| Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? If so how far have you gotten? If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least. Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga. The anime is not canon. This is not our opinion. This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano.
Yes I have
Name:
The Major
Age:
Approximately in his late 80's to early 90's (Appears in his 30's)
Gender:
Male
Physical appearance:
Relatively short, standing at around 5'3 and appearing over 200 pounds, the Major does not appear to have prominent muscles, and no scarring. His face is round and chubby, always sporting a psychotic smile. In addition, he also wears round rimmed glasses over his piercing golden eyes. And lastly, adorned on top of his head is platinum blonde hair, a tuft draped over his left eye.
Clothing of choice: The Major always wears an impeccable double breasted white suit with a white over coat he periodically drapes around his shoulders, despite the fact he consumes various saucy foods, his black tie, white dress pants, shoes, and signature white gloves are also mysteriously lacking in wear, or any general dirt.
Weaponry of choice: The Major, a strategical genius and planner, seldom actually goes into battle himself; but should the need to use fire arms arise, Major uses a WWII Luger, favoring the sleek barrel and ebon color. Unfortunately he is a piss poor shot and has never actually hit what he was aiming for.
Race:
Beginner Cyborg
Abilities:
The Major's most useful ability, aside from his planning, is to give rousing speeches to motivate his tropes. In fact it is most likely he got his rank through charisma and tact alone, seeing how he has a fatty physique and such horrible aim. In addition he is apparently also a decent singer. Being a master strategist, Major can bide his time for decades if required to enact his schemes. Being a Cyborg has also brought the Major a few advantages, the most important being his new found immortality, how ever deciding he wanted to be as human as possible he has few other abilities aside from increased durability.
Organization:
Millennium.
Personality:
Having an obsession of war bordering on a fetish, The Major is extremely sadistic, insane, and in a way, charismatic. Not caring for the lives (or unlives as it would be) of his soldiers, The Major would have them all killed just to destroy one powerful opponent, if need be. Fortunately his soldiers do not care for their own lives. No matter what happens to his plans or people he will be positively jolly about it because, in most cases, it is all according to plan. In addition, The Major is also a glutton who tends to eat a lot. Although physically weak, his command over his men is so great they will gladly do any fighting for him. One of his most important traits, however is his pride and sense of individualism. These can be seen as flaws, however. For example, when everyone was wonder who Millennium was, Major revealed himself at the round table conference. Or even earlier in 1944 he would rather die as himself then be reborn as a Nosferatu.
Rank: (What rank do you hold in this organization that you serve? There will be no "GENERALS" in Millennium, or "POPE" in Iscariot neither for that matter, any high ranks like these will automatically get a slap of Disapproval.)
...His rank is Montana Max.
Biography: (Has to be at least 2 paragraphs long. Must outline how you lived and how you came to become what you are today, not everyone was born a vampire or werewolf, so you must say your origins, and neither can you be born into an organization just like that, unless you were raised in Anderson's orphanage, but then that'll be an entirely different story.)
Growing up during the First World War, The Major saw death and destruction often. Curious and strangely aroused by it, due to it being the only thing he knew, his father dying by British soldiers, and his mother who died when he was at a young age forced to live with wealthy relatives, he decided he wanted to see more of it when it finally ended, to his despair, and would eventually make it his life goal to start an ever lasting war. When the Nazi regime overtook Germany, Major was ecstatic to sign up to finally see war. Unfortunately for him, he realized the drawback of coming from wealth: Primarily, the fact that he was able to live quite well during the depression overtaking the country making him quite overweight, an obvious negative for joining an army. The other obstacle he had to overcome was the fact he had less than desirable accuracy and while he could hit targets a mere few feet away any thing much farther were safe from his bullets. Luckily for him, where he lacked in marksmanship he had in strategics, planning, and motivation. Through this combination he eventually climbed up to the rank of Major. Many years during the war, Major helped plan many battles, the most infamous being his planning in the Battle of the Bulge in late 1944-45 but also was the brains behind many other German affairs such as Operation Barbarossa just to name a few. Then, in the early 1940's the Fuhrer himself assigned the Major to order 666 along with a crazed SS Doctor with dermatophagia who was also an accomplished saucet, to the Major's delight, and the enigmatic Captain, to over look the creation of Artificial Vampires, with little more than the funding and the corpse of Mina Harker. Then, in 1944, his base of operations in Poland was under assault by a then fourteen year old Walter. C. Dornez, Alucard in the guise of a small girl, and his sentient coffin. After a climactic battle, the base was destroyed along with all the proto-ghouls. The three, along with a few of the more perfected Artificial Vampires, were alive but split up. Major however, was caught in the middle, when the Russians came to liberate Poland, and was shot numerous times and left for dead. That was when the blood of the battle field approached him, tempting him with the curse of Vampirism. The Major, however staunchly refused the blood, rather dying as himself rather than be a Vampire and thus, losing himself. Luckily for him, The Doctor, and Captain arrived in time and were able to keep him alive just long enough to build him a Cybrog Body, even having his brain replaced with a chip, it was from there, the three and the surviving Artificial Vampires fled to South America where they would be safe to plan their grand war for fifty five years... . RP sample: (This applies to all members and the sample needs to be 3 posts long minimum, and will include the style of your RPing, and a segment of a battle post and social post.) Social Post:
The Major, in his dining hall on the Deus Ex Machina II heartily enjoys his steak, exclaiming, "Herr Doktor, you haf truly outdone yourself this time, especially vith zhis new sauce, vhere ever did you make it?". Smiling a bit, the Doctor replied, "Zhere vhere many peppers in Brazil to make zhe spices. It would be rude not to take such advantage.". Major suddenly stopped chewing when he saw something on his little monitor. It appeared that the Vampire they were watching in North America just got killed, the sound of many people, and gunshots slowly fading as brain activity ceased, "It is such a shame zhat he died vhile running avay rather zhan fighting zhese fools head on." Major replied, a disturbing smile on his face.
Battle Post: Adrenalin flooded the Major's veins, War was all around him and he could not be happier. Taking out his pistol he unloaded three bullets at the Russian soldier, two missing spectacularly but one planting itself nice in the foe's heart. Unfortunately more are coming and he is dangerously low on ammo. Firing what he has left in desperation, he was delighted to find those he had not killed, he crippled, dropping their guns to cover their wounds. Confident, Major walks over to them, taking out a combat knife, and slits their throats in the confusion.

| Couple things.
1) Edit out the bits in parentheses. They're a bit distracting.
2) More detail in physical appearance. How short is he? How heavy is he? Does he have hair? Etc.
3) Missed a few things in the clothing section. Tie is black with a fancy clip. It's a double breasted suit. Forgot the white gloves (because #Hellsing) and finally the white overcoat that he likes to drape over his shoulders.
4) In abilities you should add in the durability and longevity provided by his cyborg body. Dude got blown in half and was still ok until he took a bullet to the head. That's kind of important.
5) More detail in the bio please. Why did he find the war so enticing? That's not an average reaction so something had to happen to push him in that direction. Along with that, I'd like some more detail regarding what he did in the war leading up to Poland.

You forgot his coat, like Anderson listed previously. The way you have it worded makes it seem like his pants and shoes are black, too. - White wrote:

Most people, myself included, believe the Major lacks any sort of accuracy these days because 50 years of not practicing dulled his skills. It wouldn't make sense for a soldier to be enlisted if he couldn't shoot anything. He's not some officer who only plans; he's clearly seen out in the field with a gun. - Long time wrote:

Battle Post: "Herr Major, zhis plan is ridiculous and I for one will not stand for it" A subordinate said, as he slapped the Major out of his chair, causing his glasses to go flying. In retaliation, Major drew his WWII semi automatic pistol and fired off the entire thing...and not hitting the insubordinate once, "Must I keep on reminding you, Herr Major, you never vere a really good shot." The Doctor said, sighing. The Major, chuckling replied, "Ah zhat is indeed true, Herr Doktor! Herr Captain, vill you do zhe honor?" Upon hearing this, the silent Lycan swiftly round house kicked the vampire, cutting it neatly in half by the sheer strength of the blow. "Vondebar! Now zhat zhat's over, perhaps ve should get to zhe matter at hand..." The Major laughed, as the upper half of the Artificial Vampire was engulfed in blue fire... The battle post is taken right from the manga. Use something from WWII as a sample. |

| Major is definitely a beginner level. It's not based on how long they've been made, it's their abilities. Major has no special enhancements besides longevity and durability.
Fighting is piss poor, but it's acceptable. |
