “I'll put my pistol away and I'll then only draw a knife.”
“I can't trust you!”
“If I only have a knife what can I do? You'll be able to subdue me, this was an impossible mission anyway” Rodrik noticed the uncertainty in the man's eyes.
Dropping his pistol Rodrik reached into his robes keeping his other hand visible. Then he slowly drew out his Russian Ballistic knife. Keeping the trigger hidden he put his hands up.

He lowered the gun and moved slowly towards his 'prisoner' when he came within ten feet Rodrik smiled “Checkmate” pressing the trigger, the blade went into his throat. Blood welled up around the wound as he dropped to the floor. He tried pointing the gun at Rodrik but his arms were too weak. He went limp. Recovering the knife Rodrik grimaced.

He still had to find his main targets.

Overall I'm really starting to like this OC. He's well thought out and I've got a soft spot for Iscariots (surprise surprise~). That being said, I would like a little more detail on a few things. First, you say these gauntlets are solid silver. That's not necessarily unacceptable but silver is a pretty soft metal on it's own. I'd suggest using some kind of alloy or silver plating over a stronger metal so they'll be a bit more effective. In addition to that, it'd be nice to know just how many guns and knives Cassel carries around at any given time. Lastly, you mention that he's a special human but the only ability listed is this high level perception used for anticipating an opponent's moves. On it's own that doesn't sound beyond the capabilities of a high level human martial artist. With that in mind I'd like you to expand on the abilities section a bit. If he's a good shot with a pistol then make mention of it, if he's a great boxer with those gauntlets then make mention of it, if he's stronger/faster than a normal person or Lord knows what else then it should be in there. He’s not very tall but makes up for that with his thickset appearance and wide shoulders; he’s albino and getting him the nickname white wolf. Across his face though are various thin scars that he’s put there himself, this gives his face a criss-crossing pattern what makes most people nervous. Across his back are various tattoo’s dedicated to his faith, for the most part it’s dominated by a large cross. Though he does have various holy verses across his back and his body, while on his left shoulder is a roman Aquila. His hair is pure white and is normally kept slicked back so as to keep it out of the way; he has a small well-trimmed goatee and no other facial hair.

Clothing of choice: Rodrik normally wears a grey greatcoat which underneath he has a red leather waistcoat with an image of Jesus on the front of it. Normally he wears black trousers with this and black leather boots with silver embossed soles, engraved into the metal are various crosses while on the very back of the heel is dominated by a larger crucifix. Normally he wears a black belt that carries his weaponry in various holsters, while hanging by a chain in a specially designed holder strapped to his left leg is the bible he was given by Anderson as a boy.

While the other comes from one fact; he’s convinced he’s the Roman Soldier that crucified Jesus. Because of this he has bouts where he appears to take on the personality of this soldier, and other times where he has all these memories and feels guilt over it. But while this happens he normally switches between Latin and English in a crazed manner, but the interesting thing is that while he’s under control of his other personality, he see’s others as people of biblical times. Such as seeing Anderson the man who looked after him from a baby; as Jesus during the insane bouts. But to remind him of the horror and abomination of violence against other Catholics; each time he has to kill somebody he create a scar on his face, this is a tally of those he has killed in God’s name.

He developed a hatred for Vampires fairly quickly, but when he first went toe to toe with one he took a mild hit to the head. Due to him being able to predict attacks and see the flow of force he was able to lessen the damage, but after that his psychosis revealed itself fully. When he was rescued by the other Iscariot agent who he was with, Rodrik was heard to be screaming Latin. After this he has been left with strange memories that aren’t his, Rodrik is trying to realise if the memories are real or not. But all he can do now his duty and hope he never did all those horrible things that he remembers. Though the memories took time to develop, it started when he got an obsession with Roman history. But slowly as he did that he became more and more unstable, his mind seemed to be creating a whole other identity that began taking over his mind. Using the knowledge that he was gaining he seemed to be making memories, locked away in his room the Iscariot was losing his grip on reality. Until he finally created his other personality, it allowed him to sort out his head for the most part. He made sense of the world around him and with regular medication, psychological evaluation, and a meeting with a therapist every three month’s he was allowed to go back into active service.

The room seemed to be full of the smell of blood; Rodrik felt his heart pound away slowly and calmly. It appeared that Lanius his other half wanted to escape, it was always messier when this happened. But he could put up with that as this was a Protestant after all; but he was also Hellsing. That made what was about to happen all the sweeter. His eyes flickered slightly as the other personality took hold, “Omnis enim qui maledixerit patri aut matri morte moriatur: patri matrique maledixit matrem sanguis eius sit super eum” For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him

They would have no protection from the Heavenly Daemon; they were going to be sent to the afterlife to await their punishments. He had another assignment straight after this, there’d be no time to enjoy this.

Couple things to discuss here.

Physical Description: There's no such thing as "part albino". It's a genetic defect that can manifest in two ways. The better known variation is the discoloration of the hair, skin and eyes. The lesser seen version only effects the eyes giving them a pale blue color. Long story short, you wouldn't have jet black hair unless you dyed it.

Weapons: Two massive hand guns, additional magazines, big honking gauntlets, and twelve decent sized knives. I'm not gonna say it's a no go but I will warn you it'll be rather awkward to move about with all that.

Abilities: Looking an entire minute ahead in a fight is way too far. Tone that down and make sure that you explain that while you may be able to get a good idea of what your opponent may do based on fighting style, your body won't necessarily have the reflexes/speed/etc. to do anything about it.

Personality/Biography: Not gonna lie, this Roman soldier thing seems a bit forced to me. So the guy suffers brain trauma to the point where he doesn't understand where he is anymore and Iscariot is still willing to let this guy run around armed to the teeth? They've shown that they're willing to use mentally unstable people like Yumie but at least she's restrained by Heinkel's reasoning. The line between a reckless decision and a foolish one seems to be a bit blurred here.

Anywho, if you can take care of the other issues I mentioned and give me a day or so to chew it over I might wind up taking a liking to the Roman soldier thing. Until then, this sheet needs a bit more polish.

Sorry about that, my drive has been crippled and I am beating out the bio still... :/

I've been told the sheet is now finished.  My only real concern is the "predict the future" ability.  Seeing how force is transferred makes sense and I can understand how that would allow you to easily understand how a particular style operates and even speed up the rate at which you could learn techniques.  However, predicting the next ten seconds in the fight is a massive advantage that is rarely played fairly.  Thus far you've been fair with Rodrik but at the same time the majority of your fights have been against NPCs.  To put the 10 seconds thing in perspective, try to throw as many punches as you can while counting out ten full seconds.  Now multiply that to supernatural vampire levels.  It's a bit nuts right?  That being said, I'm lenient so I'll allow it on the understanding that though you may be able to guess what comes next, you don't know what WILL happen and even when you guess right you won't necessarily be able to do anything about it.
