Bayman's hideout (Mexico City)

The Russian had been trying to remember just what it was he had been doing for the past countless years of his life, but nothing came to him. All he remembered is that he killed a rediculious amount of people and got paid for it. Nicely paid. In all honesty, he didn't even remember how he came into possession of several safe houses around the world. Maybe the Russian was a hitman for a powerful agency. That had to be it. The brainstorming was interrupted once he looked over the number that had tried to reach him. The former spetsnaz began to return the call through a secure signal, confirming that it was from a mobile phone. It appears he slipped up by not taking one of the secure lines with when collecting information on the streets. He'd make up for it by delivering the heads of a few other competitors for the man who's payroll he'd possibly be under in order to make up for his bad first impression.
