| Note: Done! If there's any error, It was probably either A: I accidentally missed it, or B: A Typo. ...Or maybe C: I'm bad at OC sheets. Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing? If so how far have you gotten? If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least. Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga. The anime is not canon. This is not our opinion. This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano. OVA Ep 1-5. Name: Panzerkampfwagen VK 45.01 VI Tiger Ausf.H, Although nobody ever calls him by his official designation, so he often a shortened form of his original name. Anything but Squicky. Age: Appears 18, Actual age is 73. Gender: More manly than The Batman boxing ANOTHER Batman while both are blindfolded and using steel spiked knuckles. And this is true because, Neither of said Batmen could carry a howitzer. Ha-ha! Physical appearance: VK 45.01 stands 5’ 6”, his weight varies, but unloaded he weighs 255 pounds, due to his mechanical arm and other replaced pieces of his body being made of steel. He appears quite thin to the untrained observer, however due to constant training, he has an extreme level of fitness. His right arm, along with parts of his right shoulder and chest, have been replaced with synthetic parts to handle the massive recoil of his artillery peices, as well as his right eye has been replaced with an artificial one, (Which means that part of his brain was replaced as well) the color being red to match his left. He’s incredibly pale, with a short, stubby nose, and a boyish face. However, he can look somewhat intimidating due to his red eyes and white hair, the right eye, as it’s artificial, glows slightly in darkness. He has “45.01-H” tattooed in red ink horizontally upon his left arm, four inches below the shoulder. He prefers to keep his hair tied up in a short, messy ponytail, with his bangs hanging down in some places where he missed putting them into the ponytail. He is usually quite lax about his hairstyle, though he takes great pride in looking official while in uniform. Clothing of choice: (Dat Official Panzer Troop Uniform.) A black wool hip-length double-breasted jacket with long sleeves, and trousers, with Iron-Crosses on the collar patches of the jacket instead of Litzen. The black color makes oil stains less visible and the short jacket is less likely to get caught upon something. The trousers are M22 black pants, with tapered cuffs with drawstrings and tapes in order to fit into lace-up ankle boots. VK ordinarily wears his jacket open-collar with a black shirt underneath. On the collar, instead of a tie, he wears an Iron Cross. He also wears steel armor upon his legs, which is similar to the plating on the front of a Tiger, so in a cross-section, the armor looks like a rectangle around his leg, though its main purpose is to protect his legs from the immense backblast from his weapons, as well as giving him extra traction and stability. There are hydraulic actuators along the insides to allow him to move the immense weight, and the entire system takes the weight off of his legs and spine. Also, due to the loud sound output of firing an artillery piece, Tiger frequently wears headphones, black in color with a silver color upon the sides, and he can also use these to listen to music, or relay orders. A black microphone extends from the right side. The headphones fit into slots machined into his helmet so he can wear both at the same time. The helmet is made of steel, and shaped similar to the turret of a Covenanter tank, with 60mm of armor on the front, and 40 on the sides, top, and rear. Finally, a small radio antenna, which collapses inward when not in use, extends from the left side of his pack. As part of the support structure, and to protect his chest from the shockwave, there is a 100mm armor plate, extending from his collar, down six inches, where it then meets articulated plate of the same thickness to prevent the blackblast of his weapons from affecting his ribs, heart, or lungs. His backpack is made of steel, to go along with his armor, and to protect his ammunition. It attaches to his armor via several clamps, and has an airtight top that hinges upward for access to ammunition. On the outside of each leg, near the hip, is an ammunition bin, capable of carrying either a magazine each for the 5cm or ten propellant charges each for the 7.62cm. Weaponry of choice: 4501 switches his weapons out, depending on his mood or on the mission, though he must return to the Deus Ex Machina II to do so, unless other loadouts are transported to him. They are as follows: Main Caliber Loadouts: Asuf-H, Mod 1942: 5 cm KwK 39 L/60, having been modified with a shortened barrel, and a mantle similar to a Tiger tank, though that was trimmed; now forming more of a guard. It is held with the mantle perpendicular to the ground, with a trigger and hand grip on the top of the breach. The weapon is loaded with single shots, the breach automatically ejecting spells when spent, and automatically closing when a shell is inserted. When not in use, the weapon is flipped up, and stored on the right side of his backpack similar to a large sword, with the barrel pointing towards the ground. He carries 40 shells of PzGr Armor-Piercing Composite-Ridged ammunition in his pack and the ammunition bins on his legs, contained in five-round magazines, as the weapon is semiautomatic, of which Asuf. H carries six (magazines.) One is kept in the gun, one in each ammunition bin on his leg, and two in his pack. Artillery Loadouts: 7.62 cm Infanteriegeschütz L/16.5: Firing a 6 kilogram (13 lb.) shell, this is his lightest howitzer, though due to the immense amount of propellant he must carry, his weight works out to 6,500 pounds including the armor, ammunition, weapon, and his actual weight. The weapon’s barrel is four feet long, set up on the same system as his . Due to the light weight and small size of the ammunition, he’s able to carry 10 shells of 7.62cm High-Explosive ammunition, which has a muzzle velocity of 295m/s, and a maximum range of 4 Kilometers. (Historically, the weapon used 7-8 charges of propellant, loaded seperately from the shell, which causes a LONG reload. This problem is slightly helped because Millennium has access to a more potent propellant, requiring him to use only two charges. The charges and shells are split between his pack and ammunition bins, for a total of 20 propellant charges and 10 shells.) (The 10 shells are in the pack, along with six propellant charges inside the pack. The remaining fourteen propellant charges are split between his two ammunition bins on his legs, each bin holding seven.) 10.5 cm Feldhaubitze 98/09: Available after upgrade to "Armored." His largest howitzer, it is more effective against targets than the 7.62 cm, but more cumbersome, though it is mounted on the same recoil track system. Firing a 15.8 kilogram (35 lb.) High-Explosive shell to a maximum range of 16.3 Kilometers, requiring the use of special overcharged shells, it has the longest range of any of his weapons. When combined with the rest of his armor, and counting in the 20 shells of ammunition he’s able to carry, this Loadout weighs around 14,500 pounds. Recoil system on both howitzers: Currently, the howitzers work by retaining the rail, which has a steel pistol-grip mounted into the front for his right hand, as well as the trigger to the device. The entire rail mounts upon his right arm, with the reloading process as described in the original design is as follows: 1: Pivot arm downward, unlock compensator, slide breach and barrel forward to “Load” mark. 2: Load shell, slide barrel to “Fire” position. (For the 7.62cn, the weapon must be taken off to load. (Yes, I know this weapon is nearly as tall as he is.) (When the weapon is shoulder after this point, the end of the breach is at his shoulder.) After Firing, the weapon will recoil back along the rail, which extends two and a half feet behind his shoulder, the distance absorbing the brunt of the recoil due to the hydrospring, with the rest being converted into movement, as his body will pivot about 20 degrees to the right when he fires the weapon, as it recoils. When it reaches the end of the track, the shell ejects. Race: Cyborg - Advanced Traits: Enhanced longevity (Ages FAR slower than humans), sublime strength, agility, stamina, and reflexes, (Though his agility and reflexes are dampened when in his artillery loadouts due to the weight.) sublime resistance to blunt weapons, meager resistance to guns and blades. Out of armor: Sublime Strength, agility, stamina, and reflexes. In armor: Massive strength and stamina, (As a hydraulic system does not tire. His maximum lifting capacity is currently seven tons, or 14k pounds) human-level agility and reflexes. (While he can see and process things at normal speed, he can only reach a light jog, and his reaction is hindered by his armor. Transverse is unaffected, unless he has to move his footing. (This is called "Gun Transverse", and is still very fast, physically turning his body is a walking-speed turn.) Note: His armor's strength can't be Fus-Ro-Dah'd into a punch. It has to be applied over time. (Ex-Tearing open the hanger door on the Bismarck) It takes from three-ten seconds. This strength is for utility purposes only, and is ineffective in combat anyway. Abilities: VK has an incredible mastery over firearms, due to his artificial aiming reticule giving him the ability to hit targets at a long distance. However, the reticule only applies to weapons in his Database, which applies to WWII-era weapons only. Otherwise, he is a rather good shot with rifles, less so with pistols and machine guns. As for hand-to-hand, he is moderately skilled, though he prefers not to get close due to the immense effort required to redirect several hundred pounds of steel, making him rely on single, hard-hitting attacks. So… Snipers. What? There’s a mountain in their way, they climb it and shoot at a target? Bitch please! Shoot over the mountain! Rain death upon your enemies! Destroy ALL the ammo depots! Critical hit ALL the enemy armor! Try to do that, Random sniper on the forum! Asuf. H also learned to cook during his time at Millennium before the accident, as he was one of the few who needed to eat regular food. His specialties include… Anything he reads the recipe for. He's also a great mechanic, due to having to learn to keep his armor and support structures up and running, and he has an extensive knowledge of WWII-chic millitary equipment due to his father. Organization: Millennium Personality: I'm going to be blunt here. Bathe in the blood of your enemies! Storm the castle, burn the keep, kill the women, children, and turn the men into targets at long range! Just about the most pleasing thing that can happen to Asuf. H would be for one of his artillery shells to "Accidentally" land in a crowd of innocent civilians! Butcher people for fun and strike fear in the heart of the enemy! To sum that up, Asuf. H enjoys killing people, quite a lot, actually, though not quite to the extent that he's openly bloodthirsty all the time. Just secretly bloodthirsty and planning to blow you up or run you over when you aren't looking. He has a somewhat quiet and nervous personality, though he is mostly able to put that aside during combat, focusing rather on running through the various firing charts he's memorized and the factors affecting his current target. Outside of Millennium, he sees no need for "True" friends, as anyone he gets close to is most likely going to be used to get closer to something he wants to blow up, and then they will be slain themselves. One of his hobbies is building scale model tanks, all fully functional. They are model tanks that he Integra-ted (Haha) RC Control into. They fire either .17,.22, or .25 shells from a Welrod-Style system, accessed through the top of the turret. (Kill rats with an RC tank. Haha.) Rank: PanzerSchütze/Richtschütze (Armored Rifleman.) Biography: VK was born in Berlin, Germany, during 1930. Though unknown to most, his father was Erwin Rommel, a field marshal and German Tank Commander during World War Two, who met Lucia Maria Rommel in Cadet School, and they married on 27 November 1916 in Danzig. However, his father Rommel was linked to a plot to kill Hitler, due to his ignorance of orders to kill Jewish soldiers and execute captured commandos, he was forced to turn his son over to the SS, and then made to commit suicide via cyanide in 1944, though just before his death, he gave his son his Iron Cross, as a way to remember him. (Such a touching moment.) His mother, though after age 14 he broke contact with her, died on September 26, 1971, in Suttgart. His life during his early years was one of those expected of a son of a high-ranking military officer. Brought up to be respectful and follow orders given to him. Starting at the age of Eight, the boy was brought shooting by his father, and learned to handle a rifle. He received a public education once 1939 rolled around, as his father went off to lead the armored divisions of Germany to Victory. In early 1944, at age 14, the boy was entered (against his will) into Project 4501, which was designed by Franz Niemeyer as a request for a humanoid soldier with the anti-armor capabilities of a Tiger Tank, (As the tanks themselves were dwindling in numbers, and took far too long to build.) the specifications requiring the use of a gun with the capabilities at or above the level of the 88mm L/56 gun, though the modifications were left up to be specialized to the individual. The child was chosen because of his status as the son of a traitor, and as such was seen as an expendable resource should the project fail. (He was sure as hell not happy about this, but there wasn't much he could do.) Two months later, Franz was getting towards the end of an experiment, involving a new mutation he had found, which slowed the aging process, but he knew not how it worked. The man had done tests upon animal subjects, but had yet to test on a human, so he selected Asuf. H as one of the subjects, but he had to knock him out and strap him down first. Finally able to work without the boy trying to tear off his head, Franz set about splicing the boy's DNA with strands of the mutated DNA. At the end, after a bunch of explaining, swearing, (On the boy's part) and data collecting later, Franz found that out of the humans that were tested upon, only the ones with O- blood type survived, but they seemed to cease aging almost completely. In late 1944, the facility in Warsaw was raided, and Asuf. H was injured in the attack, having lost his right arm during the evacuation. While escaping, an ammunition depot of High-Explosive shells for a Flak-88 Anti-Air gun exploded, causing the building to collapse, and knocking the boy off of his feet. When he fell, a ceiling beam landed upon his right arm, crushing it and removing it entirely scant inches from his shoulder. The boy then picked himself up and shakily ran after Franz, attempting not to collapse from the pain. They then boarded one of the last transports leading to the Millennium airship, Deus Ex Machina I, and escaped, the boy received first-aid treatment aboard the airship. Franz saw to replace it upon their arrival in South America, as son of a bastard traitor or not, he was not going to be a hindrance if he were to be a soldier. However, this gave birth to an idea, the brilliant solution of how to give a human the capability to fire a weapon that fit the specifications of Project 4501. Replacing pieces of the boy’s shoulder to be able to attach the synthetic arm, the idea of having the arm built to be robust and absorb recoil, as well as lift the weight of a cannon, was Franz’s brainchild. (Note, The cannon is not INSIDE his arm, but is on a rail which he holds like a recoilless rifle or RPG or something.) In early 1956, Franz reached the edge of his knowledge on the subject of cybernetics, and turned the project over to his friend Herr Doktor, as he was completely unable to continue the research, and knew that his colleague understood the subject much better. However, Herr Doktor had stated he was still quite busy with a “Project” and had his figurative plate full. Eventually, though, In exchange for several artificial vampires sent to Herr Doktor, Franz was able to get the more experienced scientist to take on the project, albeit on the side. The project took back burner, as the Doktor was working on producing artificial vampires. As thus, Tiger was semi-officially indoctrinated into Millennium, though he didn’t know it at the time. The boy, at the moment, was viewed as nothing more than a mere experiment and not one that would most likely succeed, either. It was only at Franz’s constant urging that Herr Doktor worked upon the idea at all. (Warning, tiny bit of gun talkz. To sum up the next paragraph if you don't want to read it, they built a gun, then it broke his legs, so they fixed it and added armor to his legs.) Later, in mid-1958, Asuf. H finally got his gun. (Took as long as freakin' Amazon's shipping.) Upon the first test firing, the backblast nearly snapped Tiger’s legs in half, as well as knocking the boy off of his feet. Setting about finding the solution to the problem, the answer came when Franz observed how a shield on a regular artillery howitzer functioned. Taking the place of the bulky shield, leg armor was added utilizing hydraulic rams mounted along the inside between the armor and the leg for movement, 100mm of armor on the front of each leg, and 80mm on the sides and rear, which served to stabilize him and protect his legs when firing, and also there was the addition of several steel supports leading upwards from the armor on his waist to parts of his chest and right shoulder, also being designed to incorporate the recoil and weight of large caliber weapons. The weapon itself, proved to be more effective than the 88 at longer ranges, firing specially made APCR shells. In December 1959, Le Dok and Asuf. H were testing his cold-weather fighting capacity. Long story short, the shell detonated prematurely within the barrel, sending the boy into a coma, which lasted for several decades. As thus, he was stored in a side-room of Dok’s laboratory, as the scientist had no particular interest, nor was in a hurry, to revive the cyborg, as he was far too busy creating Artificial Vampires. (Ain't nobody got time fo' dat.) Thus, a low-ranking apprentice was assigned to set him on a nutrient and water IV, to keep him from dying during the coma, but just the "Simple Bare Necessities." as to cause a minimum expense for Millennium. During Millennium’s raid on Britain in 2000, he was of no use, due to still being in a coma, otherwise, he would have most likely perished in said raid. This worked out well for him, though he didn't know it at the time, of course. During all of this time, his processors worked to repair the trauma in his head, slowly converting control and function of the damaged parts of his brain over to themselves, integrating him further into his systems. The boy finally awoke in 2004, in a slightly off-to-the-side room on one of the Deus Ex Machina II’s lower decks, having aged only a few years due to the mutation affecting his Telomere. This, my friends, is where his story truly begins. (Literally.) (Has to be at least 2 paragraphs long. Must outline how you lived and how you came to become what you are today, not everyone was born a vampire or werewolf, so you must say your origins, and neither can you be born into an organization just like that, unless you were raised in Anderson's orphanage, but then that'll be an entirely different story.) RP sample: Social Post: - Spoiler:
Combat Post: Skirts of Berlin, 0600 hours. "Ze artillery has set up, vat do you vant me to shoot at?" "Set your angle to 42, and your arc to Bearing Von-Eight-Five." Doing as the command was issued, Tiger raised the barrel of his 7.62cm Howitzer, the whirring of winches, cable, and actuators in his arm just barely audible. As the barrel stopped, he placed his foot back, letting it drop to the ground with a satisfying thud as the steel sank an inch into the soft earth. "Vait untill my mark... Achtung! Feuer!" Depressing the trigger in the grip of his right hand, the mechanism released the spring-loaded firing pin in the breach of the cannon, which spring forward to impact the primer, igniting it, then detonating the cordite within the shell itself, launching the 38 kilogram shell downrange at 240m/s. Seconds later, he received a message from his forward scout. "Target Destroyed! Vat ze fuck did you shoot zem vith!?" "A 7.62 cm Infanteriegeschütz L/16.5." "Vat? Did Ze Major send us an artillery platoon hauling a howitzer?" A chorus of laughter is heard in the background. "No, zey set me vith my shoulder-mounted 7.62cm. Now shut up and find me another target. I grow bored of our chatter." As expected, there was a lack of rebuttal from the other end of the radio frequency. Ignoring his urge to drop a shell in the vicinity of his allies, he checked his HUD, noting that he had Nine shells left. Waiting as patiently as he could, he closed his eyes in anticipation of the next order. However, rather than that, he received something else. "An enemy scout has broken through our lines! Ve can't stop him!" Grinning, he strode to the top of the hill he was standing behind, noting a rather quick SOB in a jeep driving past a hail of gunfire. Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for him, they were headed straight for him. His grin grew slightly wider as he pivoted the barrel of his 7.62 cm downward, letting it slide forward upon the track, pulling out another shell and two propellant charges as he did so. Tossing the volatile substances into the breach, and hearing to close with a loud thud, he raised the barrel and leveled it at the jeep infront of him. The muzzle flash lit up the area around him, and the cordite filled the area infront of him with smoke. However, through the smoke, he saw the shell impact, and the jeep shatter into many small pieces, replacing it's previous position with a large crater and a ball of fire. The soldiers within were no doubt vaporized. "Target Destroyed. You should watch for these little guys, they will screw you over from the flanks if you are not careful." An audible groan was heard from the other end of the frequency. While he may not be a high-ranking soldier, he was highly experienced in the use of field artillery, and was loving every second of his current little show. Any time he was able to take another soldier who thought he was so much better and remind him at any moment he could be vaporized was a great feeling. "Vell, Ve have another target. Behind a building. Angle 79 degrees, Arc is bearing Von-Eight-Eight... Loading another round, Tiger prepared for the rest of his little artillery bombardment with a smirk.

| Another Shota Vocaloid...here we go again.
1. All those loadouts are needlessly convoluted, especially the inclusion of multiple howitzers. I'd be willing to cut you enough slack for two starting loadouts and you could add an additional weapon with each evolution but that's it.
2. What about those swords allows them to cut through thick armor plating like butter? You don't tell us what they're made out of. Bottom line is you're not getting a watered down lightsaber.
3. Abilities are a convoluted mess due to the mountain of loadouts and I don't like the generalizations on armor durability. Specifically, why doesn't this kid age? From what I've read all they did was replace his arm and eye. Unless most of his organs have been replaced he's not going to age any different from a normal person.
4. Personality is a huge issue for me. Millenium is a psycho club of death-seeking warmongers. They want to slaughter, kill and be killed in combat. They don't care about making friends with the organizations that want to destroy them. Your knowledge of WW2 weaponry is impressive but this is the biggest reason why this sheet doesn't work; you don't seem to understand how Millenium works.

He carries 250 rounds of Silver-Tipped 7.92×57mm ammunition on a single belt, which feeds from a detachable box on the bottom of his pack. His loadouts are as follows:
Main Caliber Loadout: Asuf-H, Mod 1942: 5 cm KwK 39 L/60, having been modified with a mantle similar to a Tiger tank, though that was trimmed; now forming more of a guard, as well as a slightly shortened barrel. Scout Loadout: Rheinmetall-Borsig MK 103: A single-barrel automatic cannon firing 3cm belt-fed 1.155Kg 30x184B shells at 940m/s, utilizing a combination of gas and recoil operation. The gas from firing unlocks the breach, with the recoil ejects the shell and loads a new one. Barrel length: 1,340 mm (52.76 in) The weapon is on an identical mount to the 5cm L/60, though it is fired off of a belt, which feeds directly from his ammunition pack and ammunition bins to the weapon from the right, with spent shells ejected out of the left. He carries 50 rounds of ammunition, with the weapon being able to fire all of them in less than twenty seconds if he does not regulate the firing. As such, the weapon has a fire selector in-front of the grip, allowing for semiauto or full automatic firing. Along with armor, the entire Loadout weighs 560 pounds, being his lightest. This being his fastest form, (Hence ze scout name.) he’s lightly armored and more mobile. Artillery Loadouts: 7.62 cm Infanteriegeschütz L/16.5: Firing a 6 kilogram (13 lb.) shell, this is his lightest howitzer, with his weight being 1,500 pounds including the armor, ammunition, weapon, and his actual weight. The weapon has a reinforced breach and barrel to accommodate the overcharged shells he is using, filled with triple the normal amount of propellant. Asuf-IF-150 Mod 1944: NOTE: This howitzer only becomes available after his upgrade to “Armored.” 15 cm sIG 33, having been taken directly from the Grille Self Propelled Gun, retaining the rail, which has a steel pistol-grip mounted into the front for his right hand, as well as the trigger to the device. The entire rail mounts upon his right arm, with the reloading process as described in the original design is as follows:
1: Pivot arm downward, unlock compensator, slide breach and barrel forward to “Load” mark.
2: Load shell, slide barrel to “Fire” position. (The end of the breach is at his shoulder in this position. (Yes, I know this weapon is nearly as tall as he is.)
After Firing, the weapon will recoil back along the rail, which extends two and a half feet behind his shoulder, the distance absorbing the brunt of the recoil, with the rest being converted into movement, as his body will pivot about 20 degrees to the right when he fires the weapon, as it recoils. When it reaches the end of the track, the shell ejects. Within his pack and ammunition bins, he carries ten rounds of 15cm I Gr 33 High-Explosive shells, each weighing 38 Kilograms (84 lb). The maximum range of the weapon is 7.5 kilometers, and is highly accurate if an advancing force is able to send him the latitude, longitude, and elevation of the target through a Radio. Overall, when fully loaded with ammunition and the armor is equipped, this Loadout weighs around 5,500 pounds, being his second heaviest. 21 cm Mörser : NOTE: This howitzer only becomes available after his upgrade to “Elite.” This design was highly controversial due to the implacability of ammunition transport. However, this was solved due to the idea of setting up near an ammunition supply. EX: The roof of the Deus Ex Machina II, at which point he’d ask for help by having another soldier bring him 10 shells or so every once in a while, or maybe the Bismarck, as he would be above shell storage anyway. The weapon has a maximum range of 27.4 kilometers, and a muzzle velocity of 770m/s when firing his special overcharged ammunition. It is mounted in a special rectangular frame, with many hydraulic rams to decrease the recoil by amounts between 75-95%, depending on the temperature. The weapon is loaded through the back, with a horizontal breech-lock mechanism. His mobility is highly reduced in this form, barely being able to jog for short distances before too much strain is put on his armor and support structures, as thus he is restricted to walking or taking the howitzer off and using the built-in wheels on the frame to haul it. The weapon fires 114kg (252 lb.) High-Explosive shells, though he is unable to carry the ammunition on his person, due to their large size. The combined weight of the Howitzer and his armor is 16,000 pounds, or Eight tons.
All Loadouts: Two Klinge Anti-Armor Longswords: A light weight, long-bladed sword designed for cutting through up to 200mm of steel plate with a single thrust. They are stowed across his back in an “X” fashion when not in use. The blade is 46" long, and Tiger is able to use one in each hand while not using his main gun. The blades are also black, with a simple cross-guard and black leather wrapped around the grip. The blades are lined with silver. Everything I could say has been said by Anderson. - Andermod wrote:

Outside of battle, he doesn’t mind talking to some of the members of Millennium, although, as he’s a low-ranking Enlisted, he’s somewhat quiet, but not shy. That said, he's incredibly nervous around Officers and anyone high-ranking in Millenium. (Jee. Probably because they can all kill him easily? >.>) If one were to engage in a swearing match with him, he will gladly show off a “Proper Soldier’s” vocabulary, unless there’s an Officer around, and he has yet to challenge Jan to a swearing match, but he is quite sure that he would be the victor, as the cyborg has several decades of experience upon the Vampire. His loyalty to Millennium itself, however, is viewed in a slightly darker light. He sees himself as a mere tool of Herr Doktor, and is not happy about it. He silently despises how some supernatural beings view themselves as above others, though he is happy to put them in their place (If they're weak enough). Overall, he doesn't mind his service, but as stated before, he still holds a deep grudge against the Doktor. Overall, he’s not as twisted in the head as Millennium, though he absolutely LOATHES anyone who confuses him with a French person, and dislikes the nation of France with a passion. (Helped by the fact that they often arc above the cloud layer and then fall through, as if dropped from Heaven.) Though he's more of a casual type of Catholic, and has to find ways around all of the taboos of associating with Vampires. Of course, at base level, he’s still a human. He loves a good joke (Or pulling a prank on someone…) And has a pretty good sense of humor, as he’s not crazy, war-driven insane like a lot of the other beings in Millennium. He’s actually a somewhat friendly person when not under orders to run around blowing everything up with artillery shells, and tries (awkwardly) to make friends outside of Millennium. (Except in France most of the time, of course.) He, possibly unlike any member of Millennium, has times where he wants to distance himself from the prospect of War for a few hours, days, or if he can get away with it, weeks. If he can manage to somehow not get his head blown off in the process, he’ll try to make friends with an Iscariot or Hellsing agent, though he has yet to actually meet one of said agents. He finds the whole “Kill (almost) everyone” notion that a lot of people seem to have produced idiotic, purposeless, and only as a means for the world to grind itself to dust. When waiting for something, on free time, or walking down the halls, he sometimes sings. Among his favorites, are German versions of Matroshyka, Love is War, Prisoner, and Circus Monster. Each of the songs holds a specific meaning for him. (Wait. Did he have a girlfriend or something? Gasp! Emotional toil!) VK was born in Berlin, Germany, during 1938. Though unknown to most, his father was Erwin Rommel, a field marshal and German Tank Commander during World War Two, though his mother is completely unknown, as she died during childbirth, though she was presumed to have been one of Herr Fuhrer’s food testers, and met Rommel during one of his visits to the Fuhrer’s Wolf’s Lair. However, his father Rommel was linked to a plot to kill Hitler, due to his ignorance of orders to kill Jewish soldiers and execute captured commandos, he was forced to turn his son over to the SS, and then made to commit suicide via cyanide in 1944. (I guarantee someone’s going to say this is a weak point. Tips here are appreciated.) Actually, that's not really a problem. My issue is the extreme cop-out of "mother died in childbirth" that's so overused by everyone. - Pinch wrote:
- In late 1944 the boy was entered into Project 4501, which was designed by Franz Niemeyer as a request for a humanoid soldier with the anti-armor capabilities of a Tiger Tank, (As the tanks themselves were dwindling in numbers, and took far too long to build.) the specifications requiring the use of a gun with the capabilities at or above the level of the 88mm L/56 gun, though the modifications were left up to be specialized to the individual. The child was chosen because of his status as the son of a traitor, and as such was seen as an expendable resource should the project fail. However, the documentation containing the exact date of his entry, his original name, exact date of birth, and his parents’ names was lost during the relocation of Millennium to South America from Germany, unfortunately. Having lost his right arm during evacuation from Germany, Franz saw to replace it, as son of a bastard traitor or not, he was not going to be a hindrance if he were to be a soldier. However, this gave birth to an idea, the brilliant solution of how to give a human the capability to fire a weapon that fit the specifications of Project 4501. Replacing pieces of the boy’s shoulder to be able to attach the synthetic arm, the idea of having the arm built to be robust and absorb recoil was Franz’s brainchild.
There's a lot of holes here. I don't know how old this kid is when he's taken or first started on experimentation. I also don't know how he was injured or why. - Klick wrote:
- In early 1956, Franz reached the edge of his knowledge on the subject of cybernetics, and turned the project over to his friend Herr Doktor, as he was completely unable to continue the research, and knew that his colleague understood the subject much better.
Later, in mid-1958, a heavily modified 5 cm KwK 39 L/60 cannon was prepared for Tiger’s use. Herr Doktor expected to have to redesign his recoil-absorption measures; however, he was surprised at the first test firing, when rather the backblast from the shell nearly snapped Tiger’s legs in half, as well as knocking the boy off of his feet. In December 1959, Just as the testing was nearing completion, Herr Doktor was testing Tiger’s cold-weather fighting capacity, including that of the 5cm cannon. However, the weapon had one drawback, unknown to those who built it or the users of the weapon. In cold weather, the fuses in the specially-made HEAT shells would shrink within the shell. This allowed them to detonate prematurely, which unfortunately happened during a test salvo, on the third shot of the salvo, the loaded round’s fuse malfunctioned, detonating the round inside the barrel, though not luckily killing the boy. The blast, however, was enough to send the boy into a coma, which lasted for several decades. (I know I need more detail right here. Help in how to make this “Legit” would be amazing.) As thus, he was stored in a side-room of Dok’s laboratory, as the scientist had no particular interest, nor was in a hurry, to revive the cyborg, as he was far too busy creating Artificial Vampires. Thus, a low-ranking apprentice was assigned to set him on a nutrient and water IV, to keep him from dying during the coma, but just the "Simple Bare Necessities." as to cause a minimum expense for Millennium. During Millennium’s raid on Britain in 2000, he was of no use, due to still being in a coma, otherwise, he would have most likely perished in said raid. This worked out well for him, though he didn't know it at the time, of course. During all of this time, his processors worked to repair the trauma in his head, freezing cell division, and also slowly converting control and function of the damaged parts of his brain over to themselves, integrating him further into his systems. The boy finally awoke in 2004, in a slightly off-to-the-side room on one of the Deus Ex Machina II’s lower decks. This, my friends, is where his story truly begins. (Literally.) The biography from that point on got really convoluted and swamped with gun talk. It makes for a long and strenuous read and doesn't really give us anything substantial past, "They tested stuff, then built more stuff." I could potentially see this character working, but only if it was in a different group and you didn't puke OP all over it. |

Mr. Smith: All issues addressed (As far as I know.)

His right arm, along with parts of his right shoulder and chest, have been replaced with synthetic parts to handle the massive recoil of his artillery peices, as well as his right eye has been replaced with an artificial one, (Which means that part of his brain was replaced as well) the color being red to match his left. A black wool hip-length double-breasted jacket with long sleeves, and trousers, with Iron-Crosses on the collar patches of the jacket instead of Litzen. The helmet is made of steel, and shaped similar to the turret of a Covenanter tank, with 40mm of armor on the front, and 20 on the sides, top, and rear. Finally, a small radio antenna, which collapses inward when not in use, extends from the left side of his pack.
As part of the support structure, and to protect his chest from the shockwave, there is a 50mm armor plate, extending from his collar, down six inches, to prevent the blackblast of his weapons from affecting his ribs, heart, or lungs. You used smart armor choices. This is looking up. - Things are going better than expected wrote:

He carries 250 rounds of Silver-Tipped 7.92×57mm ammunition on a single belt, which feeds from a detachable box on the bottom of his pack.
This seems really redundant. You're a walking cannon and your one arm has the strength to take off a head with a punch. I don't think you need another gun, especially an automatic like this. - Ew wrote:

It is held with the mantle perpendicular to the ground, with a trigger and hand grip on the top of the breach. The weapon is loaded with single shots, the breach automatically ejecting spells when spent, and automatically closing when a shell is inserted. When not in use, the weapon is flipped up, and stored over his backpack similar to a large sword, with the barrel pointing towards the ground. He carries 40 shells of PzGr Armor-Piercing Composite-Ridged ammunition in his pack and the ammunition bins on his legs, contained in five-round magazines, as the weapon is semiautomatic, of which Asuf. H carries six (magazines.) Is this pack actually a truck? Because you're going to need one to be lugging all this through the field. - Jeebus wrote:

7.62 cm Infanteriegeschütz L/16.5: Firing a 6 kilogram (13 lb.) shell, this is his lightest howitzer, though due to the immense amount of propellant he must carry, his weight works out to 2,500 pounds including the armor, ammunition, weapon, and his actual weight. The charges and shells are split between his pack and ammunition bins, for a total of 20 propellant charges and 10 shells.) 10.5 cm Feldhaubitze 98/09: Available after upgrade to "Armored." His largest howitzer, it is more effective against targets than the 7.62 cm, but more cumbersome, though it is mounted on the same recoil track system. Firing a 15.8 kilogram (35 lb.) High-Explosive shell to a maximum range of 16.3 Kilometers, requiring the use of special overcharged shells, it has the longest range of any of his weapons. When combined with the rest of his armor, and counting in the 20 shells of ammunition he’s able to carry, this Loadout weighs around 2,000 pounds.
Recoil system on both howitzers: Currently, the howitzers work by retaining the rail, which has a steel pistol-grip mounted into the front for his right hand, as well as the trigger to the device. The entire rail mounts upon his right arm, with the reloading process as described in the original design is as follows:
1: Pivot arm downward, unlock compensator, slide breach and barrel forward to “Load” mark.
2: Load shell, slide barrel to “Fire” position. (For the 7.62cn, the weapon must be taken off to load. (Yes, I know this weapon is nearly as tall as he is.) (When the weapon is shoulder after this point, the end of the breach is at his shoulder.)
After Firing, the weapon will recoil back along the rail, which extends two and a half feet behind his shoulder, the distance absorbing the brunt of the recoil due to the hydrospring, with the rest being converted into movement, as his body will pivot about 20 degrees to the right when he fires the weapon, as it recoils. When it reaches the end of the track, the shell ejects. If you want to use more than a single magazine at a time on these, you're going to have to have bins or some kind of truck full of ammunition. You can't just be dragging these around with you. You can't feasibly carry them, especially not in a backpack. - Backpacks that aren't mentioned in clothing wrote:

The child was chosen because of his status as the son of a traitor, and as such was seen as an expendable resource should the project fail. (He was sure as hell not happy about this, but there wasn't much he could do.)
Two months later, Franz was getting towards the end of an experiment, involving a new mutation he had found, which slowed the aging process, but he knew not how it worked. I don't know how to feel about anti-aging super DNA. - More stuff wrote:
- In late 1944, the facility in Warsaw was raided, and Asuf. H was injured in the attack, having lost his right arm during the evacuation, Franz saw to replace it upon their arrival in South America, as son of a bastard traitor or not, he was not going to be a hindrance if he were to be a soldier. (Note, The cannon is not INSIDE his arm, but is on a rail which he holds like a recoilless rifle or RPG or something.)
You sort of hand wave this raid like it's nothing. What happened and why did he lose a whole arm? - Peep wrote:
- In early 1956, Franz reached the edge of his knowledge on the subject of cybernetics, and turned the project over to his friend Herr Doktor, as he was completely unable to continue the research, and knew that his colleague understood the subject much better.
To sum up the next paragraph if you don't want to read it, they built a gun, then it broke his legs, so they fixed it and added armor to his legs.)
Later, in mid-1958, Asuf.
(Literally.) Nothing much to say about the rest. Does he still explode in the cold? Marked improvement over the last version. |
