Name: Major Montana Max aka The Major
Age: Appears early to mid 30's (Actual is 85)
Gender: Male
Physical Appearance:
The Major is a man of short stature at 5'5" compared to the rest of his outfit with the exception of Schrodinger. However, his personality and charisma more than make up for it. He is a stocky man who is chubby especially with most of the weight in his stomach due to his love of rich German/Bavarian food. Schrodinger once told the major he needed to go on a diet to which The Major replied he couldn't do that. The reason behind this is because The Major is a Cyborg. While the machinery is old, and out of date by 1999 when The Major first makes his comeback it is still good enough to run just right thanks to Dok doing the necessary repairs when needed. The Major has a round face accompanied with short blonde hair, sharp German nose, and eyes that are a blend of green and blue, and hold insanity within them. While he does have a prominent chin it is doubled given the fact he is overweight. His cheeks also look more pudgy than they really are due to the fact he is constantly smiling for whatever make him happy be it food or the sounds of war. The Major's fingers are also stubby, but could almost easily be the hands of a maestro given how broad they are. The Major himself resembles Major Arnold Toht from the movie Raiders of the Lost Ark
Clothing of choice:
The Major always wears a white SS coat no matter what time of the year or what the weather may be like outside. Underneath he wears a while dress suit, white dress shirt, black tie, white dress shoes, white socks, and white gloves. The Major's clothes are always crisp, and immaculately always clean pure white. The Major back during WW II used to wear the standard, and highly feared SS grey uniform with the Iron Cross as well as proper insignia as well as hat. His SS badge would be on the right side of the collar towards the front, and his rank of Sturmbannfuhrer in the Waffen-SS on the left side towards the front. The Major also wears a pair of wire rimmed glasses. As to whether or not he actually needs them is another mystery.
Weaponry of choice:
The major only has a single firearm on him. This firearm is a Luger P08 Pistol. It weights 871 grams with a length of 222 mm and a barrel length of 94-200 mm. It has a 7.65 x 21 mm parabellum cartridge. The Action is toggled-lock. The rate of fire is semi-automatic and the feed system is an 8-round detachable box. It is equipped with standard iron sight.
- Spoiler:
His true weaponry comes from Millennium as a whole. His troops are varied and skilled with unique abilities in order to carry out his commands. Millennium tends to still use weapons from World War II, which are still effective but a tad out date. They all wear Uniforms of the Waffen SS and are all dedicated to Millennium’s cause of starting an never ending war.
- Spoiler:
Within Millennium there is a small group of highly powerful individuals known as the Werewolves. This group is somewhat of a special forces for Millennium due to the nature of their abilities and being among the few in millennium who are vastly Superior Freaks (with the exception of Herr Doktor) in comparison to the rest of the battalion. Contrary to the name of faction there is only one Werewolf in this group. These individuals only answer directly to the Major as well as are higher ranking officers of the Battalion each with a portion of Millennium under their command.
- Spoiler:
Not Shown: Dandy Man and Dark Walter
also that picture is adorable, I couldn't pass it up
He also has a giant fortified blimp fortress called the Deus Ex Machina II that serves as the mobile base of operations for the Millennium Battalion. This blimp has missile launching capability. It is accompanied by smaller less fortified blimps. These act as the main transport and a powerful weapon for Millennium.
- Spoiler:
and that was some random person who did that in minecraft, and people say I have no life
Race: Cyborg
Abilities: With the Major being a Cyborg he is ageless. Physically he stronger than a normal human due to the cybernetic enhancements; however it would have been useful if he actually fought.
The Major’s true strength is within his speech craft. He has way of putting words together is something that even Wordsworth would envy. It is as though William Shakespeare descended into madness past the point of no return. He speaks in such an eloquent fashion, and so fluidly that by the time he is done his men have entered a state of nirvana.
As for his ability with a gun…there is a lot to be desired. Due to the fact that he doesn’t fight he lacks combat skills in general but makes up for it with his strategy. His strategizing is in typical Nazi manner favoring blitz krieg type tactics (when he attacked London) but he is also more than capable of stealth tactics and other forms of warfare.
Organization: Millennium
Personality:
The Major is similar to Hitler in the way he exudes confidence, charisma, and a passion for the job that inspires those that follow him blindly as well as willingly. In other words all the qualities of a natural born leader. He, as he always states to his men, loves war. In fact war is almost like his greatest love. Since joining the Waffen-SS the Major has had a steady drive to achieve his goals. He thinks very highly of himself since Hitler gave him a special mission. Even though the Major has his moments of insanity when talking about war, or a mission for one of his subordinates he genuinely loves a good laugh when it is provided. Although his sense of humor might be slightly twisted. A very unique quality to the Major is he never appears to be mad. He seems to have a great amount of patience especially when dealing with Warrant Officer Schrodinger. The Major is a man who takes things in stride, and dutifully accepts the path he was placed on. While the Major is not human anymore he did not give up, and accept becoming a vampire like Alucard as evident when he refused the blood that started to flow towards him.
Rank: Sturmbannfuhrer
Biography:
Montana Max was born in the year 1913 in Berlin, Germany. His mother and father were simple Germans and were loyal to Germany. His father was a Captain in the Imperial Army and died defending Passchendaele in the Third Battle of Ypres. He didn't have enough time to really know his father outside the glorified war stories that his mother would tell him. Through these stories his fascination with the military and war had begun. After the war Germany was hit with an economic disaster. His mother was forced to turn to lest reputable line of work in order to take care of herself and Montana. While his mother was taking care of clients he spent his time reading up on anything and everything.
In 1919 his mother had fallen ill and could no longer take care of him. As a favor from a client a rather high ranking member of the Nazi party took in Montana and raised him. This member had taught Montana how to be the perfect Nazi. Day in and day out he would tell Montana the philosophy of the party. This official had strong beliefs in the supernatural and he began to get Montana involved into the occult. At first it was a mild interest for Montana but the more he learned the more he wanted to be involved. Throughout his time, when not studying the philosophy of the party or the occult, he studied the history of wars This would all come into fruition come the start of WWII.
When Hitler came into power and started his take over of Europe and war had erupted, Montana had already Joined up with the Waffen SS in hopes of seeing the similar battles that his father did in the stories that his mother told him. However he was no soldier but he had ambitions to create battles that would be instilled into the minds of all for eternity. There was no clear way for him to achieve this. But he knew his answer lied in the occult. He had lobbied Hitler to start a program in which Montana promised he could produced and unbeatable and undying army like the world has not seen. This was known as Special Order #666.
Research had began with the Major and a man he met known as Herr Doktor in 1940. Later they had pressed forward with their research and a mysterious mute man that was known to be an ancient werewolf named Hans was recruited for this facility. The Major was pleased to have Hans with his group and would prove to be a powerful ally. It was 1943 when the Fuhrer had began to grow impatient and wanted to see results. Against the better judgement of Herr Doktor who said that they were still in the early stages, Montana (now mostly referred to as The Major) had sent them out to show the Fuhrer progress so he wouldn't shut down the program. This proved to be an enlightening but destructive choice.
The artificial vampire soldiers that Herr Doktor created, nick named FREAKS by the allies, had attracted the attention of a Vampire Hunting Organization known as Hellsing. In 1944 the lab, which was based in Warsaw, Poland, was attacked by a small girl and teenage boy. The Major was impressed by this especially the girl because she exhibited extraordinary abilities like none that he has seen in any supernatural creature he had either captured or created. He immediately was fascinated and knew that his Vampires would need be the same if he were ever to create his glorious battle. However he was no fool and fled for if he stayed it was certain death. He and the Doktor fled as Hans took on the girl and the teenage boy. The girl had chased them but lost them. The Major had rendezvoused with Hans who had captured the Boy, who he later found out was name was Walter and the girl was not a girl but a an ancient Vampire who was known only as Alucard. The Major felt merciful to Walter and let him lived on one condition. If he were to act as a double agent for Millennium. This was accepted as long as Walter could one day exact revenge on Alucard for abandoning him. The three left Walter to finish his Hellsing assigned mission and returned to Berlin.
In 1946 Russia had invade Berlin. The Major was alone and was gunned downed by a squad of Russian troops. In his last moments in the way he was he had the chance to become a Vampire like Dracula from his readings in the Occult research he had done. However he refused and instead accepted his fate. He wanted to defeat these monsters. He knew that this would give him what he was searching for. He was ready to die but the Doktor and Hans had reached him in time. The Doktor, as an attempt to have the Major live, converted him into a cyborg. However it had taken a toll on the Major. Some had said he was twisted, however the surgery had plunged his mind into a spiral of insanity that caused an completely satisfaction to death, destruction, and of course war. He had become obsessed with defeating Alucard to the point he had already started planning a grand scheme to kill him.
They escaped to Argentina and continued the research and building up their force. Over the years they had planned and brought about a force of 1000 thousand vampire invasion force. With this he had planned to invaded London in a 4 phase plan. Phase One was the Valentine attack on the Hellsing, that was meant to throw them into disarray. The second phase was leading them to Brazil, that was done by DandyMan, this was to reveal a part of The Major's Plan and have them ready for phase 3. Phase 3 was strictly a decoy Mission done buy a member of the Werewolf spec ops., This sole purpose was to drive Alucard into the middle of the Ocean so he wouldn't be an annoyance in the final phase. The final phase was an all out invasion of London. This plan had seemingly went off without a hitch if it weren't for Alucard being a Deus ex Machina at just the right moment. Needless to say the battle soon ended. With Millennium supposedly annhilated, but that will soon prove to be a costly oversight on both Hellsing's and Iscariot's behalf.

The Major had been missing for quite some time, and his battalion was falling apart because of it. But that will soon change with his return. He knew moral was down. Millennium was reduced to almost nothing after the failed attack on London. He entered the command room and looked at the officer of the watch.
“Varrant Officer, would you kindly muster the Battalion. I believe ve are long overdue for a little chat.” The Major said as took his seat on the Command Chair. While the warrant officer did as The Major asked, he waited for his comrades, his friends, his brethren, his weapons to muster in the grand hall of the Command room to hear him speak and receive orders from their commander. Sitting looking at his subordinates he couldn't help but smile at the numbers they still had even after their crushing defeat in London.
After the troops were formed up he stood up and took two steps forward and looks at them solemnly for a few moments before speaking.
“Mein Friends, it has come to my attention that ve are in a state of limbo. This is the product of a battle not won. But do not be sad. Do not be disappointed and wallow in defeat. Do not mourn over our comrades who fell in the field of battle. Instead congratulate them on their ferocity and tenacity in battle. Yes it is indeed humiliating being crushed by your enemy in to near annihilation after over half a century of meticulous planning and preparation. But no one could deny that our defeat was not unexpected.
In the end we were still victorious. Our goal was not victory of the battle. What we wanted was a war. A war that would cause fear amongst our enemies, as well as bring about a glorious wave of destruction that would remind them who ve were and who we are. In my eyes, ve had achieved just that.” The Major paused to let this realization sink in to his troops and let them ponder on it. He started to pace to the sides and continued to speak.
“Knowing this, it would be accurate to say that we are not quite done just yet. Our adversaries believe that we are dead finished in that battle and our will to fight on destroyed. This is simply not true. Actually I would even say that it is an insult. I believe that they think they defeated zhe Hydra with its many heads and cauterized the wounds to stop more from coming. However I disagree with that analogy. If ve were to be a mythological creature, there is not a doubt in my mind that ve would be zhe Phoenix. Each and every one of you fights with the fury of a thousand suns like the Phoenix. But more importantly vhen we die, we do not stay dead. Instead we rise from the ashes anew, stronger and ready to fight once more! But, my friends, we cannot be too hasty to rush into battle. For after all we need to approach this matter differently. We need to once again wait in the shadows and observe our enemies. Learn their movements, their names, their family, even their barber’s. Winston Churchill actually said something smart for once, ‘study history, study history, study history.’ Hearing these words at first baffled me. But then it hit me. An epiphany if you may, we didn’t win because they were better or stronger. No they won because history dictated their victory before we even had this battle. Our fate was dictated when the Third Reich Fell. Our fates were sealed the day we were born.” The Major returned to the center of the area he was pacing. He raised his right hand clenched in a fist.
“We are destined to die when our time has come.” The Major opens his hand and flings his arm to side.
“But we will not go down silently! We will cause a grand spectacle that makes our actions immortal! What we have done up to today has been the prologue for what is come. The stage has been set and the actors are ready to shine. So my friends, I ask you this. Are you ready for our inevitable fate? Are you ready to walk side by side with your comrades to death knowing that in death ve will be given the glory of entering Valhalla?” The Major sits down in the chair and crossed his legs right over left. He brought his hands together and rested them in his lap.
“Are you ready for the first act to begin?” He said as he scanned the entire room of people with his eyes,
“Then let us march into the dark of the night, vhere we were born and vhere we will ultimately die in the end." The major paused. He then stood up and opened his arms as he took a few steps forward saying,
"Now I speak to you as your commander, ve will start this act with a message. A message to our enemies, letting them know that we are far from dead. A message that will set the tone of this play. This message will come in the form of the kidnapping of world leaders. Once they are captured, Herr Doktor will make them see the way we see and make them Brother’s in arms. We start with the third world countries; they will prove fruitful to giving us plenty more brothers and sisters. Then we will move onto our old allies. Then move onto Asia, then Europe. So, my friends are you ready to plunge this world into a never ending cycle of chaos? Are you ready to force those who oppose us into the depths of insanity?” At this point the major arms were in front of him at approximately 23 degree angle upward with both hands in a fist almost covering his face. The major paused, relaxed, and observed the answer and reaction of his battalion. As he observed he grinned from ear to ear.
“Very well…let us begin…”
