Physical appearance: Very tall with a hour glass like shape body and a small but bubbly butt. Looking a frail from being blind most think of him weak because of this. A few even try and take advantage of this but most fail miserably in their attempt at doing so. Standing at 6’4 his height can be freighting to other’s at times even to those who know him personally. His eyes are two different colors his left eye is blue his right is red (stolen from a vampire) both having a light whitish color about them. His hair naturally being black is dyed a light purple which always comes out a tiny bit darker then he wishes It to be twice every month. Only eating two meals a day his weight is far below what it should be for his height; weighing sadly only about 148 – 153. Before I forget to type it in here today I would like to putt in that his voice is very womanly and his tits are HH size.  Also I almost forgot to mention he looks very feminine if it wasn't for his height and mainly his manhood one wouldn't be able to tell he was a man at all. Tied to his dog collar is a leash that is also hidden by being wrapped around and inside of the collar itself. He hides it to keep it from humiliating him as the leash was originally intended for. The leash being made not by hellsing like the collar was but by his old friend who had it and the collar blueprint delivered to hellsing in case she ever died.

Clothing of choice: To make it easier on himself most of the time he has a huge multitude of bandages wrapped around his eyes, forehead, the bridge of this nose and ending at the back of his head. Always making sure not to cover his ears all the way at least and to only cover his nose to the point that not a shred of light can breach the bandages. Never really wearing anything over his chest area since he went blind from making that deal in the past. As putting on shirts and the sorts have always been too much of a hassle for him to deal with after that day; plus he just loves showing off his breast as much as he can and this way he can do so every day. Also he like to wear long ankle long skirts always prefers black in color even though he can’t see it.

Weaponry of choice: His body and it's looks also his magic (passive) mostly never liking to put one above the other in terms of usefulness. Other than that nothing as of yet. But I would like to gain a few bladed weapons for purchase though Slaughter Points usage if possible. After ranking all the way up is done that is.

Unique Weaknesses:

Dog/Shock Collar: A humiliating dog collar made for Michel as a last resort restraint in case if he loses control of his sanity. Originally just a shock collar made for a great Pyrenees. The needles are made into the collar to prick his neck at every moment of the day. The voltage has been change to make him pass out when he starts going insane. It helps to prevent both himself(Mainly) and others(at times) to be safe at all times. Also to keep the mansion in one piece. (He will be passed out for no longer or shorter then 3-5 post before he awakes from the shock collar) It has a leash as well that is hidden inside the collar.

Note: That means Michel will most likely awaken on someone else's post and not my own.

Blind: No explanation needed but if wanted he can not see a thing. As for how it is a weakness that is unique to him is the fact he wasn't born blind. He isn't used to getting around as such or doing basically anything else for that matter. It has made him clumsy and now almost (key word) just as useless for work as he is a liability in battle.

Berserker: Because of the cursed magic he has he goes into a blind and uncontrollable furry in the mist of battle or when angry. At times making him a deadly force to be dealt with. While most of time just making him a target/hinder to others around him. Because of this hellsing likes to keep him handy but also liking to keep him on a tight leash.

Cursed magic(passive): His mutated DNA allows his body to heal faster then what a Lycan should be able to. But the same magic also makes him bloodthirsty and insane person when he is angry. Natural lycan regeneration has been improved by magical mutation to be on par with vampire of equal category ranking. Also the same mutation prevents any metal like skin from developing later on down the road. [/b]

Note/Explanation/Origin: When his friend who is a witch from his past tried to change his biology using forbidden magic known as black magic it was done improperly. She took the life of her pet lycan who had made Michel a lycan. When that happen the mistake was made as the life was suppose to by willing to die out of love for the spell to work. Instead of curing him it made the virus mutate. Why it only worked the little bit that it did was for the fact the witch loves him enough to curse herself by doing the spell to start with. Her curse was that if she ever met him again she would die because of him and at his hands. After the spell was done with the DNA of Michel's was mutated by the effect of it. As a result of it his anger turns into a bloodthirsty insanity. His body started to heal at a faster rate then it already had been doing and seeing as he is a lycan it was already unnatural. When Michel ask his friend to help him she did so but was careless because she loved him. It was because of that carelessness that she forgot about the life taken needing to be willing. Because the same spell effected two different people is why he is thrown into his bloodthirsty rampages. The curse was made this way to punish Michel's friend by using her own love interest as her killer. Michel's punishment was that he was to live with tat regret until his death. That is how his cursed magic was born and why it twisted his biology in the way that it did. Originally he was to become human but the magic wanted him to live and be tormented over what he had done to his best friend. It was Michel's curse to kill his only friend he ever had but now it is to live with dealing with that memory.

Organization: Hellsing

Personality: He is scared most of the time of other especially those that he doesn't know very well or even at all. A lot of the time acting shy at first until he knows them a little or at least is happy or comfortable around them. His is smart but doesn't like to show it to a lot of people.That is why he is a philosopher at times and a house maid most of the rest. Also is scared to have a serious friendship or romantic relationship. He is willing to try and make friends but is to scared of his rampages to want to try and have romantic relation with anyone. The only thing that could change his mind on this matter is if the one(s) he is interested in are either a Vampire or a Lycan. Having a bit of a hugely unstated and somewhat need for "things" best left said as that; he is driven by his lust. Which most of the time leads him to be very flirty and/or other things around other men he thinks of as "cute". None of which he is ever serious about staying with only to sleep with at the time being. When he is comfortable around a person he will began to speak a lot more and in something other then a quite little voice like he would other wise. Even then he talk in a soft voice but it would be more audible and a tiny bit deeper than before. When it comes to fighting or a battle his talking become his natural deep and smooth toned voice. As long as he is not in the fight or battle he is calm, jaded collected at mind. On the other hand when he is in a fight/battle or is angry he is a uncontrollably insane and brutal person. Ironically showing him compassion/love talking included (acts of mercy do not count) is one of the only nonviolent ways of stopping him when he is like this. Normally in the past he would have hated his blood-lust and insanity only liking it when he went into a rampage. Now he days he look froward to it as it help him forget the pain of killing his only friend he ever had.

Biography: His life may not have been pretty or even remotely what it most would like it to be. But it was a good life at least to Michel that is even now. He parents where dead and he was alone in the world most of the time anyhow. Seeing how he never knew his parents to began with as they died when he was only two and a half years old. (age is 6) He was as happy as could be living in the slums of society where he was raised by a friend of his mothers. Simply being called by Michel while growing up he never knew is real name at all. As a child he had made a friend who was very important to him as she was one of his only friends. Although the girl had said many times she doesn't like dogs she had for some reason one at her side a lot of the time or at least what Michel had once thought was a dog. But in time it would be revealed that the pup was not a natural creature as he thought of it to be.
After years of friendship and more time together than most would have thought possible for such amount of time. The two friends started to love each other more and more as each day passed. Sadly though they loved each other in different ways which had lead to a few disagreements/arguments. Michel had loved her a family would have done so and yet she had grown to love him as a lover. It was apparent after a few of their fights that she was no ordinary human as she had once healed his wounds in a manner of minutes. (age is 13) It was after her pet lycan had bitten him and torn out a bit of his leg while they where yelling at one another.
Ever since they have been in a strained relationship with on another as one was always full of lust for the other who had no desire for that type of relationship with her. (age is now 18) Over time he had grown to not like his new state of living very much and had asked his friend if she could do anything to help him out. To his surprise she said that she would do so but only if he had agreed to sleep with her in return for the favor. Not liking her terms at all he stated his mind on the matter which had done nothing but pissed her off about it. Finally braking from knowing that she never have the one person who she truly fell in love with the witch started to cry. Knowing exactly what had caused her to cry when he knew she was not a crying type of person Michel felt sorry for her. Sitting down next to her and hugging her while singing to her her favorite song Dog without a bone from the band Arrowsmith. Which by now from living with her family so long as a adopted child of sorts Michel used to at that know the words by heart.
It was the day after that the two of them had tried to cure Michel using demonic magic witch had lead to his current cursed state of being. It came at a cost to him as his friend requested his sight as a price to pay for her lycans life in order for the spell to work. Though the curse did seemingly work at first it was apparent that it failed as he was still able to hear, smell and taste things much better than that of a regular human. It was also clear that the magic used had some other side affect's that was not intended by his friend to have happen. As his new body now healed itself much faster then before. After a about 6 month after the cursed magic was set in place Michel had size A tits implanted onto himself. Getting a boob job into one size bigger every 3 months up until 9 months and 2 weeks on Friday. All together a total amount of time spent focusing on his fake breast was about two years and 3 months.
Between the times he had spent on the surgery's all of which took only about a day each time. It should be noted that he has had reconstructive bone surgery on his face to look more feminine as well. Michel had also changed his name (not legally or even at all for that matter) but as of about half a year ago after he started a new life in London. After living for so long in America it is very new to him and nothing like what he had dreamed of; but something even better something he never knew he had even wanted or needed. It was on the brink of war which gave him a reason for malevolence, a release for his inner darkness that lay sleeping unless in a fight. Just recently coming to pass that has been recruited by Hellsing for his potential use.

RP sample:

It was dark out but not so much that one could not see because of it thought none of that really mattered to Michel now did it seeing as he was blind so being able to see things didn't really matter to him. His brutality and insanity rising to it's peak as he strutted with a sway that betrayed his feminism making him seem even more like a women then he already looks like. That insidious and eerie looking smile he had whenever he was like this not to mention his constant deep and smoothly insanity filled laughter made him seem a bit creepy. If anyone could ever see them one could see in his eyes that they where filled with a insatiable blood-lust that only comes with madness. Seeping from every part of his being his madness was undeniable to anyone who had the unfortunate (most implied to humans being) luck to see him and live to tell about it. With this little sweet and lovely war going all about him the dying and dead lay all about him but they where no fun to deal with in there current state of being.

Getting rather bored of having nobody to fight with at all Michel began to start to half screaming half still laughing at the top of his lungs in order to try and find someone. His voice naturally deep and smooth which he didn't really like very well most days. Seeing as most days he would have wanted to been thought of as a female when other first met him so that they he could shock them later on with the truth of things. It was a talent he was good at even before he had gotten his huge breast implants that help out a lot with him doing so. That deep and smooth natural voice of his betraying his manhood in a instant along with his insanity and blood-lust. Tripping over a half-dead remains of a half torn apart still dying human that was just flung his way from a nearby battle. As the man lay screaming in utter agony not really fully processing just what had happen to him slowly reaches a hand out for mercy. Only to have his head picked up and brutally beat into the ground below him as Michel started to get to his feet again. With a bit of blood now covering him given that smile and laughter of his he looked even more creepy then before.

Getting up Michel smelt the sent of a vampire and surprising he was scared from just being near him as if it was the legend that his old used to scare him as a kid. Ironically if only he could see would he have known how true those stories where and who had thrown that now dead body his way. His laughing dying down a bit but never complete gone or different then it was before. With a fake confidence he stood up and began to get joyful at the thought of a bloody battle. As he walked a female voiced in the distance was screaming his name for him to stop killing people and calm. Laughing in a truly humored voice that was also deep and full of insanity to him his madness was a blessing and anything else a burden. Unwillingly stopping he was thrown into a rage that mad him lose any of his self-control he had left inside. Screaming in his rage it was painful for his friend to listen to as she started to cry at seeing act like rabid beast. Unable to keep him controlled for much longer she knew that in his blood-lust he would kill her this time as he had grown strong and herself weaker. Before she could speak to him he broke free of he spell and reached out to grab her in order to kill. Sniffing the air Michel noticed her perfume that she normally wears and for a tiny second looked normal for what he normally looks like at least. Not believing her own eyes the witch just stood there as her friend was as you could say a bit dazed. Taking advantage of the moment before it was to late she ran up to her old friend and gave him a hug whispering his favorite song he used to love. Calming down from the cursed blood-lust that he has had wanted to keep locked away inside himself. Michel thanked her for being there in his time of need just as she always is.

I know you're still working on things but I was reading through this and I had just a brief question for this. I wanted to know which category of Lycan you are actually applying for. You statted out the particular effect which I appreciate but you didn't mention a specific one. We also do not have an RP Sample for you. It would be no fun to start out to weak or powerful so I would prefer a Category F rank lycan for him to be. It will be a fun challenge to try out. Sorry about not putting it as a note somewhere but I put my character's category rank beside their organization rank. First the category rank then after the '/' is their organization rank. I did the same with Jack/Waffe der Sehnsucht only they both share the same rank and category. Also thank you for giving me a new way other than a RP sample as i have been having a hard time thinking of a way to incorporate his history into an active sole RP.

Sorry for being away for so long but I back now I don't have the time or energy to do stay up much longer tonight. So I'll do that sometime during the next three days if not it mean I have given up on this sheet. I am just to tired tonight.

Sorry for being impatient but it has been over a week since I came back to the site and also over three day that I last posted anything. So I was just thinking I have been forgotten or everyone just been to busy and not had the time. Just wondering that's all.

I'm a bit wary about magic to be honest since it's possible of adding some complications and confusion but aside from that everything looks fairly decent in order. I'm going to hold my vote for the time being but I'd say you've very close to my approval.

Honestly it is not so much he has any magic but that he is cursed by it. Also if I changed that I would have to recreate his history as well then by default in order to match it most of the app. If you really want I will change it but it will take time for me to do so. Another thing that I would be afraid of is that the RP sample becoming useless from not portraying who Michel is or how I would post as him. Other than that I have no problem taken out the magic part of the app. It is just I wanted to state my concerns about doing so. As I stated I just wanted to voice my concerns for the changes asked so please don't think this post as rude. But don't worry I'll be working on the app later on today when I have more time to spare. It will get done or at least started on today.

It is unfortunate but after some thought, I personally cannot approve the use of magic unless it is put under laser precision on all base strengths and weaknesses in order to avoid possible unbalanced confrontations for both the sake of your character and the opponents, even if it's minor magic. I appreciate the time and effort that you've put into this character, but I simply cannot approve it yet.

Sorry for my inactivity but I had things to do. Sadly I forgot about the site for a while after my family trouble had settled down a bit.
